Great nursery, very friendly staff. My daughter has been going there for seven months already and she really likes her group and her teachers. I appreciate the educational plan within the preschool curriculum, according to which I learn about my toddler’s progression in terms of her functional literacy
acquirement and her preparation for school. I really like the personnel - people are enjoying their work and love working with children. I would recommend this nursery.

They are my heroes! Professionalism, passion for the job and kindness are the main features of each and every member of staff, from the manager to the room leaders, from the cook to the team members. My eldest daughter loves going there and has benefited from the multiple activities they have, since

My daughter started in the baby room a little over a month ago. She took some time to settle but the staff were extremely patient and loving towards her and now she is very happy there. I really appreciated how they went out of their way to reassure me that she was doing okay and making progress. Her
key person has been wonderful and the communication via the app on her daily activities is excellent. The approachability of the front office staff and room carers has meant that there is an extremely communal feel to the place - which I love.
The facilities are always very clean and it’s been great to see that the staff try to take the children out to the wonderful outdoor garden whenever the weather permits. The variety of food and activities makes me feel good that we chose this nursery for our daughter.

My son joined the nursery a few months ago. He had some trouble adjusting at the beginning in toddlers, but all the staff members were extremely supportive in making sure he got all the help and support he needed. He is now thriving and very happy. His key person has been faultless. My son loves her
and has thrived under her care. She is attentive, loving, diligent and cares greatly about the well being of the kids.

Bright Horizons, Northcote is an amazing nursery. It feels like family to kids and to us parents. The manager and one member of staff, in particular, are the very best, the reason why I picked this nursery. They are loving and caring, it comes from their heart and it shows. Kids feel it and us parents
too. The staff in general are all loving and caring. They all know about the kids and they can all tell us parents a little story about our little ones, funny things they do, any new words, how they behave. This makes a massive difference for us parents, we get to know more about our little ones and share moments. At drop off in the morning, they all welcome us with a big smile and positive vibes. It is such a great environment. The manager's big smile and positivity is contagious. A particular staff member's love and care for the kids and their progress is outstanding and genuine. She is solid and loving. We could not be happier with our son's experience at the nursery. We do recommend this nursery to our friends, it really feels like family.

Being a first-time mother, I didn’t know what to expect when I sent my daughter to nursery at 6.5 months old, and I’ve been so pleasantly surprised. After only a few weeks, the staff at Bright Horizons Northcote Road feel like an extension of our family. They send us pictures and updates throughout
the day and log all activities in an app, which I love. All food is tracked in a document, signing off each ingredient as she tries them at home, providing extra reassurance for potential allergens. All children go outside to play at some point in the day, rain or shine. You wouldn’t know it from the entrance, but there’s a very large garden behind the building. If you have any questions at all, I’d recommend talking to the manager. She’s so lovely, warm, and always smiling - basically, she’s the main reason we chose this nursery to begin with. No question was ever too silly - and I had plenty! Everyone who works there is so lovely. I simply cannot recommend this nursery highly enough!

It's brilliant. So friendly, loving and personal and professional all at the same time. Staff seem to really know and care about the babies. She is learning so many new things at nursery that we know we haven't taught her. Very grateful it's nearby.

My three-year-old daughter recently joined the Northcote Road branch and has settled in incredibly well. I had concerns when she moved from her previous nursery as she was really set in her routine and had some great friendships etc. Those concerns were quickly gone as she settled in incredibly well.
The staff really do take their roles seriously and have unique ways to ensure the children are learning and developing in ways that suit their personalities and learning methods. I would like to take the time to acknowledge a certain member of staff, as I feel that she is so passionate every day and brings a certain level of energy to the classroom which must be challenging some days, but yet every day she is there with a huge smile on her face. The app is great and I love that we're able to see pictures and are aware of what our daughter is eating daily, however, I would say it is often hard to tell exactly how much food she has had as the children 'dish up' their own meal. Thanks!

My daughter has been attending the Northcote branch for over a year, five days a week and we couldn’t be happier! The staff are so wonderful, happy, helpful and professional. There are always fun imaginative and current activities for the children to do and we are always greeted with smiles and laughs
making a lovely atmosphere in the building. I feel that the staff all know my child very well and have had a huge part in her development over the past year. Also the food there always sounds delicious! Highly recommend.

