Our son went to BH Kingston Day for 9 months. He only left because we got a place at a school nursery. We were very satisfied with the staff and the nursery in general. The manager was particularly outstanding. She was on top of everything and very attentive. Strongly recommend!

My daughter of 15 months has grown in confidence since being at Bright Horizons. She loves the food, staff and activities. I love the updates of her day and the photos. She is thriving in a happy environment. I'd like her to have more outdoor time.

We have two children in the nursery and have been very impressed with all staff + management. Both children love the nursery and feel very safe. They have also progressed our children's education well at every stage.

My daughter settled into the nursery in 3 days which says a lot about how caring and welcoming the staff are that it made my daughter feel like her second home very quickly. I appreciate the structured learning environment of Bright Horizon. The nursery provides so many activities that I'm not able to provide at home. I have seen incredible growth and development in my daughter and she truly enjoys going to nursery every day.

My 6-7 month old has settled in very well. All the staff have been very welcoming and supportive. They have taken on board what his needs are in view of his age. They are very caring. He is very smiley towards all the staff, even when we bump into them outside of nursery.

We've had a great experience at this nursery! The staff are so caring and always make my child feel safe and happy. There's a really positive, fun atmosphere, and I've seen my child grow so much since starting here. Would definitely recommend!

My twin boys have attended Bright Horizons for around 11 months. We loved the nursery and were always happy with their teachers, management and all other staff members. During 11 months my kids' English language and social skills have improved significantly. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons Kingston Day Nursery to other parents when they are looking for a lovely and caring nursery for their kids.

Our experience with Bright Horizon Kingston Day Nursery has been exceptional. The staff is warm, caring, and dedicated to the well-being and development of the children. My son has thrived in this nurturing environment, learning new skills and making great memories. The communication is excellent, and I always feel confident that my child is in safe hands. Highly recommended!

We could not be happier with the help our two children have been given to settle in. Our older child was quite anxious about moving but the atmosphere is so warm and the staff so kind that she has quickly become really confident about going in and happy to talk about new friends and the huge array of activities on offer. Her key person has been very perceptive about her needs and got to know her really well. Each day's activities are creatively planned, and babies' needs are catered to equally thoughtfully so they have plenty of tummy time, work on fine motor skills, sensory play etc. The setting is clean and bright with a great garden. The staff come across as genuinely enthused by their work and happy to talk to you at pick-up time, and the app provides great photos and details about their day. I feel confident that my children are looked after with kindness and kept stimulated too, and feel grateful to the team for going above and beyond for us.

This is my second child going through their nursery journey. It's great to see so many familiar faces. My daughter loves going to nursery and gets very excited seeing her teachers and little friends in the morning. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The garden spaces are creative, playful areas packed with nature.

My son has been attending the Bright Horizons Kingston Day Nursery and Preschool for three years and both he and we loved every day of it. From his settle sessions, where the staff helped him settle very quickly, to the preschool room, where he is challenged and learning, he has been excited and eager to go to nursery every day. The staff are incredibly gentle and caring, you can tell that they love children and give so much attention to them. Communication has always been great and we feel very comfortable and at ease leaving him there. He loves the food, telling us every day what he ate and asking to recreate the nursery recipes at home. The nursery is very clean and tidy, with a big garden where the kiddos spend a lot of time. Overall, we are very happy and feeling sad that our time with the nursery is coming to an end. We wholeheartedly recommend Bright Horizons! Special thanks to four members of staff, in particular, for making this time so special for our boy.

Our children have been going to Kingston Bright Horizons for over 2 years, they love it! The staff are all very invested in working with the parents to help the children grow. The daily activities have given our children confidence, inquisitive minds and a keenest to learn. They have also developed solid friendship groups and there is a lovely social feel to the nursery.

The teachers and staff are lovely. The nursery has good-sized classrooms and a very nice garden with lots of toys and activities, which make our son very happy to come in every day! Our eldest went here too and had all the foundations she needed when she started school. Overall, very happy!

I have been extremely happy and impressed with the nursery. My son settled quickly and formed a brilliant bond with his key worker. Communication is excellent with clear updates on activities they do during the week as well as detailed updates on the day-to-day on the app. I have been impressed with the trips out and the excellent sense of community the nursery has. The food menu seems varied and substantial and most importantly the staff are all friendly, caring and professional creating a lovely environment to send a little one to.

Bright Horizons, Kingston Day Nursery and Preschool is a very good provider. Staff are dedicated and friendly. Taking very good care of children. I am overall very satisfied with their service and definitely recommend them. I feel that our little one is safe, stimulated and taken care of while I work.

Our daughter has been at the nursery for almost two years and has learned a huge amount in a great environment. Many members of staff have been with the nursery for a long time, so the friendly and familiar faces are a real comfort.

All the way from nursery to preschool my son has shown consistent growth with all-around development and positive attitude. He looks forward to being at nursery and comes back happy. My daughter joined the nursery in November 2022 and has settled in very well. This is partly because the nursery has been amazing at arranging settling-in sessions to ease her in prior to her joining formally and, also to her key carer for creating a welcoming, warm and inclusive environment and developing a strong bond with her. My daughter is always very happy and smiley from the moment we drop her off and pick her up from nursery. Her key carer and support staff have been outstanding in supporting and encouraging her to develop fine and gross motor skills. We get detailed updates on her progress at the end of each day and also on the Bright Horizons app. All in all, a very positive and happy start to life in nursery. Thank you to all the team!

We could not be happier with how well our son has settled into life at nursery. The care he receives from his keyworker and support staff is obviously outstanding. This is clear from how happy he is to be dropped off and the thoughtful and detailed feedback we receive from his keyworker when we collect him. The staff go above and beyond the call of duty and this is very reassuring in what can be an anxious process.

I highly recommend Bright Horizons, Kingston! My daughter has been extremely happy there and I have been delighted with her development, with the help from the great staff. The staff are fantastic and I feel they have the best interests of the children at heart. We were sad for my daughter to leave, but she leaves confident and ready to start school.
