The Orange Tree Day Nursery @ Hucknall is a beautiful nursery set in wonderful grounds in the centre of Hucknall. Specialist experienced staff will provide fun learning opportunities and experiences for your child from 6 weeks to 5 years of age and holiday and out of school provision for children up to 8 years of age.

The Baby Suite provides a tranquil place where your baby will be nurtured and cherished, baby music and sensory sessions will provide stimulation and fun.

Your child will have an opportunity to learn French, learn to swim and take part in 1st Ball Sports sessions.

Fully funded places are available for 2, 3, and 4 year olds. Please feel welcome to visit at any time.

My little one has been at The Orange Tree Day Nursery in Hucknall for 2 months now and absolutely loves it, he settled in really quickly adapting well to his new routine. The staff are all so lovely and always really friendly at drop off and pick up, I’m really happy with how my little boy has progressed
since being there and it’s great to see updates on how he spends his days. Great nursery and would highly recommend

My granddaughter has been going to The Orange Tree Day Nursery for over a year since she was 11 months old. I pick her up most days and she's so happy, she truly loves the nursery and has grown so much and so has her confidence.
The staff have all been lovely, friendly and helpful, nothing is too
much trouble. They always work with you and take the time to discuss anything with you and put you at ease. As soon as we mentioned potty training we agreed to work together on this as well.
From my experience I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone and have. The whole team do an amazing job.

My daughter started at The Orange Tree Day Nursery last May. She was born premature and it was a huge step for me to put her into nursery. However, I had no need to worry at all. The staff put us at ease on our very first look round, showing an excellent knowledge of how this could affect her reaching
her milestones. She has absolutely thrived since attending the nursery and is excelling. She loves attending and very often doesn't want to leave to come home! The staff are friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about each child individually. Communication is great and is given both face to face on collection, and via the app. I would definitely be recommending The Orange Tree to anyone looking for a day nursery.

My child has been attending the nursery for a few years now and they love it! The staff are always very welcoming, helpful and supportive if you do have any questions. The EY Log app helps with communication between home and nursery. Our child is keen to go to nursery and settles well into any routine
changes. We are very happy with their development and progress and we are kept up to date with our child’s next steps and targets.

My son has been attending The Orange Tree Day Nursery for almost 1 year now and I couldn’t be happier. From providing extra settling in sessions at the start to putting on a Mother’s Day afternoon tea the staff always go above and beyond what’s expected. Communication is excellent and the staff provide
updates both on the app and upon collection about your child’s day. The photos on the app are an added bonus too! All staff members are warm, welcoming and friendly and say hello whenever you see them. The facilities at the nursery are brilliant and include a sensory room and a play gym. I also love that it’s an all weather nursery so the children get to play outside come rain or shine. Overall I’m very happy that I chose this nursery and can see just how happy my son is being there. Thank you!

Our experience at The Orange Tree Day Nursery has been nothing but positive. The staff are so friendly and my son has made so much progress since starting. After starting off very quiet and shy, he now happily and confidently walks into nursery each morning. The staff are friendly and welcoming and

In the beginning, during his early days, the nursery staff were very reassuring and very friendly. Day one and two there were a few tears but they gave me a little pack of teabags, chocolate and a poem to say don’t worry mummy I am in good hands, I had regular pictures and updates. After his first week,
he was so happy. When I would go to collect he wouldn’t want to leave. Sometimes I would see him from the window before I went inside and he would be busy playing with his friends or he would be having cuddles with the staff. He loves the staff and they love him. Couldn’t have found a better nursery where everyone has a smile on their face, is so loving and genuinely want to be there. The facilities are excellent and my son loves the gym and outdoors! Even indoors he loves being creative. The best thing is we get daily updates on food diary, sleep and nappies and a brief summary of what they did. Not enough words to describe how excellent the team and facilities are! We love it here.

I really can't fault The Orange Tree at all! For all they have done for my son, I will be forever grateful to them, with his speech and for supporting him in becoming a big brother! He always comes home telling me all about his day, obsessed with his teachers! And telling me what groups he has been
in! Every day he asks me what day is it, is it nursery day? And when I reply it's a nursery day he jumps up, he loves it that much, I don't even get a goodbye! I am going to be so, so sad when he leaves for big school!
This nursery will always be 10/10 for my son!
