The teachers are so helpful and have always made the time to talk to me about the girls.

The Barnes nursery managed the re-opening post lockdown with real professionalism. The admin at head office was appalling as no-one returned my calls over a six week period, but when the team were back on the ground in Barnes, they did everything to reunite the strong team, put rigorous controls in place, increased cleaning across the site and most importantly welcomed all the children back. My daughter has thrived in the pre-school room and the nursery handled the transition after a long period at home extremely well. I have huge praise for the whole team and for their continued dedication to all the children and their colleagues during an incredibly difficult time for everyone.

Barnes Day Nursery and Pre-school is a wonderful nurturing and creative environment to prepare my child for school. The staff are really friendly and professional. It has been a great experience for my little girl. I would recommend them to everyone!

Fantastic nursery, my child has been there for 3 years and I’m really happy with the team’s approach to child support and development, and the feedback we get both daily and in structured parents evenings. My child loves coming to nursery and seeing his key workers, and pre-Covid the external companies they brought in for activities. The nursery is well equipped, clean and has plenty of space inside and out.

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons since September 2019. She has been looked after very well and has formed an excellent relationship with her key worker. She loves all aspects of nursery, particularly playing outdoors. Her confidence continues to grow, and she has gained lots of skills whilst attending.

Very happy with the nursery in general. Especially with my daughter's keyworker. She is very attentive with my girl's 'special needs' but also they have created a very beautiful relationship. I'm very happy and confident with management's decision to change her keyworker in the first stage. The chef is also doing an amazing job in preparing the special meals required for my daughter's metabolic condition. She loves the chef and keeps mentioning her name at home.

We have been generally delighted with the nursery. There was a period where standards dropped, however, the new management team have quickly corrected this.

A truly wonderful team and caring environment for little ones. I can’t recommend Bright Horizons enough.

Improved a lot over last few months. Much more structured and educational. Our kid loves coming here.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Great workshops for parents to attend. I know that my child is well looked after when I drop her off in the morning and she has always had a great day with loads of activities when I come to pick her up.

My child comes home singing lots of songs and covered in paint - a great sign. She has formed a lovely bond with a number of staff. The garden is fantastic - a unique nursery space in London. I believe she is very well cared for and really enjoys her time at nursery.

We are very happy with the nursery and how attentive it is to our son’s individual needs. The staff have been great at pushing him to his milestones and he loves making new friends. At the end of each day he is always happy, but exhausted after all the fun I think.

After almost 1 year we couldn’t be happier. Congrats to the manager for a great job stabilising the staff etc since his arrival, but a special mention to the two ladies for their day to day influence on the whole nursery and for their amazing work before the new manager arrived. Thanks to all

My child has continued to grow and develop under the care of the staff at Barnes Day Nursery Bright Horizons. He has loved, in particular, all the story related activities. It’s been lovely to see his interest in books and stories continue to flourish as a result of the well planned activities by the staff at Bright Horizons. Theatre bugs have also been a hit- especially when acting out a hungry caterpillar. My child has begun to enjoy art and painting as a result of all the creative arts and crafts activities he does here and loves to tell me about the pictures he has painted that day.

The care provided has been excellent. I feel that his key workers really know him and want to make sure he has a good day. They are responsive to his needs and aware of a change in temperament or mood and quick to communicate any concern.

Communication via the weekly newsletter is now a lot more informative and I find all the staff very approachable should there be a need to chat about anything.

Staff have been very friendly and professional. My daughter seems to be kept very engaged with the wide range of activities on offer and really enjoys the nutritious meals.

Very good London nursery. Room leads are passionate about the children and form very strong bonds with them as they progress.
