Bright Horizons, Clapham are fantastic. The staff are warm, attentive and get to know each child as an individual. Management are friendly, highly approachable and I have always found them to be very accommodating. Each of my daughter's key workers have taken the time to get to know her likes and dislikes,
creating a special bond between her and them. This has allowed her learning to flourish, as she feels so secure and confident at Bright Horizons, Clapham. There is a true family feel to the nursery and this is something which I really value as a parent. I have recommended the nursery to both friends and family. It’s a highly nurturing environment, where my child has flourished.

Perfect from beginning to end. Management team were very helpful, caring, no question was too much for them. The staff were welcoming, happy and ensure my son felt safe, loved and had the best time. A wide range of foods provided; offer a good alternative as he could not have cows milk. Everything was
perfect; really happy with my time there.

Overall very pleased with the experience and the team looking after our child. They seem very experienced and kind/loving which is very reassuring. There are plenty of activities for kids to be entertained during the day and they all leave the nursery happy and seemingly entertained. Only areas that
could benefit from improvements are managing queues/waiting in the morning; more consistently updating the app for parents (e.g. what is going on daily during the day); using less convoluted terms (food/care plans are excessively long and it is always clear when they are needed.)

My daughter has been attending Clapham since she was 6 months old. It has been incredible to see her at every stage of her development.
The nursery has gone above and over to ensure that she is happy, confident and ready to explore the world around her.
Particularly during the pandemic, the nursery
has been great with adapting to the new reality and minimizing the impact on children and parents. Highly recommend!

In spite of ever-changing restrictions, the nursery staff have consistently provided excellent care and learning opportunities, helping to keep our child fully engaged and eager to come to see their friends and staff each day. The rules are clear, meals and activities included and I cannot fault the

The best judge is my child. He always goes and comes back with a smile and that means that he has a good time, fun, he’s enjoying the nursery’s time and that for me is the most important thing.

Best Nursery. I feel so at ease to leave my children here, whilst I go to work. My children love attending too. I’ve never had a problem, which is how it should be. All staff are very professional and helpful, no matter the situation.

We are delighted with all aspects of Clapham Bright Horizons. Our son is very happy and we feel the staff love him nearly as much as we do. Excellent settling in period for both son and nervous mum! Wonderful activities including cornflour messy play! And plenty of garden time.

We have been so incredibly happy with Bright Horizons Clapham. Our son has been there for just under a year - he started in the Baby Room and then transitioned to the Toddler Room. He was just over 7 months when he first started at nursery, which was hard for myself and my husband. BUT, this became
easier and easier as time progressed as we saw how much love, care and laughs he was given. He just flourished at nursery, and this is mainly due to the staff - a building and things mean nothing, the people make the difference. Bright Horizons Clapham became his home away from home.


We have recently moved to a new country so he is sadly no longer at Bright Horizons Clapham. Finding a new nursery has been a challenge for us as it is hard to find a nursery with a team as great as the one at Bright Horizons Clapham. We miss you all already.

Our son started at Clapham Day Nursery 2 years ago when he was 11 months old. I have been extremely pleased with the care provided by the Nursery during that time. Our son has flourished at Nursery and continues to thrive on the variety of activities provided, which keep him engaged and constantly learning.


In each room he has been able to quickly form bonds with key workers and the staff have clearly taken the time to understand him and his personality likes and dislikes in order to be able to comfort him, make him feel at ease and truly get the best out of him.


He is safe, very well looked after and happy at Nursery which is the most I could ask for as a parent.


On the rare occasion that we have had any concerns, they have always been dealt with quickly and effectively by the Nursery staff.

Every morning our daughter is visibly excited when we roll into reception. The staff in the baby room were so loving and now she is in the toddler room the staff are so positive and encouraging. They do a real variety of activities like story time, garden play, painting, trips out, and so much more.
When we come to pick her up she is busy playing and always happy even before she spots us which is wonderful to see!
She has developed so much since she started five months ago, much of that is down to her experiences at nursery.
On a more practical note, as a working mother, the opening hours that are offered are so important. 7:30am start is vital in allowing me to keep on working.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons since January this year when he turned one and I returned to work. I could not be happier with how we’ve both been treated and also the pleasure my son gets from his days there.


Their settling in period goes a long way to making both mother and child feel

comfortable and after the initial couple of weeks, there are now only smiles when I drop off my little boy. He even reaches out for his key worker! On the occasion that he is upset when I drop him off, their ability to distract, calm and make him laugh, means I leave his ‘classroom’ feeling good rather than wanting to cry myself...


It’s also been wonderful watching him grow and develop and I know a lot of this is down to his 3 days a week at BH. I would highly recommend.

I interviewed multiple nurseries prior to choosing Bright Horizons. It’s in a great location, I love that it’s purpose-built (and not on top of cafes like some others I visited), the garden is spacious and safe, the daily menu selection is healthy and the nursery rooms are big, bright and engaging for
little ones. His carers are so nurturing and I’ve really noticed how much he prospers from the few days he does spend in the nursery.

Our son went straight into toddler 1 at 11 months old and absolutely loved it. He is now in rising 2 and is having a blast. We only use the nursery on a part-time basis but we feel that he is gaining so much confidence from being around other children and grown-ups. In each room, he has found "his"
people that really make an effort to nurture him, his development and his personality. I love that the nursery is very safe, has lots of protocols for all kinds of situations and that there is a separation between the ages of the children.

The nursery is in a fabulous state of harmony. Under the stable stewardship of the manager and his management team with the accompanying high level of competent key workers and staff. The children are content, happy, engaged and cared for and the staff turnaround is low. The graduation ceremony that

My journey with Bright Horizons started in 2009 at our Wandsworth Common Day Nursery and Preschool. I worked alongside the team to achieve an OUTSTANDING from Ofsted and during my time at Wandsworth progressed from a Nursery Nurse to Deputy Manager and now Nursery Manager.


My passion lies in supporting our staff to provide the best possible care for the children we are fortunate enough to look after. I am excited about the next part of my Bright Horizons journey at Clapham Day Nursery and Preschool.

I have worked in childcare for 10 years with a variety of experience in nurseries and as a Nanny. Ensuring children have the best possible start in life is my main priority and I enjoy supporting the team to plan and deliver exciting learning opportunities.
