Partou Merchant Square Day Nursery & Pre-school

I love Merchant Square Nursery, from the moment I walked in, the reception was very warm and friendly. My 2-year-old daughter has developed amazingly well and is greatly looked after and cared for by the very attentive, well-trained and caring staff. The staff are very tuned-in to each individual child and I especially like the fact that they have a key person policy. Every day I collect my child, I get the daily feedback on her meals and activities. The staff are also hands-on on all of their reports and are even as thorough as to documenting step by step through visuals of your child's progress and that enables staff and parents to work on and adjust to make the child's development better. Much gratitude to the nurturing and care that my child receives I cannot recommend this nursery even more.

Merchant Square Nursery and Pre-school is perfect. They know how to deal with children and develop children's skills. My son enjoys his day at school and I notice the difference in him every day (comes to me with new experiences). I recommend them. They are the best.

Sometimes their communication is not the greatest, but I'd rather have them be brilliant with the children than be perfect office employees!

My baby turned one this week. The staff made a cake to celebrate as well as a crown. Thye shared the pictures with me over email. The staff are always so thoughtful. Not once has he cried when going to the nursery. They always welcome him with a smile and lots of cuddles which make him feel so loved. Merchant Square is excellent caring day care.

My 2-year-old son goes full-time to the nursery. He really enjoys meeting other children and loves his day care staff who are wonderful. Although English is not his first language, he learnt English words within 4 months and is perfectly integrated into the 2-3 years room.He regularly brings home drawings, paintings or cards (New Year, Valentine's Day ...)that he made during the day and that is lovely to keep these 'homemade' drawings. Also, I have the feeling that his rhythm has been respected (nap) and that he is able to nap up to 2 hours at the nursery. The only thing I could say is that the price is high, but I believe this is a general and common case for London nurseries, unfortunately.

An excellent caring staff ensures my son enjoys every day at pre-school. He wakes up looking forward to going!

The nursery offers excellent facilities for children to thrive and develop. It is a clean and friendly environment. Staff work collaboratively with parents and I feel that my child is benefitting from her nursery experience. I am happy and confident when going to work that my child is in a loving environment.

My daughter is always welcomed by genuinely caring people and loves school. I feel very comfortable dropping her in and think she is developing well due to good help and affection. Thank you.

We are extremely happy with Merchant Square Nursery. They take great care of our 11-month-old son and have been looking after him since he was 5 months. The ladies are very sweet and loving. Our baby goes there with a smile and is always so joyful when being dropped off in the morning. The activities are great, there are lots of toys and things to do.

My daughter has been with Merchant Square Day Nursery since she was six months old. She is now nearly a year old and we cannot be happier with our choice. The staff are caring and the environment dynamic. Over the course of her care, she has become more social and eats very well. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending the nursery to anyone.

My son has been enjoying his days at nursery since he joined the nursery in 2016 when he was 6 months old. The staff are very friendly and helpful and are doing an amazing job with all those little ones!! The activities are well diversified and adapted to the needs of the children. Very positive feedback!

After looking at many nurseries I came across Merchant Sq and couldn't be more pleased. The staff were amazing at settling my 2 year old and after only 3 days she was waving me off with no tears (from either of us). The stories she tells on the journey home just confirm what a great day she has had. Fantastic nursery with brilliant staff.
