Our daughter has attended Bright Horizons Northcote Road since she was 7.5 months old through to pre-school. The nursery played a big role in her intellectual, physical and emotional development, providing stimulating activities and pushing her boundaries. The staff are lovely and caring, establishing
tight bonds with our child. Huge praise for the two ladies in the preschool room, who go above and beyond. Our daughter always comes home happy and smiling. Facilities are great with outdoor space in the back garden. Vegetarian menu with great options. The parent's app was a great addition giving us daily updates with pictures, meal log, etc.
Would 100% recommend Bright Horizons Northcote Road.

Pre School Graduation Day!
We just wanted to say thank you so much for making yesterday so special. The Graduation Day was really wonderful and such a lovely, happy memory for the children. A perfect way to mark the end of their time at nursery.

staff and the fabulous catering team. What a wonderful day it was!!
My daughter has spent 3 wonderful years at Bright Horizons, and has enjoyed her time here so much! The staff in all of the rooms - Babies, toddlers, Preschool and management, have been fabulous! Its been such a caring and nurturing environment and my duaghter has made truly wonderful friends!

My son has been at Northcote Bright Horizons since it re-opened after lockdown, and he has absolutely loved it. They handled settling really well, and he settled in really quickly. He is there 4-days a week, and I feel so happy knowing he's having a crazy, fun day, filled with activities. The nursery
is always trying to make things even better, which is brilliant. All the staff are so lovely, and it's great knowing he's in such safe, loving hands.

Our little one joined the nursery when she was 9 months old. I initially had the 'standard' mum guilt and only wanted her to attend nursery for 3 days per week. Within 2 weeks (her settling in period), I had signed her up full time (5 days per week). The staff are absolutely amazing and now she holds
her arms out to be taken by them every morning (I don't know if that says more about my parenting or how amazing they are!). We are updated daily on her activities, what she has eaten etc. But most importantly, we saw within just 2 weeks of her attending a difference in her development. So a huge thank you to her key carer and to all the staff at the Northcote Road Nursery!

We like the facilities. This branch has its own kitchen/cook on site. The outside space is well kept and bigger than that of other nurseries in the area. Toys and inside area are great too.
The team is very attentive and the local management available/responsive. We had a good vibe with all staff from
day one and all the kids seem comfortable with them as is our little one.

There were other nurseries closer to our home but we felt Northcote Road Day Nursery was the right option for our little boy. He has attended since he was 12 months old and it was the best decision we ever made. Our little one has been so happy there, making friends, growing in confidence and developing
in a way he may not have done at home. It is a safe, fun and trusted environment that you feel comfortable leaving your child at every day. The staff have created a community, where parents are encouraged to be part of their child's development. They are knowledgable, experienced, caring and indeed help you learn more about your child as they form their own personalities. I can't recommend it highly enough.

We are very happy with the nursery. Until 5 months ago our daughter was attending another nursery in the area and when a place became available we switched her to this one and we definitively think it was a good decision. The staff are very professional and the room leader is particularly competent.
The staff spotted right away our daughter might need glasses while no one ever saw it at the previous nursery. The garden is great, big and well provisioned with relevant toys and activity. There is a good breadth of activities and some of them, like French lessons, are great. The level of security is excellent, for example, the process in place to allow someone else to pick up my kid when needed is very thorough and I really appreciate that. Overall I think it's an outstanding nursery and my only comment would be to have a bigger variety of vegetables on the menu.

Very, very nice nursery with competent and truly caring staff, always cheerful, happy and helpful.
Our child (21 months) started in a previous nursery, and it is simply night and day!
They are very accommodating, open to vegan/vegetarian menus.
My daughter is rarely ill and very happy to go to the
nursery, walking by herself to the room and always welcomed cheerfully.
I would recommend this nursery very much!
NB: what could be nice would be to have the sandpit running and also a decrease in price/day when you go for three days to a full week.

Impressive for the daily lesson like piano, tennis, football.

Great nursery. Wonderful staff who are very attentive and caring. Our son loves going to nursery.


My only area for improvement would be the educational/learning focus. He is very young but we would appreciate more feedback on how he is playing and developing as well as how we can support the activities

around building/puzzles/hand-eye/new words.


In addition, the perception is that there isn’t enough educational/learning emphasis on getting children ready for school beyond two.

Since my daughter joined the preschool she has come so far with her writing ability as well as number association. The nursery is welcoming and like to embed good values into the children. They all acknowledge one another - saying good morning and good bye, they are aware to sit and eat their food without
being disruptive. It is a very calm environment. My daughter has been to 3 other nurseries since she was 11 months and this one is the best. The children get treated with respect. They learn Spanish once a week and my daughter sings the Spanish songs all week. She really looks forward to the teacher coming. There is also the option to learn piano which is great. Overall, a great place to prepare children for school and I am so impressed with the way in which my child has learnt so much so quickly.

Dominique has been a proud member of the Bright Horizons family for the past 15 years. She holds a Degree in Education and Leadership, and throughout her journey, she has had the joy of watching countless little ones grow — from curious babies to confident learners, excited and ready to start Reception.


As a mum of three, Dominique truly understands how important it is for children to feel safe, nurtured, and inspired every day. She is passionate about creating warm, engaging environments that spark imagination and support each child’s unique potential.


Dominique firmly believes that the early years are the foundation for everything to come. She is dedicated to making learning meaningful, magical — and most of all, fun — for our future leaders!

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Natalie has worked for Bright Horizons for over 15 years and holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. She has supported children and families from all different backgrounds and believes it is key to provide a welcoming environment for all parents deciding to choose a nursery setting.


She absolutely loves her job and as Deputy Manager enjoys supporting her team to meet the needs of the children and families in their care. She loves all aspects of Early Years, from the outdoors to messy play, and supports children in exploring the world around.
