Absolutely outstanding nursery!
To start with, the management run a very tight ship and everything feels organised, professional, and well-structured.
My son started here at 11 months old and the experience has been incredible. The team have taught us so much, and every member of staff genuinely
cares about the children. His key worker even brought him a small Christmas present because she knows how much he loves books - such a thoughtful touch.
The environment is fantastic, with plenty of outdoor space as well as well-equipped indoor areas, including a mini kitchen where the children can learn and play through cooking activities. There's also a brilliant app that staff update regularly with photos and daily updates, which is really reassuring for parents.
Most importantly, our son absolutely loves going to nursery - we couldn't be happier!

My son has been with this nursery for almost two years now. As a parent, I am happy with the amount of space and variety of activities that the nursery provides. Given it has been purposely built, the layout is thought through from the safety and light perspective. My son really enjoys his time in
the nursery and has built connection with his key person and the other staff in the room. He mostly enjoys water play activities, cooking lessons and yoga classes.

We've been so impressed with Bright Horizons Clapham Nursery. Our son joined at 10 months old in October 2025 and started in the baby room, where he loved Amelia and Lorraine. Even after moving up, he still waves to them every day.
In Adventures room, his key worker Samantha is wonderful and the
room lead Tomoya is warm and friendly. Our son has settled in brilliantly and clearly feels happy and secure. He's very energetic, and the team really embrace that, keeping him engaged and active. We've seen great progress in his speech, confidence, and ability to make friends and share.
The management team, Aimee and Chelsey, have been fantastic, always responsive, flexible, and understanding of our demanding jobs.
Returning to work after maternity leave felt seamless and reassuring thanks to their care. We're very grateful to the whole team.

We've been incredibly impressed throughout our little one's time at Bright Horizons Clapham and couldn't recommend it highly enough.
The staff - without exception - are very friendly, kind and professional. There's a wonderful feeling of warmth from the moment you walk into the nursery in the
mornings, with all staff members knowing each of the kids' names (not just the names of those children they work with). The facilities are good and the range of activities are stimulating and engaging - our little one can't wait to arrive each day and get started! Room transitions are well planned and have always been smooth. The staff's interactions with all the children are infused with support and love, and the feedback and information provided to the parents is great too.
We're so pleased we chose Bright Horizons and are incredibly grateful for all the amazing work done by the staff there.

We could not wish for a better nursery for our 2 children (1 pre-school, 1 baby). Excellent management and excellent staff in all the rooms. Facilities are great and children do range of activities. Great outdoor space. Excellent kitchen staff and focus on good nutrition for little ones.

The atmosphere in this nursery is fantastic, I often go along to collect my Granddaughter and the staff are so happy and friendly, the children all seem to enjoy the nursery, it's always filled with lots of lovely activities and you can see how dedicated the whole team are. I couldn't recommend this
nursery enough.

Excellent care by the staff and a supportive management team.
My son has been at Bright Horizons Clapham Day Nursery and Preschool for three years, starting at age 1. He has excelled, in no small part, thanks to his brilliant care.

I could not recommend the nursery more. The staff are amazing and take brilliant care of our two boys. The nursery is always safe and clean and my boys really look forward to going every day. The food is varied and has encouraged our boys to be good eaters. The range of activities is brilliant.

My son has been going to Bright Horizons Clapham for the past two years, and our experience has been wonderful. His days are packed with a variety of activities, and he adores his teachers who are not only incredibly kind to him but also exceptionally attentive to us as parents. At pick-up, they
thoughtfully share how was his day. I also appreciate the updates provided through the app, detailing his developmental progress, the new activities he's exploring at the nursery, and the next steps.

Bright Horizon Clapham Day Nursery and Preschool continues to exceed my expectations! The daily care and education for my little one is outstanding. They have structured plays led by staff and led by children, including many themes, such as World Book Day, animal hospitals, bake off, artic world and
come fly with us.
They pay as much attention to the toddlers as they do with communicating with parents. Always giving us daily updates and photos and ready for a chat and getting to know the parents. The continuous feedback has enabled us to instil the learnings and plays from nursery to home.
My busy life has been made easier with staff supporting us in developing my little one in social skills, counting skills, vocabulary, artistic expression and potty training.
The food is freshly prepared and cooked on-site. The chefs are trained to cater for allergies and made sure my little one was tended to. As a result of establishing early food variety, my little one is willing to eat most food.

We cannot speak highly enough of Bright Horizons Clapham. Our elder daughter started at 10 months nearly 3 years ago, followed by her younger sister at the same age and they stayed until we sadly had to move away recently - so we know the place well. The facilities are incredible (mini kitchen
adorable) but the people make it. Every member of staff is so kind and caring, with real attention to the girls and so polite and patient with us. Our girls have developed so much and have been so well looked after. Thank you to all of the team. Would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My son has been in this nursery since October 2022, and he is really happy there, loves his teachers and friends, and feels relaxed and loved. They help him in learning different skills, and the only thing I think could be improved is more academic support (particularly in writing).

My son started here when he was one and has flourished. He loves it, the staff are all lovely and so engaged with the children. There are great facilities and lots of activities. It was a great choice.

My two-year-old daughter has been at Bright Horizons Clapham for one year now and my wife and I still comment on how pleased we are with the staff, facilities and program overall. The admin staff are extremely capable and approachable whenever I have questions while the carers in my daughter's room
are really devoted to what they do and have genuine affection towards the children. They also foster great habits and always expose them to new learning experiences.
Many nurseries in London are in repurposed period buildings, buildings which are not ideal however Bright Horizons Clapham is clean, modern and purpose-built.
I couldn't speak highly enough of the team here! Go along and meet them!

I've had my kids at Clapham Bright Horizon since 2019 and my youngest is starting school in September, I'm heartbroken to think I won't see the Clapham Bright Horizon team every evening in a couple of months. They've made a great impact on my kids. They acted as a partner to my family. The turnover
is low. The staff are passionate and I've learned so much from all of them. I also have a lot of admiration for the management team because I know it takes great managers to retain high-quality employees.

The nursery has an excellent environment, spacious inside and has outdoor space. The staff are all lovely and caring and the app allows us to keep in touch and view photos easily. The children do a variety of activities and my little one loves the food. The location is very convenient, next to
Clapham Common station and many bus stops. It opens 7:30 am - 6:30 pm so the hours are very helpful for working parents.

I am pleased with the nursery overall. The staff are super attentive and my daughter is flourishing! They keep me up to date via the app on what she’s been up to throughout the day and what she’s had to eat! The management deals with any issues efficiently and quickly. Lovely nursery and preschool.

All our three children attend Bright Horizons Clapham and they all very much enjoy it. We appreciate the personal attention and loving environment, but also the fact that they are educated in a fun and interactive way at a young age. They are encouraged to learn, develop, make friends and become
confident at a young age. We drop them off and pick them up with a smile!

My daughter has attended since she was 10 months old. Amazing staff and facility, with very little turnover of staff members. Variety of activities and age-appropriate classrooms. Great selection of tools and equipment, including a spacious outdoor space.
Focus on kids' development and manners is
guided by a gentle yet effective approach.

I could not be happier with the services provided at Clapham Village, which is why it was the obvious choice for our second daughter. Returning to work after a period of maternity leave, it's nerve-racking, handing your tearful child over to a new carer, but the team here are amazing and so caring
and attentive. Everything just feels ok! Such superstars, thanks so much for taking such good care of her.
