Caring staff and good learning, fun environment. My son settled well into the Baby Room at 12 months.
Great outdoor space, given the London location.
It has a buggy space which few other nurseries in the area have.
Only negative is that it can be hard to get in touch with the nursery, emails often
go unanswered, which is frustrating.
It is expensive but is in line with other nurseries in the area.

My son loves being in the nursery and I believe this tells everything. I feel they really care about him, they love him, they teach him, they entertain him. Everyone in the nursery calls him by his name and it makes me feel part of a family. I only have praise and good words for them, and my little
one would agree without hesitation. Highly recommended, I'd give you more than excellent if there were the option.

Our child really seems to enjoy her time at Bright Horizons. She is the second of our children to attend nursery there. The staff are friendly and the children seem happy. I only wish it was less expensive because if it was, we'd be able to send her more often.

This is a top-notch nursery, with warm and welcoming staff all around. From the front desk to the nursery room caregivers, everyone is genuinely kind, empathetic, friendly and extremely caring towards the children. My son is in the baby room and he loves coming to nursery. His teachers are absolutely
wonderful and nurturing. The space is always clean and bright. Things are very organised, details are logged and the meals are carefully planned. This is a very efficient nursery with a warm, kind touch and loads of positive vibes. Would recommend 100%!

We started at the nursery in Jan 2018 and found it extremely satisfying. The staff is really attentive and the pre-school classes are focused on child development. Our little one gets additional activities and Spanish classes on top of usual nursery programmes.

Our daughter started in the baby room at Bright Horizons in December. We are very happy with it for many reasons.
The staff are very accommodating. For example, if I need to pick her up early for any reason last minute, she is always ready and the chef has packed up her lunch.
If she’s off sick,
I feel the staff are genuinely concerned and make a courtesy call to see how she is. The managers are very hands on and I can call them to see how she is/what she’s getting up to.
There is a very low staff turnover and mostly full-time staff. This means my daughter knows the staff all very well and vice versa!


It’s always very clean and they have just got some lovely new toys! Before starting nursery, we had difficulties with her daytime naps and eating. However, this was quickly sorted out when she started nursery, it’s lovely to see them all sleeping and eating alongside one another. Above all though, when I pick my daughter up, she seems to be happy and that is the most important thing!

Our experience can be best summed up by the drop-off. Our daughter smiles as soon as we walk in the door. Every member of staff knows her name and appears equally pleased to see her. I know she is in safe and caring hands when she is there. The staff from the carers to the management are lovely and

My son attended through the Emergency Back Up Care that Bright Horizons provides. I am very happy with my son's experience at Northcote Road. The staff were amazing and gave me great feedback. Both of my children attend Bright Horizons and we all love it. The outside space is a real luxury in central London and the staff are second to none.
It has a real family feel and the staff turnover is very low which really helps with stability.
I would not hesitate to recommend Bright Horizons
for either a baby or a pre-schooler.

My daughter started attending the nursery in February 2015. She was welcomed by all the staff with open arms and made to feel very special. She loves attending the nursery and really enjoys going out in the garden. If we have any problems the management are very good at sorting out the problems.

My son was 6 months old when attending nursery (he still would be had we not moved) the baby room staff were all very good and caring for him and always doing new activities which he enjoyed. My child is in toddlers and she is very happy, she has a great relationship with the staff in her room and her key worker always goes that extra mile. They give a daily hand over with what my child has been doing that day and I always have the chance to have meetings to discuss how my child is getting
on. Myself and my daughter have access to her learning story where there are photos and observations to track my child's progress, the management team are amazing and always go that extra mile to support us as and when we need extra sessions.
They have an amazing chef in the nursery more like a grandma to the children my child is always talking about the food and the cooking they do. The toddler team put on some amazing events for celebrations throughout the year and yes I enjoy taking time off work to spend with my child and see how she interacts with her peers and have a chance to meet the others parents. The transition between rooms works really well.

Any parent who has to part with their child each day does so with a sense of uncertainty and dread. I can say that the staff at the nursery are so helpful in this process that by the end of settling in my daughter didn't actually want to come home with me! I rely on them for their support and my daughter
loves them. :)

Dominique has been a proud member of the Bright Horizons family for the past 15 years. She holds a Degree in Education and Leadership, and throughout her journey, she has had the joy of watching countless little ones grow — from curious babies to confident learners, excited and ready to start Reception.


As a mum of three, Dominique truly understands how important it is for children to feel safe, nurtured, and inspired every day. She is passionate about creating warm, engaging environments that spark imagination and support each child’s unique potential.


Dominique firmly believes that the early years are the foundation for everything to come. She is dedicated to making learning meaningful, magical — and most of all, fun — for our future leaders!

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Natalie has worked for Bright Horizons for over 15 years and holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. She has supported children and families from all different backgrounds and believes it is key to provide a welcoming environment for all parents deciding to choose a nursery setting.


She absolutely loves her job and as Deputy Manager enjoys supporting her team to meet the needs of the children and families in their care. She loves all aspects of Early Years, from the outdoors to messy play, and supports children in exploring the world around.
