Excellent nursery with lovely caring staff. Great communication on general info and childs daily activities etc. great outdoor spaces is with lots of different types of activities & toys. Son is very happy and I sometimes struggle to get him to go home with me upon pickup as he loves showing me around
with such excitement. 5 stars!

I would like to thank all the staff at The Orange Tree Nursery is Hucknall for all their kindness and support in making sure that my son feels happy, safe and secure while attending.
Since starting at 9 months of age, he has always loved going to nursery and this is only possible because the staff
made him feel safe and supported his development. We have noticed how his speech and communication has significant developed since being at nursery and this is due to the range of activities and experienced the children have every day.
Now in Wise Owls, he has access to the nursery chicken and the greenhouses and comes home every day excited to tell us about his learning. Seeing the daily diaries and all the pictures that the staff share show that he genuinely does have fun!
I'm so glad we made the choice to put him into nursery for his socialisation and development, and can only thank the staff for supporting with this through kindness and care.

Hucknall Orange Tree Nursery are amazing. Staff are very accommodating and welcoming, and really have helped my son settle and flourish. Despite him sometimes being emotional, staff take that extra time to nurture him and he feels safe and happy here.
I wouldn't change where he is for the world, and
would send any further children there without hesitation.

Fantastic nursery, both of our children attend 4 days a week. They're both excited to go in each day and the staff are really excellent with them. Both of them love the food and the outside space is really lovely as they have the opportunity to go outside every day

Our daughter has been in nursery for a year now and is very happy here. She is always happy to go in each morning and always tells us she has had a nice day when we pick her up. She has progressed well with her writing as well as her social skills. There are always a range of different activities and
themes that promote cultural capital. The staff are friendly, supportive and clearly know our child well. I would definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

I chose Orange Tree Burnaston for our then 9 month old baby boy. He attends 3.5 days a week. He is now 2.5 years.


After visiting the nursery, I was impressed by each room being specific for each age range. Each with dedicated outside space. Our little boy has flourished and has thoroughly enjoyed his

time there so far. The staff are so dedicated to each child's development with lots of outside time. A great app to allow you to receive updates throughout your day.


Totally recommend this nursery and their staff!!!!


Great car parking spaces for drop off.

Eversince we've stepped foot on this nursery, we knew it was the one. The staff were all very kind and welcoming eversince my child started. It's been over a year since my child started here and they were nothing but brilliant. My son loves going to the nursery and has very nice relationship with the
staff. Leaving my child to someone else's care was never easy but they make my heart at ease whenever I send my child as I know he's very well looked after. They're all very lovable and very patient for sure. The ambiance is also very homey which I think what makes my child love it too. My boy has come on leaps and bounds eversince he started and I couldn't be more grateful to all the staff for all their love and care for my child.

The nursery is excellent! So spacious inside and has so many different areas for the kids to explore, inside and out! The place is always clean and different activities are set up everyday for when the children arrive! My child loves it there and settled in very quickly due to the warm welcoming environment.
The staff are so lovely and make the days special for all kids! Im very happy with my experience and so is my son!

My boy has been addending the nursery since he was a baby, he is now 3. His development skills have come on so well including his confidence, imagination and speech. The staff are absolutely fantastic they go above and beyond for the children. The interaction and the relationships they build for the
children is amazing. I love the activities they plan throughout the week and my boy absolutely loves the outdor space especially the chickens.

Both my boys have attended Orange Tree, seven years apart, and on both occasions the overall service and quality of care has been excellent. While it may be slightly more expensive than other settings in the Stoke area, the experience is worth the cost. The children have a well-rounded environment with
a great balance of indoor and outdoor play. What stands out most is the dedication of the staff, who consistently go above and beyond, especially during holidays like Easter, Pancake Day, and Christmas. The children often come home with thoughtful, homemade trinkets, which is a really lovely touch.

My son recently started at this nursery and from when we viewed the nursery last year (2025) up until he started they have been fantastic.
They personalise a board in reception to welcome you which is such a thoughtful touch.
All the employees are friendly and welcoming even saying hello even though
your child isn't in their room.
All the ladies in my son's room are fantastic, my son has a wonderful time and is always happy on the updates via the app. The updates are great in the app and regularly updated.
Overall from start to finish so far we've had a really great experience and will hopefully continue throughout his nursery journey.

Perfect nursery!!
We moved our daughter here just after her first birthday. She had been with a childminder in the area before that for 4 months. The best decision we made was moving her to nursery. She settled so well after a horrible experience with the childminder. She is thriving at nursery. Recently
moved up to the next stage and transitioned very well. Could not ask for better staff. The nursery is perfect for her. She is meeting all her milestones. She's happy to go in and be picked up. No tears only smiles. If you are thinking of sending your little one here, do it. They are in good hands at Orange Tree

All the Staff in the baby room do an amazing job and provide a great level of care to our daughter. But Libby and Seren do an amazing job and help her when she needs a little extra comfort!
The daily updates and photos that come through via the app are always nice to see as well!

We have been so happy and impressed with this nursery since our little boy started last September. His experience in the Blossoms room has been so positive, and we have been amazed to see how well he has settled after a few unsettled sessions at the start. We have absolutely loved to see how confident
and happy he is at nursery, and how much he has developed since starting. The staff are absolutely wonderful and seem to know him so well which is so reassuring and lovely to see!

After looking at many nurseries when we came to view this one we knew it was perfect for both our children.The staff are so lovely & helpful, they always go above & beyond.
Both my children have allergies which have always been catered for, never had any issues which was a big worry of mine.
If your
looking for an amazing nursery I would definitely recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else for childcare.

We couldn't be happier with the care our daughter receives at this nursery. The team has done a fantastic job supporting her individual needs and development.
Our child initially found it very difficult to separate from us, but the staff were incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive during
this time. Their reassurance and encouragement have made such a difference, and she is now much more confident and happily stays at nursery.
A special thank you to Evie, who helped her massively with potty training. Thanks to her support, she is now confident with toileting, which has been a huge milestone for her and for us as parents.
She always comes home excited to tell us about her day, which shows just how comfortable and secure she feels there. We are so pleased with the progress she has made and are truly grateful to all the staff involved in her care.
