We send our twin 2 yr old girls to BH Northcote and we honestly couldn't be happier with the care that they provide. Having used another (more expensive) nursery prior to this, I cannot emphasise enough how the service we receive from BH is so much better. The care provided by each of the staff
members is second to none. Everyone, from the managers, to the nursery nurses, to the chef, are so friendly, welcoming and attentive to both ours and our girls needs. The nursery nurses in the toddler room provide a whole host of different activities for the children each day, to keep them engaged whilst ensuring they are always learning. They are always upbeat and positive and always show so much love and care towards the children. The environment is always clean and tidy and there is a large garden for the children to play in. We love the daily updates via the app with photos of what the children have been doing.We are so grateful to BH and would highly recommend this nursery to others.

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Northcote Rd for nearly a year now, since she was 12 months old. The staff, especially in the "Under 2" room my daughter is in, is extremely caring towards my daughter and always friendly and professional with me. The kids participate in lots of
different activities each day which parents are updated on via an app (plus I love receiving photos of my daughter - once a day, usually in the afternoon - when I'm at work). The management is lovely, too and knows every child and family. The nursery has an on-site chef who the kids all know and my daughter is very fond of. There is a spacious garden / outside area (rare in London) which was one of the reasons we chose this nursery. The kids spend a decent amount of time outside, especially in the warmer months. We've been very happy with our overall experience at this nursery.

I visited a number of nurseries before settling on Bright Horizons northcote for my baby boy and I am very happy with my choice. When you step into the nursery there is a lovely feeling - the site is warm, welcoming and spotlessly clean. Of the nurseries I visited, it was the cleanest. The garden is
also spacious and well organised which is unusual for central London! The manager and deputy m welcome the parents and are very involved with the children, knowing every baby, toddler and child by name. They are a wonderful team which sets the tone for the rest of the nursery. The nursery nurses in the baby room are competent, kind, caring and creative. I have enjoyed getting to know the team, which has been consistent, and who are very special, lovely people. I love seeing baby in the photos I get on the app every day, the activities are fantastic and he loves the food (freshly made daily by the great chef). I feel lucky to have such a good local nursery.

Just so, so great. My 11mo daughter started here in January 2025 and the staff have been really gorgeous with her (and me). It is clear that they care about her health and happiness: a huge difference in staffing quality compared to another local nursery that I had sent my older son to. New

We are really happy with the nursery. Our daughter settled in really quickly, which is a testament to how good the team is here. They are hugely caring, excellent at communicating with parents, and will go above and beyond to make things easy for working parents.

Hugely caring team with wonderful facilities! Our daughter started in August 2024 and we couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons NR. During settling in, everyone was so caring and supportive, working with us to make sure it was as smooth as possible. The nursery has clean, bright and fun
facilities, nutritious and varied meals, and it's a real comfort to get the detailed updates and pictures each day of all their engaging activities. Everyone there is so kind and takes the time for every child. A massive thank you to the whole team!

Both our daughter and son attended this nursery and had a wonderful experience. The staff are extremely caring and kind and formed close bonds with the children. The nursery is well-organised and they do a range of activities, including arts and crafts and sports. There's outside space which the
children enjoy every day when the weather allows. The staff are very flexible and do everything possible to accommodate children's specific needs, for example, potty training or dropping the nap. We're thankful to have found a nursery which offers such great care.

This is a truly brilliant nursery - my daughter was here for one year, aged 1 to 2 years (before she left to join her brother at preschool).
The staff are incredibly kind and caring, my daughter was extremely happy with them. They do lots of great activities which they keep parents updated about
via an app with photos published daily of the children doing crafts etc. - always very sweet to see!
The facilities are modern, well-organised and clean and the outside space at the back is also great and bigger than most other nurseries in the area.
It really is the staff who made this place what it is - they are exceptionally caring and we will miss them a lot!
I would recommend Bright Horizons Northcote Road Day Nursery and Preschool in a heartbeat - we really couldn't have had a better nursery experience.

