Bright Horizons Sale Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons Sale since she was months old. All the rooms have been incredible for her development. She has found each room supportive and they have developed her individuality. They work well with parents and are flexible to support working parents. Also the extra events the nursery have run have been superb.

Choosing a nursery is tough! Who is ever good enough to look after your most precious possession?! I viewed several nurseries in Sale and eventually settled on Bright Horizons, a large purpose built building, light, clean and airy and most importantly amazing staff. My son has settled into the baby room really well, he eats well (takes more from the girls than he does with me!) and has good naps which tells me he's happy. I receive lots of pictures to show me what he's doing and I know he'll continue to flourish there. Highly recommended!

We chose this nursery because of the facilities on offer, the friendliness of the staff, it's location, the activities organised for the children and the general feel of the place when we went to visit. We did have other options for childcare through family but we wanted our son to attend a nursery to aid his development and to socialise. We are extremely happy with our son's development. He was extremely shy at first and the staff were brilliant in supporting him and integrating him into the nursery. The staff are very friendly and are all clearly dedicated to the development of the children in their care. The facilities are always spotless and the amount of equipment and outdoor activities are extensive. There is also a wide-ranging healthy menu and meals are cooked on site. On the few occasions when our son has been a little under the weather, the staff were excellent in keeping us informed as to his wellbeing. I would not hesitate in recommending this nursery to others.

My daughter has been enjoying her time at this nursery since September, despite her ability to speak English. All of the staff have been extremely helpful to us, especially by providing us with daily notes on how our daughter has spent her time at the nursery, which has provided my wife and myself a lot of comfort. I understand it takes a lot of patience to cope with people coming from abroad and we appreciate very much, all the support which have been provided to my daughter and our family.

A lovely, family focused and friendly nursery. We have two children at the nursery and we have been really happy with the care for both of them. The staff are a real strength as is the purpose built building. Both my children have engaged really well at the nursery and grown in confidence.

My little one is in this nursery for a few months now, she was very upset in her first few weeks, but now she just a happy baby again thanks to all the staff. They're so friendly and patient. My girl loves the food as well. The nursery rooms are bright and spacious.

The facilities are very good and modern and the management have kept working on improving and updating the spaces over the last three years.

A warm and welcoming nursery which we felt comfortable after our first visit. The staff are always friendly and bright, our daughter has settled in really well thanks to them. A great location and modern facilities we thought it stood out against other nurseries in the area.

Both of my children are at the nursery and I can't recommend it enough. The place is pretty new, bright and clean with a nice exterior area. The staff is always friendly and competent with children. The menu is very healthy and balanced with original features.

Our son has attended since just after his 3rd birthday and has been through Babies and Toddlers and is now in the pre-school. He is happy, learning key skills and communicates well with peers and our contacts outside the nursery. The staff work collaboratively with you to maximise your child's potential and provide support with practical aspects of parenthood e.g. toilet training. This is a great nursery/ pre-school and I'd happily recommend it.

I am very happy with this nursery, in particular, the care that our son is shown by his key worker and room manager, both of whom are lovely. Communication is excellent and I feel confident that any signs of illness are picked up quickly. The facilities are clean and modern. The management staff are also very approachable and give me confidence. Overall I am very happy and would recommend this nursery. My toddler is in the cruisers room.

From the first day our son started at this nursery, he has thoroughly enjoyed his time there. The staff are genuinely welcoming, and when he wants to give them a hug at the start and end of the day, it shows just how much he likes them. Being a modern building it has all the necessary facilities, and the outside "garden" area means he gets plenty of fresh air and can get "messy" rather than being inside all the time. Please keep up the great work.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and management at this nursery. My child moved from another nursery where I felt unhappy with so many elements. From day one, I felt a warm welcome at Bright Horizons and the staff wanted to go out of their way to help my little boy settle. They have shown compassion towards me as a first time mum experiencing leaving my baby behind for the first time. They have reassured me in the form of phone calls and pictures throughout the day via email. Furthermore, the catering staff are able to meet my son's complex dietary requirements with exciting and varied meals that he loves. In the room my son is in, the staff are loving towards my child as if he were their own, providing cuddles when he needs them as well as being skilled in distraction techniques to help him settle and forget Mum! I feel happy in the knowledge he is safe and well looked after as well as having fun and learning at the same time. I would recommend this nursery without any doubt.

The nursery got most friendly staff and very children friendly facility. Both me and my baby like this nursery! We found it very exciting to see the smiles on the staffs' faces each morning and pick up our baby with a happy little face.

We have been using the nursery since it opened in 2012 and both my girls have been really happy here. We will be sad to leave this year!

I planned to send my second baby to the nursery that my first child went to. Having been for a session something didn't feel right, so I booked a settling session with Kids Unlimited. Everything felt just right, from the food menu, to the sleeping area, the indoor and outdoor space. My baby has been there for 2 months now, he happily waves me goodbye in the morning and has settled so well. The staff are lovely and communicate really well. There is always a wide range of different activities going on. I feel my baby has come on so much in the short time he's been there, which makes me feel less guilty about leaving him. I'm happy that he's happy in his nursery.

The nursery have always been very good at settling my son, whenever he is poorly they are so helpful and quick to put my mind at ease. Choosing a nursery was incredibly hard but after visiting and seeing the attention they gave their potential new child, I was sold. Nothing is too much trouble and my little one is now coming in and waving me off to work. Happy baby, happy mum and dad.

From coming to the nursery for the first time we were made to feel very welcome. Our son has learnt many valuable life lessons whilst at the nursery and loves going. The handover morning and night is very professional and thorough. The facilities are excellent and modern. We would highly recommend this well managed family orientated Nursery.

We have been extremely pleased with all the staff at nursery, they have been extremely supportive as our son has settled in to nursery. In particular his key worker has been patient and worked alongside him to help him feel at ease and gain confidence. It's hard seeing him upset when he's dropped off but we know he's well cared for and enjoys a wide range of activities while he's at nursery.

My son can't wait to get there in the morning and my food has never measured up at home! We have always felt reassured that not only was he being well looked after, he was also being nurtured and encouraged. He will leave nursery a confident child, well prepared to face the challenges of school.
