Partou Merchant Square Day Nursery & Pre-school

My child has attended this nursery since 2020. Our overall experience has been amazing. The care and education provided is of par excellence. The staff at Merchant Square are so committed and work with so much dedication. They have always kept us as parents updated about my child's progress. Communication between staff, management and us has been top-notch. Special thanks to the manager for being so warm and has always attended to our needs. Special thanks to two staff members for always welcoming my child with a smile. We will miss Merchant Square!

Wonderful nursery with good understanding especially when I comes into single mother doing things alone. Thank you to all the teachers that supported my child.

Staff are very friendly, our key worker and co-key worker have made a great influence on our child.

Our key worker is very friendly and open to working on things that I want my child to develop further. I felt very heard and I felt like me and the key worker are working as a team. My overall experience of the preschool and the staff has been very positive and my child has developed socially due to their hard work.

The staff are very attentive and provide excellent care and development for our child. They keep us updated on all areas of development and are always very flexible around our needs.

Very insightful. Came away with lots of tips and useful advice. The staff is brilliant and I always see a huge improvement when anything is flagged. They go out of their way to help us and we're so happy to have found such a lovely place for our daughter to learn and grow.

The staff of the school are very good and the facilities are also good. I'm satisfied with the overall standard of the school.

My son, who is currently 3 years old has been attending the nursery for a year now and he really likes it. He loves all the staff and seems to know them all not only his key worker and get along well. The room are spacious, they have a lot of activities during the day and when possible, go outdoors. He is becoming more independent and is engaging better with his peers. Food is also good and healthy, no junk. Living in the area, we were lucky to get a discount on the fees. They also accept the 15-hour funding. Highly recommend,

My son absolutely loved this nursery.

I felt he was safe and the staff were fully engaged in the children.

They supported potty training and his various milestones.

I found the staff to be loving and meeting the children's emotional needs which is very important to me.

If I had to be very critical the only issue we had were when too many staff took vacation at the same time which my son found difficult. There were a lot of different faces covering for staff.

Overall I would recommend this nursery.

I really appreciate that the carers are very dedicated and always have a smile when they see my son arriving. To us, this is very reassuring. My son has progressed a lot and is always very happy when we drop him off.

Also, I think the nursery ladies are doing a great job. My daughter is always very clean when I pick her up.

Very good experience with the nursery. The staff are very caring. The keyworker of our baby is adorable and our son in happy to walk in the nursery every morning.

I can only say how accomodating this nursery has been for me and my two children, who both attend. My children have developed and progressed through the year and a half they have been here. Learning and playing have helped the educational progress for them both. As well as being careful about my son's allergies and needs. I have and will continue to recommend to friends and family in the area, as I believe all children should have the experience we did.

I was happy with the service, environment and support that I received while my daughter was at Merchant Square Day Nursery. I received feedback on the daily activities of my child and was given suggestions on how to help my child with her future steps. The parent app publications were fun to go through with my daughter and the rest of the family.

My 2 year old son attends the toddler room and he is always so happy there. Staff members are really amazing and caring. They always put children first and do great activities with them. My son absolutely loves the food the nursery provides which is healthy too. Finally, credit to the management the nursery is run very well! Thank you nursery team!

We love Merchant Square Day Nursery for its staff and welcoming community. The key workers really ensure the children are happy, engaged and learning. Staff have been excellent with my son, it is so great to see hi growth and development in only a few weeks of nursery. The staff always plan fun activities for the children which is fun to see.
