The management team and staff at Fennies at Horley are amazing. Both my son and I have been treated so well. They really listen and have a genuine interest in the well being and development of each child. I was very nervous about placing my child into nursery but with the support of these wonderful people they have made the transition a lot easier. I cannot praise my son's key worker enough, she regularly keeps me up to date which is wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery.
Thank you for your feedback – it’s good to hear! Please do spread the word about our Horley nursery!
Our daughter started at Fennies after Christmas at just under 5 months old and she is having a fabulous time. From even before we registered her the manager has been extremely helpful and supportive, enabling me to return to work confident that my daughter is being cared for in a happy, friendly environment. I couldn't be happier with the care that she is receiving and even in the few weeks she has been there I have noticed a difference in her interactions and development.
I am very pleased and impressed with Fennies in Horley. The staff are all welcoming, caring and friendly, making settling in much easier for both parent and child. The resources are good quality and well rotated, allowing different experiences for my children each week. The meals are nutritious and appealing and are also well rotated. I am most pleased with the way they allow the children to determine topics, themes and outings based on the childrens interests at the time. They recently went to a local stables after some of the girls were playing with My Little Pony. Great nursery, brilliant opportunities.
Both my children settled really well into Fennies. The staff always seem pleased to see us and are eager to tell us what they have planned. My 3 year old daughter loved her recent trip to the local park. Both my children have built great relationships with the staff and are really happy at nursery. We've recently received our 6 week starting points, and the staff are able to clearly highlight where they are with their development. We love it.
My daughter has only been at the nursery for a few months but she really loves it. I love how they manage to do so much each day with the children. Like I say my daughter has not been there very long but we had parents evening and her key worker knew my daughter so well in the way she explained, which makes me very happy that my daughter is being herself and enjoying it.
My daughter started at Fennies Horley in August of this year at just 7 months old. I have been so impressed with the way her teachers have helped her to settle in and she loves going to nursery as a consequence. We as parents feel confident and happy as we know she is well looked after and enjoying herself when we are at work. The 'buddy' (key worker) system works really well and enables her buddy to keep a special eye on her and build a good relationship. Her main teachers always go the 'extra mile' thinking of fun activities like coloured spaghetti and cut out biscuits which they often come up with in their spare time and on their own initiative. The manager is always helpful, knowledgeable and organised as is her super assistant. All of the staff are brilliant and the nursery chef makes delicious home cooked meals which our daughter wolfs down! We are very impressed and could not recommend this nursery enough.