Since our son started at nursery earlier this year all the staff have been extremely welcoming to all of the family. As is normally the case, our son was nervous and wary when he first began but it wasn't long before he was clearly happy and comfortable in the environment and by now he almost always
comes home with a smile on his face, sometimes not wanting to leave at all. We value the nursery's access to safe, private outdoor space and the range of activities provided by the staff which keep him entertained and engaged.

The facilities are great, a really safe and engaging environment for the children to grow. We're particularly impressed with the range of activities they do throughout the day, as well as the extensive daily menus. It puts our weekends to shame!
Our daughter comes home smiling and content, which speaks volumes about the quality of care she's receiving. We would highly recommend this nursery to any parents looking for a supportive and stimulating environment for their little ones.

My son has settled into the preschool room very well. I am very pleased with the size of the rooms and direct access to the garden. The staff at Bright Horizons Northcote Road Day Nursery and Preschool are all so welcoming and inviting. The app is so helpful as I am able to see what my child is
doing in real-time, e.g. how much food they ate or how long they've slept for. My son has participated in a range of activities that help support his learning and development. Overall, I would 100% recommend Bright Horizons Northcote Road! It's such a nurturing, family-like environment that I am proud of my son to be a part of.

Our daughter is in the preschool at Bright Horizons Northcote Road Day Nursery and Preschool. She's absolutely thriving, has learnt a lot from the various teachers, including doing basic maths and writing her name. She loves going into preschool every day, the staff make it such an enjoyable
experience and you can tell that they truly care about the children. We constantly hear from her how great the food is and the app is so helpful to keep updated on what they do each day. They do loads of activities, take them on short trips to the library etc. Without a doubt, the Northcote branch is a 10/10!

We highly recommend this nursery, such a safe, nurturing place with full daycare throughout the year. Our daughter did preschool at Bright Horizons Northcote Road Day Nursery and Preschool and we could have not been happier about it. It's such a nurturing environment. She had a big room with direct
access to the big garden and plenty of space to thrive - from sports to planting vegetables to pretend play with her friends in the home corner. The room leader has been leading the room beautifully, the kids have learned so much and follow her lead. All members of staff have been amazing, so kind and patient. We will miss everyone in the next chapter of our daughter's life.

Lovely nursery that really feels like a family. The staff are extremely helpful and my oldest daughter settled very quickly. She loves the activities and the staff. We look forward to having our second daughter join the babies’ room in the summer.

Our two kids are at the nursery, one in the baby room and the other one in the under 2 room. The staff are amazing, very caring, approachable and lovely. Also, we love the App which allows us to follow our kid's day with information regarding their naps and meals but also includes some pictures
which is so reassuring for parents. The meals are prepped with care and my daughter who was not eating very well is now a big fan of the nursery chef! Thank you Bright Horizons Northcote for helping our little ones to develop and grow - it is amazing as a parent to see both of them so happy!

My child started in the baby room and will soon be going into the toddler room which we are excited for. It’s so

My daughter joined the toddler room almost two months ago and is thriving. The staff are caring and work together like a family to care for the children. There are lots of different activities for them to play and learn during the day. The carers also focus on practical life skills, which we find

We have just moved away from Clapham, and one of the things we will miss will be this nursery! Our daughter was in the baby room and then the under 2's, and she came on such a lot in the time she was there. The team do so many lovely activities with the children, and they are really organised and
nurturing - we always felt our girl was in safe and caring hands. Everyone seemed to know our daughter and her cheeky ways, and it always felt like we received a warm welcome from every single person whenever we went there. Huge thank you to the whole team!

From the moment we had our nursery tour, it has always been clear that the group of people that work at the Northcote Bright Horizons are passionate about what they do and give 110%. We have been happy with everything since day one and our son loves it there and everyone who works there. He has
thrived and picked up so much so quickly. The carers are all incredibly observant and caring.
Special mention to one staff member who is just a one of a kind person who goes out of her way to leave a lasting positive impression on everyone. We will be forever grateful for all her kindness.
