Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley

They have been looking after my children for 3 years and I'm so glad I chose to send my children there.

Great nursery all round. Excellent resources and of course the highlight is the staff - who have cared for my both children for a number of years now like they are their own! That provides me with a great feeling of reassurance every day.

Staff have been exceptional, they know the children extremely well and both of the children have always been extremely happy here. Safeguarding procedures are excellent and the communication is fantastic.

Our daughter absolutely adores preschool at Hopscotch and the team do a fantastic job making sure the children’s days are full of fun as well as sparking their interest in various topics such as space, life cycles etc. The food is plentiful and smells amazing and from what my daughter says, is yummy too. The wonderful garden is such a bonus and all of our children have enjoyed having access to the amazing outdoor space. We are delighted with Hopscotch Botley.

Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley have had my daughter attending for a year and a half. She is incredibly happy there and looks forward to her nursery days with her friends. The staff are always very approachable and endeavour to provide information about my daughter's day.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley. Our son started here a bit later than the norm at 22 months old, both him and I were nervous about the change to his normal routine but the staff have been absolutely amazing! He has come on so far in his confidence and development since joining almost 18 months ago and completely loves being there, which makes life that much easier! I love receiving app updates, sharing what he is getting up to during the day and also love how much outside time they get. Our daughter is about to start there as well and we wouldn’t think twice about recommending Hopscotch to anyone.

Our son has been with Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley since he was 10 months old and we couldn't be happier with each of the teams he has been with as he's moved through from babies to toddlers. The staff at Hopscotch are so lovely and are great at communicating with parents. We are very happy with the level of care, support and encouragement the teams provide. The outside spaces they have are fantastic and the free flow aspect of activities allows little ones to explore and get involved in what excites them most. Our little boy is thriving at Hopscotch and is, most crucially, happy to be there! We would highly recommend.

Both my daughters (one in preschool Hall and one in toddlers) absolutely love Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley. The staff are excellent, caring, kind and compassionate as well as supportive of our family. The girls are always happy to come to nursery and have formed close bonds with the staff and other members of the nursery alike. The food is exceptional, even though my girls both have allergies, the nursery accommodates them fully and produce lovely meals. They have both come on leaps and bounds since joining Hopscotch at Botley. Would highly recommend to any parent

My son and daughter have been at the setting now for 6 months and 4 months respectively and we’ve been so impressed! My son joined the preschool class from another nursery after we moved house and the team worked really hard to make him feel settled quickly. He loves the staff and has made so many friends. The garden is a huge highlight. My daughter has joined the baby room and didn’t settle so quickly as this was her (and my) first experience of being without mummy. The babies team were so kind with both of us and understood how hard a transition it is. They went out of their way to help her adapt and happily followed our usual routine to make that easier for her. I would highly recommend this nursery- it’s well managed, has friendly, professional and compassionate staff and it’s hugely reassuring to know that they’re taking such good care of my children!

I would highly recommend Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley - my daughter has a wonderful time here and I love receiving updates via Tapestry throughout the day letting me know how she's getting on. Communication from staff is great and I can drop her off and feel confident that she will be well looked after and have a fun day with lots of different activities for her to choose from. My daughter has been attending Hopscotch since she was 18 months old in the Waddler setting, she is now 21 months old in Toddlers and the transition was handled so well. The staff understand big changes and encourage and support both the children and parents through this transition period. The quality of food they receive is superb and I never have concerns over the daily menu. Thank you Hopscotch!

Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley have been amazing since my son started last September 2021. He settled in without no problem, all the staff made it so easy for him to do so and I was also always reassured. I can't praise all the staff enough for what they do. The amount of care and dedication they give to each child is exceptional. They supported and listened to my concerns with my son needing extra help with Speech and Language. They helped identify the support they could give within the setting by using individual targets for him/reviewing these regularly with us. The setting itself is incredible! In particular the outside garden, we were so impressed with the amount of space and areas the children can explore. They have brought out a confident side of my son which we hadn't experienced before he started the setting. It's made such a difference to him and really helped to prepare him for school this year. All in all I couldn't recommend this setting enough.

I recently moved my daughter to Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley from another nursery and she has loved it from day one. Overall an excellent childcare provider that I would recommend to anyone I know. She has flourished under their care and loves the staff, facilities, activities, food and educational aspect. It is clear they are giving her everything and anything she needs.

My two boys attend Hopscotch Botley and the care couldn't be any better. They always go in with a smile on their faces and they get involved in fun and age-appropriate activities every day. The settling of my youngest went smoothly with the helpful insights and knowledge provided by the baby team. Would recommend Botley nursery to everyone!

Fantastic nursery! My toddler has absolutely thrived here. He is always so happy to attend. Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley gives the children a wide variety of activities from indoor to outdoor play. They’re always having so much fun. The staff take great care of the children and my toddler is very fond of them.

We have two children at this setting and they both love their time at Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley. We have been so impressed by the staff in both the babies and preschool rooms, they have taken the time to really understand our children and make the effort with them every day they attend. The activities they undertake are varied and relevant, we were particularly pleased with how the preschool room were preparing our son for school. They are a caring and professional team at Botley and we highly recommend them!

Both my children have been to Hopscotch and have been really happy there. They enjoy the outside space - playing in ‘the big garden’ in particular as well as the good range of activities they offer. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and approachable with any concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

A brilliant nursery/pre school. We've had one child go through and another who currently attends, they both absolutely love it there. The staff feel like family and take care of the children wonderfully and are so caring, it's like a home from home. The kids particularly enjoy the outside spaces and craft activities. We can't recommend Hopscotch Botley highly enough and will be very sad when we have to move on to school.

Absolutely fab nursery with really attentive and caring key workers! The care from the staff in all rooms is amazing, and they bond really well with the children. Great breadth of activities and the outside area is superb.

A delightful nursery with a wonderful team. We are always kept well informed and never feel worried about dropping him off because we now he is going to have a great day. His development whilst being a Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley has come on leap and bounds, and I would thoroughly recommend Hopscotch to anyone.
