I honestly couldn't be happier with the care my daughter has received since joining this nursery. From the very beginning, the team has gone above and beyond to make both her and myself feel comfortable and settled. The staff are so caring and attentive, and I feel reassured every single day knowing she is in such safe and nurturing hands. I really value how detailed the handovers are at drop off and pick up - nothing ever feels rushed, and I always feel fully informed about how her day has gone. They share updates throughout the day, which is such a comfort as a parent, especially when you're leaving your child in someone else's care. The staff genuinely take the time to understand my daughter's needs and my own thoughts as a parent, and that partnership makes a big difference. Already, I can see her thriving here, growing in confidence and happiness every day. I feel so greatful to have found a place where she is not only cared for but truly supported to flourish.

My little girl absolutely loves this nursery & she's come on so much since being there and loves coming home to talk about her day, sometimes she actually doesn't want to leave! The staff and the manager are all amazing. The menus are great and offer lots of variety for the kids too

My child started here at 6 months old and is now 2 and a half. In my experience so far, all staff have been caring and attentive to my child. Management are accessible, activities are varied and educational, and my child (who loves outdoors) gets plenty of opportunity to play outside. Communication via the app is easy, with quick responses from room staff and management.

My child has been attending Bright Horizons for close to 12 months now, they are thriving having established strong relationships with staff, and care needs acknowledged and met promptly. My child has known allergies and staff have been thorough and diligent in accommodating required precautions, dietary exclusions and medication. I feel confident in the knowledge that the upmost is being done to protect my child, and protocols are consistently followed- validated by the fact I've had to turn up unannounced or at short notice on several occasions only to see the meal/ allergy protocols in action. Educationally, I can see my child picking up new words, able to name body parts and shapes, and sing words to songs- things I haven't taught. The regular observations alongside daily app updates demonstrate staff take time to watch, acknowledge and encourage growth. Overall very happy with the nursery, and would thoroughly recommend.

DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS TO BRIGHT HORIZONS NURSERY!!! Im absolutely horrified at the negligence my daughter and I have experienced today within the care of the nursery. I was informed by phone my child had been bitten on the foot by another child, this was shrugged off by staff and i was told it was 'one of those things' i went to picky child up from nursery to find she also had a bruise on her cheek, when asked how this had happened, none of the girls within my daughters care can explain how this has happened to a 17 month old baby. I had to ask them for an accident form to be filled out for the injury to her face, as I am seeking legal action for an investigation to be done of this nursery. They then lied on the accident form and insinuated the injury had 'potentially' been done by a toy oven door. This was absolutely not the case, and when first asked, they admitted none of them had an idea how the injury had happened. I have this verbal conversation recorded on my phone.

The quality of care is of a very high standard, the staff are caring & well resourced team. The handover at pick up time is detailed & offers insight into how your child has been that day & how they engaged with activities & meals. The wider support for additional developmental learning is great via SENCO trained staff, would like to see more staff trained & advising staff. The facility is clean & lots of activities for children to engage with, allowing social & solo play. Happy my child is at Bright Horizons, we feel supported & appreciate guidance & experiences of staff shared with us to help with our child's development. The manager is attentive to any matters. All staff are attentive & key workers particularly.

Great experiences with Bright Horizons Sale, my kid loves the staff and tells me daily about her friends there and all the things she's learned. Everyone is friendly and approachable, there seem to be robust procedures for managing incidents and we get regular feedback about progress. Really benefits from purpose built premises.

My little boy has been attending since he was 7 months old and he has flourished. He loves his time at Bright Horizons, is excited upon arrival and the staff have been extremely supportive throughout the different milestones such as weaning and walking. The staff are fantastic, always willing to help and support and I feel thoroughly up to date from both the updates on the app and the handover at pickup time. Such a great decision to send my child to Bright Horizons - thank you.

We joined this nursery last year after searching for the right place for our daughter. We couldn't be happier with our decision. As a same sex couple we have been welcomed and supported with our daughter, and there has been a real sense of openess to our situation and sensitivity towards inclusion. Our daughter has progressed so much as a result of the amazing work done by the managers and the team. Our daughter loves her time at nursery, is confident, social, a great eater - all as a result of the support given by this nursery. Their practices are sector leading, and this helps our daughter and all other children thrive in a safe and welcoming environment. A huge thank you to everyone.

