Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley

A delightful nursery with a wonderful team. We are always kept well informed and never feel worried about dropping him off because we now he is going to have a great day. His development whilst being a Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley has come on leap and bounds, and I would thoroughly recommend Hopscotch to anyone.

Their communication is excellent and you can tell staff are passionate about their job.

A really great nursery, with good indoor and outdoor facilities. Kind, caring and hardworking staff who enjoy spending time with the children and engaging in a range of activities with them. The staff provide regular updates on your child’s day through the app. My son really enjoys his time there and has developed a lot since attending, we will be sending our second son next year.

My daughter absolutely loves her time at Hopscotch Botley; she’s always so excited when I drop her off, which is very reassuring. The staff are fantastic, so welcoming, and it’s lovely to hear what she’s been up to throughout the day. The facilities are brilliant and there’s always such a varied choice of activities each day.

Best choice ever! Our little girl started here at 9-months-old and is now 2. The staff are clearly very caring and genuinely want to help the little ones have fun. They have so much space in the toddler section which is great for those who love freedom. Emails with requests and questions are always responded to promptly and with helpful advice/information. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Excellent nursery. My son is recently moved to Hopscotch Day Nursery from a different setting, and I have been really impressed with the staff. My son settled in straight away and now looks forward to preschool days. I believe this is due to the lovely staff and the interesting activities which they are always coming up with. My son regularly comes home excited to tell us what he did at preschool, often with artwork or something he has created.

I would highly recommend Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley - my son has been attending since 9-months-old and will be leaving for school this summer. At every stage, he’s been well cared for, and the development we continue to see with him has been amazing. Communication has been good with regular app updates, and he’s always really enjoyed every meal he’s been served!

Baby room looks after my child with such care and attention

My daughter has been with Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley for 18-months, and she loves it! Staff have been amazing in every room and gone above and beyond for us as a family. My daughter's confidence has really grown, and I believe nursery has a huge part to play in this.

My daughter has attended Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley since October last year in the baby room. She settled in so quickly and easily and very quickly made bonds with the adults looking after her. My daughter eats so well, gets plenty of rest and has so much fun during her days at nursery. I love to see all that she has been up to in the day on care diaries and the photos regularly shared on the app.

The outside areas are great and really encourage imagination. Mine have always come home happy and filthy meaning they’ve had a fun day.

I have two children at Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley, and we are very happy with the quality of care and the education provision provided. I am a teacher myself and was very particular about choosing my nursery and selected this one on the basis of some strong recommendations and the learning experiences and level of care they provided. One of my children is currently in the preschool hall and he thoroughly enjoys their themes, which really help to develop his enquiring mind. My daughter is also thriving and very happy in her toddler room. The food is well thought out although possibly sometimes too fancy and the children don't always eat the more unusual foods! I would recommend this nursery.

After being disappointed by Bright Horizons, we have been thoroughly impressed by Hopscotch and would highly recommend the setting.

I would highly recommend Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley. The whole team make you feel so welcome and the communication to the parents is great. My son started in January and has developed so much during his time here. They serve a wide range of food and I love hearing the different activities that keep him entertained every day.

Fantastic nursery, my youngest is finishing this month to go to school and I’ll be very sad to say goodbye. My son is happy here and has really grown and flourished in his time here. All the staff are lovely and it’s been great to see him gain confidence whilst he’s been here. A friendly face at the start of the day and at the end. No complaints just a big thank you.

Staff are friendly, kind and supportive to both parents and children. My children love all the activities that Hopscotch provides. My children are developing into kind, helpful boys, with excellent vocabulary.

Amazing place. Both my boys go and love it there. The staff are all amazing and do a great job. Food is excellent, always nice knowing your child has had a healthy hot meal for the day. Both my boys love it there and can’t wait to go, love seeing the stuff they do and keeps you updated with what they have done. This nursery is excellent and have peace of mind that they are happy and safe.

Both my daughter and son have attended Hopscotch in Botley over the past few years.

The care they have received has been wonderful.

They have been supported incredibly well by team members in all the different age groups to help their behaviour, learning and to develop social skills.

The team has also been a great help to my husband and I. They have worked with us to enable consistency of activities, boundaries and behaviours between nursery and home.

All decisions and activities are undertaken with the welfare of the children in mind and all of them have such fun together.

The team feel like members of our family and we will miss going there when our son leaves for school.
