Incredible nursery with amazing staff. They really care about your child and their development. They do loads of enrichment and provide different developmental activities every day. The array of food has also made our lad a very adventurous eater.

Our daughter has been going to the nursery for almost a year. The team helped her settle in really well and are really friendly and caring. Our daughter has progressed really well and the staff ensure they do lots of activities each day, including sensory play and lots of messy play too. They try to get the children outside every day, although this doesn't happen as much in winter (for obvious reasons). We're very happy with the nursery setting and would recommend it.

The nursery manager is excellent and she has put in place some lovely initiatives such as a parent group, visits from local community, fun days etc, the communication from management is excellent and they go above and beyond to be flexible to our needs such as if we need to change days or patterns. They even kindly allowed us to change days for a short period so I could undertake a work training which was much appreciated.

Our boys love the nursery and what makes it so special is the wonderful caring staff! From the moment the boys started settling until now they have been extremely happy. We would highly recommend this nursery!

Lovely Nursery, my daughter has settled in well and is excited to come to the nursery. The staff and management are very knowledgeable and helpful. The facilities are exceptional. The nursery is very clean and the rooms are big. The outdoor space is very spacious with a lot of activities to do.

Overall I am impressed with how my daughter has been handled by great staff here in Bright Horizons, Woking. I like the variety of diets available for my toddler with nutritional value for her age appropriateness. Health and hygiene are top-notch. For her overall well-being and development, I can see how the nursery records each milestone and keeps us updated about her progress. They also focus on her holistic growth and according to her age, they offer various activities. Though it's a busy place but I always feel my daughter is taken care of and she’s safe.

My daughter loves nursery and has settled in really quickly. The staff are so caring and really make a huge effort to properly tend to her needs. She’s so excited when I drop her off and will literally run into the carers’ arms. The manager is extremely helpful and was very quick to change our nursery days to match my new working schedule too. I have no hesitation in recommending this nursery to other parents.

My daughter loves coming to nursery and talks about her keyworker all the time, she is her best friend! The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, and I love the variety of activities on offer.

We have loved our daughter joining the nursery. All the staff have been so welcoming and helping our daughter settle in. We especially love the App where I can see her activities for the day and all her meals. A very warm and welcoming team who always put our daughters needs first.

My son (4) and daughter (2) both attend Bright Horizons Woking. They both love going into nursery every morning and are very happy when picked up in the evening. The staff are very caring and offer all the support needed. Appreciate all the effort made by the staff to make sure all my children's needs are met.

Overall, I do appreciate the cleanliness of the environment for my baby girl -which address part of healthy and safety. Most of the staff are so much on board than others which means there is a healthy working competition to meet the needs of our children. The fact that staff are given the opportunity to develop in their work and make them better teachers makes me feel very safe when I leave my baby with them. I always find the staff with a good smile and they have always spent time to say hello to me, even if they are busy. Moving forward when I find difference in the information given by the staff and what is recorded, I have to addresses it to the head of the school and the fact that I see a great change, makes me feel I am valued for my concerns. Overall, the place to me is great for our children.

The nursery has been doing really well to engage and teach children in a fun, interactive way. We have seen a good team of staff form who care for the children and guide them well. Overall, the nursery is a great place to start and a good location. The current management is doing very well to keep the standards high.

From day 1 the nursery staff have made us feel very welcome and our daughter settled into the nursery surprisingly quickly. This is down to the care, attention and focus they give her. Staff is amazing. Every morning and evening we are greeted with smiling faces. They are very nurturing and providing our daughter with so much care and attention. She has built very strong relationships with the staff. They are incredibly warm and loving towards her. The nursery has a lovely, warm, and inviting culture. Every day we get informed about our daughter’s learning and development which is very reassuring. We also get plenty of photos which we really appreciate. We feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy environment for our daughter. We know she is in capable and warm hands!

We are both so happy with Bright Horizons Woking Day Nursery and Preschool. Our child has been there for almost three years now and he genuinely enjoys every day he is there. The staff they have are incredible and have such a great bond with all the children. Management is relatively new but making excellent progress and really positive changes/improvements. Communication is very good, and the app they introduced last year is now a great tool to keep up to date with what is going on. If you are looking for a warm and stimulating environment for your child then I would definitely recommend it.

We would have loved to stay longer but had to move simply due to location. Would definitely recommend it.

The experience was awesome. I was a bit worried being the first time I would leave my child's care unto others, letting him out of sight for as much as five hours, but the manager, deputy manager and the team made me feel at home the first time I visited the place for a tour, thus allaying my anxiety. The settling-in period was also commendable and helpful to me and my child. The communication from the nursery team on the day-to-day activities of the child is also commendable. The neatness and the outdoor area is also observed to be good. The management and staff are always ready to help and answer questions.

Our son has settled into the nursery well, having recently moved house/town. The facilities are large and clean with a great outdoor sandpit our son loves. The staff are very friendly. The app for parents is great and really useful.
