Co-op Childcare Finchfield has a large, busy and modern nursery, complete with an outstanding team who are all committed to meeting your child's development and care needs. Your child will also love being able to take their nursery teddy bears home for the weekend to go on exciting adventures.

The nursery is Green Eco Schools accredited, a programme that sees children make little changes that deliver big environmental differences. They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They use 5 Little Pioneers to help share their core values with children, from encouraging them to be independent to expressing their feelings.

They have a ParentZone app which keeps parents updated on how their little one is getting on at nursery with photos, assessments and even toilet training progress! They have a growing area for food which they also end up eating and have regular visits to a local care home.

Their local history comes to life at Finchfield as their children regularly go on trips to the park near the nursery and visit historic buildings there.

I love this nursery:
- attentive and caring staff
- very reasonable price for the level of care your child receives
- treated like a person not a number
- friendly staff, keep you up to date on activities your child does, activities within the nursery and key information
- clear developmental progression
plans set out for your child.
My child is very happy here and loves going to nursery. This makes me a very happy mommy!

Wonderful nursery. Both my sons have been here and they really have blossomed and been nourished from the love and care of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and even 4 years after my eldest left, they still remember him. I feel so confident and happy leaving my children in the wonderful
care that the Finchfield staff provide. My son struggles to be left alone but they have really helped his confidence and willingness to go into nursery without him getting distressed. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone.

A superb setting. Staff are well skilled to manage the range of needs of all the individual children. This particular nursery is extremely welcoming as soon as you enter the building. The staff are warm and friendly which helps ease the nervousness that you feel when leaving your child for the day. The staff are extremely tentative to the children and are good at amending activities to individual children.
My child has been there for a few months and is beginning to show major improvements in her social skills and speech. The nursery has contributed towards that. Overall a great nursery for any child.

Couldn't ask for a better key-worker.
My son is very happy with-in the nursery. Every week he learns something new, and if it wasn't for his key-worker and manager, I would not have felt comfortable leaving him here.
Just not happy with different staff all the time.

My daughter has excelled since starting in Butterfly's 2. Her key worker is nurturing and treats her as her own. I couldn't ask for a better setting and key worker to look after my child and would highly recommend. Staff change in the room has been a bit scary but I'm glad that one staff member, in
particular, is still with us.

I am so happy with the way my son has developed, not only educationally but as a person too since starting at The Co-operative nursery. The nursery provides a safe secure and stimulating environment for little ones and I have felt so happy leaving him here in the care of the fantastic staff. He has
built up a close bond with the staff who have looked after him and was assigned to a key worker, who has supported him closely. My son has loved coming here and made some lovely friends here. We will miss it very much. But I feel comforted knowing that he will be ready to embark on the next chapter of his life in school, having received such a good education and grounding from The Co-operative. I highly recommend to other parents.

Really pleased with my child's last assessment before leaving pre-school for attending school. He has progressed so much in all areas of his development and has become so confident in himself. Graduation was very well organised and planned very well. All children really enjoyed the celebration. My son

My son attended this nursery and now my daughter is in the baby room. The ladies in the room make me and my child feel welcome, respond to my concerns and I feel happy leaving her there each day.
I have every faith in this nursery and am pleased with the service my child receives. I would certainly

The Co-operative Childcare Finchfield Butterflies room has been excellent for my little boy he really enjoys coming and has benefited from mixing with other children and playing together.
