The Orange Tree Day Nursery @ Hucknall is a beautiful nursery set in wonderful grounds in the centre of Hucknall. Specialist experienced staff will provide fun learning opportunities and experiences for your child from 6 weeks to 5 years of age and holiday and out of school provision for children up to 8 years of age.

The Baby Suite provides a tranquil place where your baby will be nurtured and cherished, baby music and sensory sessions will provide stimulation and fun.

Your child will have an opportunity to learn French, learn to swim and take part in 1st Ball Sports sessions.

Fully funded places are available for 2, 3, and 4 year olds. Please feel welcome to visit at any time.

My boys started the nursery in early January and I have been so impressed with the staff and how they both have come on. My eldest loves to sing and hes so good at so many different nursery rhymes his talking and communication have come on too. My youngest has come on so quick too. He is one very soon
and is so forward in everything he does they have really bought him on with his eating. I love the milestones and challenges they set for my boys, it shows they actually care about every child there and they no exactly where every single child is with this too. They build such a nice bond between them, its lovely to see someone else care about your kiddies and have a genuine interest in their development and care.

The Orange Tree day nursery is a lovely friendly environment. The staff have a very professional and helpful manner. My daughter really enjoys attending the nursery and has formed close bonds with all staff members.

The staff and manager are all lovely people. I look forward to seeing them almost as much as my daughter. Every morning, one of the first things my daughter asks me is if she can go to nursery. She loves the staff there, and her little friends. They have great activities, such as; baking, painting,
messy play, role play, story time, singing and lots of outdoor toys. On top of this she is learning so much: counting, reading letters and her name, as well as manners and social interactions. We will miss this place very much when she goes to school. I can go to work guilt free as she prefers going to nursery than staying at home.

I had to drop off and pick up my granddaughter for the first time and I had never been to the nursery before so I didn't know what I was going! I was greeted at the door with a happy smiley face who guided me through the morning drill! All the staff were very welcoming and made me feel at ease straight
away, when I went back in the evening to collect my granddaughter the staff gave me lots of information about her day and they had even taken the time to make me a card which was truly wonderful!

I cannot fault this nursery in any factor at all. My son has been attending for 3 months now and his development and progress is coming on leaps and bounds. He is confident, well mannered and well behaved and I have the staff at the nursery to thank for this. A very well equipped, well managed and well
organised nursery with some very professional caring and polite nursery staff.

My son has been at The Orange Tree a couple of years roughly when they took over from the old nursery and the owner and staff have been very supportive. My son is very close to his key worker and likes nursery. He has plenty of friends and the staff are lovely. They do plenty of educational activities
with the little ones too.

The Orange Tree is a fantastic nursery and has gone from strength to strength since my daughter started April 14. The staff are excellent with nothing too much trouble and have done wonders bringing our little girl out of her shell and encouraging confidence for her further to develop. She loves it
there and cannot praise them enough.