This nursery is absolutely amazing. The staff are so professional yet friendly and comforting. Best decision we ever made sending our daughter here. Her development since starting has been fantastic and her confidence is always improving. She’s so happy!

Amazing staff that know each child by name and are easy to talk to. My child's key worker provides regular updates and observations. Staff adapt to the child's needs, especially when they are unsettled for any reason. They share stories of my daughter's day and have helped her settle in very quickly. She now gets excited when she arrives and does not want to leave at the end of the day. She has learnt to 'talk' a lot more and at a greater rate than before attending the nursery. Extremely good safeguarding measurements in place too; requiring photo and password for collection of a child.

I can honestly say that choosing Bright Horizons Sale Day Nursery and Preschool was one of the best decisions that we've made as parents. This is as close to a perfect nursery experience that I could imagine; I truly don't think that I could ask any more from the lovely team and great facilities. I could rave about every facet: the nurturing environment, the stimulating activities, the kind, caring and knowledgeable staff, the variety of foods/catering to preferences, the strength of the curriculum, the attention to detail, the clear communication, the daily updates and the welcoming and inclusive attitude of the staff. I have friends that often share their varied experiences with other childcare arrangements, so I know that not everyone is lucky enough to have an option like Bright Horizons. I feel so fortunate to have such a comfortable and secure place to send my child every day, where I know that not only is she getting a brilliant experience but that I trust them implicitly. It's such peace of mind.

Our experience of Bright Horizons Sale has been great. My daughter has been attending since October 2021 and I’ve just registered my unborn child to start next year. I could not imagine using another nursery. The staff are friendly, attentive and are always available to talk to me about my child’s development and learning journey. Each day I look forward to seeing pictures on the app of what exciting activities the children have been doing. I could not recommend this nursery enough!

Initially, I was filled with anxiety about leaving my daughter in someone else's care, but the staff at Bright Horizons quickly dispelled my fears. The staff members are not only lovely but also incredibly helpful and supportive, making every day a positive experience for both my daughter and me. It's heartwarming to see how much she has thrived under their care, and I attribute her growth and development to the dedication and nurturing she has received. The facilities at Bright Horizons are top-notch, providing a safe and stimulating environment for the children. I particularly appreciate the daily pictures and updates that allow me to stay connected with her activities and progress throughout the day. We moved down from Scotland in September 2022 with our then 2-year-old, so it was quite a big change for her, but the team at Bright Horizons were fantastic and helped her settle in quickly. Since then, she's grown so much in confidence, made so many new friends and the learning environment in preschool has been great. I would highly recommend both the environment and the staff at Bright Horizons Sale.

Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the team at Bright Horizons. My son currently goes and my daughter attended when she was younger. We looked round a whole bunch of nurseries in the area, and this was immediately the one that gave us the ‘you know it when you feel it’ feeling. The staff are incredible, they go above and beyond and both of our children have loved going there. The manager is so lovely too which I think can be quite rare! They don’t have a huge staff turnover which says a lot, our daughter who attended 3 years ago had some of the same key workers as our son who now attends. We also still call on one of them to babysit now and again! I know some people don’t like ‘purpose-built’ nurseries, and prefer a ‘home from home’ setting, but what we found with converted home nurseries was that they were tired, lacked some function and logistically didn’t work even half as well as Bright Horizons. Despite being purpose-built BH has the most warm and welcoming atmosphere, we love it.

Our child started in September 2023. He was one at the time. We’ve been so pleased with the nursery and all the staff. He settled quickly and we’ve had great feedback from the staff about how he’s been doing. It’s also really good to see the processes in place and them being used to keep him safe. He runs in to nursery each day which I think is the best way to describe how he likes it there.

Our children have attended the nursery since August 2020. Staff are welcoming and friendly and all staff know the children well. Our children have always felt happy at nursery and we are supported in potty training/any behavioural issues that might be happening at home. The staff have almost become part of the family and I’ll be very sad when my children finish nursery!