Our daughter started in the baby room in May 2021, at 17-month-old. We felt instantly welcomed at the nursery and the feel and atmosphere is very homey and comfortable. Our daughter settled in very well and quickly, thanks to the brilliant team. She seems to learn a lot and really enjoying her days
at the nursery, making good progress in her education. At home, she repeats things she learned and calling the names of her teachers and "friends". The communication, especially since the introduction of the app, is very good, and we are always looking forward to logging in to see pictures and updates about her day. Overall we have no concerns and would be happy to recommend the nursery to anyone.

Our daughter has been in the baby room (0 to 2 years old) for almost a year now. We could not be happier with the care that has been provided by the whole team, including the food provided by the cook. It is a weight off our minds that our daughter is so well looked after and so happy. The staff are
extremely pleasant and kind and I feel really provide individually tailored care for each child, and are so interested in them as little individuals too. It is a lovely community. I could not recommend this nursery more highly.

Overall disappointed with our experience in Bright Horizon Northcote - we had a fantastic experience in another Bright Horizon Nursery and found that the staff in Northcote were not competent for the job (talking only about the 0-2yrs baby room). Staff seem to be overwhelmed with the number of babies;
activities are repetitive and not suited for older kids (mix of younger kids with older ones) and overall slow learning curve. Hope they catch up very soon with other Bright Horizon Nurseries as I am not sure they currently deserve their Ofsted Outstanding.

The nursery is a warm and welcoming place, and both my children have thrived in the environment. The nursery puts safety first, so I always feel at ease with the children being looked after. The staff have been fantastic and developed activities which are suitable for the children and their development.
There is a good outdoor space the children have access to and they also visit the Wandsworth Common areas. There are always messy play activities, there is a library the kids can borrow books from to take home. I would recommend to anyone looking for full wrap-around care in the area. The meals are all cooked on-site and children get a balanced and nutritious breakfast/lunch/tea and fruit as snacks.

This is a warm and welcoming nursery. As it’s small, I feel like the staff know my two children extremely well and I am very happy with their development - they are really thriving. The outside space is a good size (for the area) and nutritious food is cooked on site. Feedback is great through the app
and via the wonderful manager and room staff. There is also a lovely community of parents.

I currently have a son in the pre-school at this nursery and I could not be happier with the level of care and education that he is receiving.
The nursery is very well organised and the advantage of being a smaller nursery is that it has a real family feel. All the staff know the children and parents
and you really feel like a part of the community.
The management has really improved over the last year as has the fantastic pre-school team. The pre-school lead is excellent and she is backed up by a brilliant team. My son is far ahead of where he should be for his age academically but it is all taught in a fun and engaging way. The range of activities is extensive and there is flexibility for impulsive trips to the park if the weather is good!
I would fully recommend this nursery to anyone. We have chosen to keep our son here rather than move him to a feeder nursery for his primary school as we are so happy with the education and care provided.

My daughter has been at the nursery for the past 3.5 years. She has loved every minute and has learnt so much. The staff are great and I know she is in safe hands. They do so many different fun activities every day which we are told about through the new App. She has made some great local friends and

Dominique has been a proud member of the Bright Horizons family for the past 15 years. She holds a Degree in Education and Leadership, and throughout her journey, she has had the joy of watching countless little ones grow — from curious babies to confident learners, excited and ready to start Reception.


As a mum of three, Dominique truly understands how important it is for children to feel safe, nurtured, and inspired every day. She is passionate about creating warm, engaging environments that spark imagination and support each child’s unique potential.


Dominique firmly believes that the early years are the foundation for everything to come. She is dedicated to making learning meaningful, magical — and most of all, fun — for our future leaders!

Job Title: Deputy Manager

Natalie has worked for Bright Horizons for over 15 years and holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. She has supported children and families from all different backgrounds and believes it is key to provide a welcoming environment for all parents deciding to choose a nursery setting.


She absolutely loves her job and as Deputy Manager enjoys supporting her team to meet the needs of the children and families in their care. She loves all aspects of Early Years, from the outdoors to messy play, and supports children in exploring the world around.
