Bright Horizons Kingston Day nursery and preschool is a charming, converted house that spans three floors. The nursery features spacious, well-lit rooms tailored to suit each age group. Asquith Nursery in Kingston has provided wonderful childcare for both my children over the last 5 years. The staff are caring, friendly, and experienced. Asquith Nursery is a relaxed and happy place, where we are always greeted with a smile. The nursery is well managed and I have always felt happy
to leave my children with the team of experienced and dependable staff.
The outdoor play area is lovely and the children spend a lot of time outside. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone, your child will be well looked after there.

My eldest went to Asquith Kingston day nursery, my youngest is still enroled there. Both thrived, the staff is friendly and what I really appreciate is that I saw the same welcoming and warm people for the last 5 years. They always had a nursery teacher and kids are prepared, confident and ready to

Staff really great and caring, ensuring that all children are encouraged to develop at their own rate but a good overall structure and varied activities for each day. My son really enjoys going to this nursery and he has learnt more things at 3 and a half than I had done by 4 and half! The staff really

Our daughter loves her time at the nursery (she attends part-time) and has developed strongly whilst at the nursery. As with lots of nurseries in Kingston sometimes struggles to retain staff but seems to put the effort into this and staff seem happy and many are long-standing.

Kingston day Nursery is a wonderful Nursery with a great team. All 3 of my children started at 10 months all the way through to preschool. What’s great is that some of the team that looked after my eldest now look after my youngest. Asquith has set them up perfectly for reception in terms of approach
and desire to learn and social skills. Great nursery and a great team.

We joined the nursery when it was still on Lower King's road. The care and attention children received were outstanding. Now that the little one is in pre-school, I'm amazed how much they learn to prepare them for life and for school. Topics they learn include languages, science and even yoga. And I
have never seen our little one smiling as much as when they hatched their own eggs in pre-school, and she was holding a tiny chick. Definitely the best nursery in town.

Our two children have both been at Asquith Kingston Day Nursery since they were 7 months old and love every second. As parents, we are always confident in the care they receive and Kelly and her team support their learning and development in a nurturing environment. Room/class sizes are small and staff

The manager and her team immediately filled us with confidence that the staff team was consistent and had great interactions with the children.

I have been taking my grandson to Asquith since he was 10 months old. The staff are brilliant. From baby room to toddlers to pre-school the standard has always been high and the transition smooth.


Our grandson, now 3 yrs old has developed vital life skills - his communication ability is very good,

he is socially confident, he loves singing - can sing in French - counts in Spanish, plays musical instruments, knows the alphabet, days of week, months of year and telling time, and does yoga. He always looks forward to going to Asquith. The facilities are wonderful, security and care all to a very high standard. The same happy staff team have been working there all the time he has been attending Asquith which builds familiarity and comfort.
The new facilities are excellent: bright, clean, conducive to well being and learning. Finally, the Nursery Manager is excellent - any issues I’ve had she’s always resolved them in a professional and efficient manner. 100% recommend Asquith Kingston.

My daughter has been with the Asquith Kingston team since she was 6 months old. She is now almost 4 and is getting ready for big school. The staff have been amazing and have really helped her to learn and thrive. She has so many friends and has lots of stories to tell us when she gets home. Her key

My daughter is entering her last year before joining big school and in all this time, the entire team at Asquith Kingston have been outstanding.


I mean, outstanding.


Nothing is ever too much. They are informative, with great attention to detail, caring and they have variety in their educational

programme.


My daughter always looks forward to her days at nursery and I think that speaks volumes.


We have come to know the team very well and completely trust the team which is imperative.


We viewed several nurseries before my daughter joined and had no doubt at all that Asquith Kingston was the best choice.


I could go on about how highly I rate this team and nursery but to any parent looking for a nursery for their child/ren, if you want a strong educational nursery that is fun, whilst offering you peace of mind, this is the nursery I would recommend.

Hi, I'm Lytisha the nursery manager.


I bring over 10 years of childcare experience, supporting children's development from infancy to preschool, holding a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in children and young people's workforce.


Building strong relationships with both my staff and families, I stay updated on early years through regular training courses and webinars. My passion lies in applying this knowledge to uphold high childcare standards and supporting my team.


Balancing managerial duties with hands-on interactions with children, I aim to instil a warm family atmosphere in every nursery. I actively involve families in their children's learning, continuously training my staff to provide the best early years education. Witnessing children's growth and learning at Kingston is incredibly rewarding, and I am dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating environment that fosters their full potential.

I have been at Kingston Day Nursery for over 8 years and progressed through the nursery from Nursery nurse to Deputy manager. I have a foundation degree in Early years (level 5).


I have worked in all age groups but my speciality is under 2s as this is the age group I have worked with the most while being at the nursery. It's amazing to watch the children develop and grow throughout the nursery through a safe and stimulating environment, during my time at Kingston I have created relationships with all parents and staff.


I keep my knowledge up to date by researching current information and then embedding this into the nursery to ensure my team has sound knowledge.
