My 4-year-old has been in pre-school for about 9 months. Compared to the previous nursery, it is more expensive, however, we definitely get value for money. Under well-organised curriculums (a clever mix between play and learning), my daughter is thriving and getting ready for school in September. Staff
has been there a long time with nearly no turnover means consistency and confidence to a working mum like me.

My son has been attending the nursery since he was 8 months old. For me what stands out is how much the staff genuinely care about the children. My son adores the staff there and they have really taken the time to get to know him. He has got so much out of attending and his language is far beyond his
age group which they have massively helped with.

We've been using Asquith Kingston Day Nursery & Pre-School since 2012 starting with our older son who goes to school now. We are very happy with the staff, care and facilities. I felt my older son was well prepared for school. Staff is very friendly and helpful, great help with nappy/potty training,
both boys bonded well with the carers. It should be noted Asquith have just moved to this location on 5/9/17 and shouldn't be confused with the nursery that was there before.

Hi, I'm Lytisha the nursery manager.


I bring over 10 years of childcare experience, supporting children's development from infancy to preschool, holding a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in children and young people's workforce.


Building strong relationships with both my staff and families, I stay updated on early years through regular training courses and webinars. My passion lies in applying this knowledge to uphold high childcare standards and supporting my team.


Balancing managerial duties with hands-on interactions with children, I aim to instil a warm family atmosphere in every nursery. I actively involve families in their children's learning, continuously training my staff to provide the best early years education. Witnessing children's growth and learning at Kingston is incredibly rewarding, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating environment that fosters their full potential.

I have been at Kingston Day Nursery for over 8 years and progressed through the nursery from Nursery nurse to Deputy manager. I have a foundation degree in Early years (level 5).


I have worked in all age groups but my speciality is under 2s as this is the age group I have worked with the most while being at the nursery. It's amazing to watch the children develop and grow throughout the nursery through a safe and stimulating environment, during my time at Kingston I have created relationships with all parents and staff.


I keep my knowledge up to date by researching current information and then embedding this into the nursery to ensure my team has sound knowledge.
