Partou Merchant Square Day Nursery & Pre-school

My son has been at the nursery since he was 3 months old. He is extremely happy and loves attending every day. He has a wonderful relationship with all the staff and his friends at the nursery. The staff are extremely supportive and are always easy to talk to. We are very happy.

Staff are friendly and dedicated.

As parents, we have been extremely happy with our child's experience and progress at nursery. He started during the pandemic at the age of 1 and has benefitted from being surrounded by other children his age. His language skills have developed greatly since being at nursery and he has become very social. The staff at the nursery have been great and accommodating when necessary. My child's key person has been fabulous which has eased our guilt of being away from our son.

My daughter loves this nursery! She adjusted really well and is always really happy to get ready to go. The team there always seem really engaging and the nursery is very clean which is non-negotiable for me. I wish that we could leave the buggy and have more photos and better quality photos on the Tapestry app, maybe videos too.

We've been very happy with the nursery, the staff and the care. Our daughter has started at three months old and is smiling every morning. Every nursery practitioner has been very attentive to her care, settle and advance. We would really recommend the nursery.

We have loved the experience so far. Our son enjoys going to the nursery daily and always doing different activities.

I am very sad that my son has left, I think it will be hard to find a better nursery. Thanks to all the wonderful hard-working staff who have shown so much love and care.

My niece was in London for holiday and her hotel was opposite the Merchant daycare. Her 2-year-old daughter was welcomed to the daycare and she enjoyed herself thoroughly. I appreciated the warm and safe care provided to my niece and her daughter. I was delighted at the good understanding given to my niece when they had to leave London abruptly and cut their holiday short because of the National lockdown. The managers were exemplary and empathetic. Surely I encourage a visit to the daycare for your young tots if in central London.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to say goodbye on behalf of my son who had his last day at nursery last Thursday and to say thank you for all the great care he received from you. My son spent 2 years attending Merchant Square and he was very happy there. He enjoys his days there, learnt many new things, made good friends and loved all his teachers. We are very grateful for the loving way he was cared for, we always felt he was in good hands. My son will miss his friends and all staff.

My son has attended the Merchant Square Day Nursery for two years and really enjoyed it. His key persons were exceptional and exceeded my expectations when it came to their commitment and care about the children. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We've been very happy with this nursery. Our son enjoys coming here on his set days. The nursery practitioners are friendly and very capable. We've seen our son develop well since starting here.

I really would not risk it. Just because it looks nice - doesn’t mean things are as they seem here.

Our daughter has attended Merchant Square Nursery for just under 2 years and started at 4 months old. At each stage of her development, from the baby room to the 2-3s, she has received the best of care. Every nursery practitioner has been attentive, patient and skilled in helping her to settle and advance. The staff have always answered any questions promptly and kept us informed at every step. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We are very pleased and excited about all the changes that have been made in the nursery in the new year including better toys, cleaner facilities, more engaging and more interesting activities, involvement by the carers, etc. Our son really seems to be enjoying going to the nursery and we can see that engagement from the nursery translating into our home and our home activities. Thank you very much and we are very supportive of you continuing in this way in the future.

All in all, it is certainly a great place for children, and I trust that our kids are in good hands.

We love Merchant Square and our daughter has learned so much in the preschool room, in particular. The staff are caring and kind, and a previous period of high staff turnover seems to have stabilised.

I couldn't be happier with Merchant Square. The staff are so kind and caring, they all know my daughter even those in different rooms. She skips in to see them every day and they are as excited as me when she does new things. It's a home away from home.

All the staff in the baby room have really helped to settle my son in. The feedback of his days in the baby room are always positive and he is really progressing. Thank you to all the staff in the baby room.

We are pleased with the level of care our children are experiencing at Merchant Square. They are happy and enjoying their time at the nursery. They have plenty of learning opportunities through play. The environment is safe and staff are friendly and caring.
