Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley is run by a professional team, who make the most of an excellent building in order to pursue their passionate approach to childcare.

There are large spacious rooms which allow continuous provision and free flow. The children are engaged in purposeful play and each child is supported to develop to their full potential. They are proud of the high standard of care that they provide and how they work in partnership with all parents and carers meeting the needs of all the families that come to Hopscotch Botley.

Extensive outdoor areas offer each child the opportunity to explore the outside world and a dedicated team ensure that each child is engaged in their play and learning both indoors and out.

Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley have been amazing since my son started last September 2021. He settled in without no problem, all the staff made it so easy for him to do so and I was also always reassured. I can't praise all the staff enough for what they do. The amount of care and dedication they give
to each child is exceptional. They supported and listened to my concerns with my son needing extra help with Speech and Language. They helped identify the support they could give within the setting by using individual targets for him/reviewing these regularly with us. The setting itself is incredible! In particular the outside garden, we were so impressed with the amount of space and areas the children can explore. They have brought out a confident side of my son which we hadn't experienced before he started the setting. It's made such a difference to him and really helped to prepare him for school this year. All in all I couldn't recommend this setting enough.

My daughter loves going to nursery. She has so much fun, and learns a lot. We are often surprised on how much she’s learnt from nursery.
The staff are very friendly and approachable, and if you have any issues they will gladly resolve them for you.
Overall hopscotch is a great nursery!
Highly recommend.

I recently moved my daughter to Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley from another nursery and she has loved it from day one. Overall an excellent childcare provider that I would recommend to anyone I know. She has flourished under their care and loves the staff, facilities, activities, food and educational

Fantastic nursery! My toddler has absolutely thrived here. He is always so happy to attend. Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley gives the children a wide variety of activities from indoor to outdoor play. We have two children at this setting and they both love their time at Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley. We have been so impressed by the staff in both the babies and preschool rooms, they have taken the time to really understand our children and make the effort with them every day they attend. The activities
they undertake are varied and relevant, we were particularly pleased with how the preschool room were preparing our son for school. They are a caring and professional team at Botley and we highly recommend them!

Both my children have been to Hopscotch and have been really happy there. They enjoy the outside space - playing in ‘the big garden’ in particular as well as the good range of activities they offer. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and approachable with any concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate
to recommend them!

A brilliant nursery/pre school. We've had one child go through and another who currently attends, they both absolutely love it there. The staff feel like family and take care of the children wonderfully and are so caring, it's like a home from home. The kids particularly enjoy the outside spaces and
craft activities. We can't recommend Hopscotch Botley highly enough and will be very sad when we have to move on to school.

Absolutely fab nursery with really attentive and caring key workers! The care from the staff in all rooms is amazing, and they bond really well with the children. Great breadth of activities and the outside area is superb.

A delightful nursery with a wonderful team. We are always kept well informed and never feel worried about dropping him off because we now he is going to have a great day. A really great nursery, with good indoor and outdoor facilities. Kind, caring and hardworking staff who enjoy spending time with the children and engaging in a range of activities with them. The staff provide regular updates on your child’s day through the app. My son really enjoys his time there and
has developed a lot since attending, we will be sending our second son next year.

Best choice ever! Our little girl started here at 9-months-old and is now 2. The staff are clearly very caring and genuinely want to help the little ones have fun. They have so much space in the toddler section which is great for those who love freedom. Emails with requests and questions are always

Excellent nursery. My son is recently moved to Hopscotch Day Nursery from a different setting, and I have been really impressed with the staff. My son settled in straight away and now looks forward to preschool days. I believe this is due to the lovely staff and the interesting activities which they
are always coming up with. My son regularly comes home excited to tell us what he did at preschool, often with artwork or something he has created.

I would highly recommend Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley - my son has been attending since 9-months-old and will be leaving for school this summer. At every stage, he’s been well cared for, and the development we continue to see with him has been amazing. Communication has been good with regular app updates,
and he’s always really enjoyed every meal he’s been served!

My daughter has attended Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley since October last year in the baby room. She settled in so quickly and easily and very quickly made bonds with the adults looking after her. My daughter eats so well, gets plenty of rest and has so much fun during her days at nursery. I love to
see all that she has been up to in the day on care diaries and the photos regularly shared on the app.

Hi, I’m Jodie and I am the manager at Hopscotch Botley. I have worked in the Early Years for 25 years, starting as an apprentice. I have worked in various settings over the years and have spent 7 years working in a school supporting SEN children.


I am delighted to be part of the Hopscotch team and look forward to working with my deputy Olivia Doyle.
We aim to provide all our children with a rich learning environment, where each child is able to explore and flourish supported by highly-skilled, passionate practitioners.

Hi I'm Kirsty, I'm the deputy manager here at Hopscotch Botley. I have been with the company since 2012 and I have experienced many different roles throughout my childcare career, including working my way up from bank staff to the waddler room leader, before moving onto my role here at nursery as Deputy Manager. I have two children so I understand how important early years care is. They have both attended the Titchfield setting as I know Hopscotch is the best care for them. I am excited to bring my ideas and knowledge into the role and am passionate about building links within the local community.
