There are large spacious rooms which allow continuous provision and free flow. The children are engaged in purposeful play and each child is supported to develop to their full potential. They are proud of the high standard of care that they provide and how they work in partnership with all parents and carers meeting the needs of all the families that come to Hopscotch Botley.

Extensive outdoor areas offer each child the opportunity to explore the outside world and a dedicated team ensure that each child is engaged in their play and learning both indoors and out.

We are super pleased with the attentive love and support that both our son currently receives and our daughter received whilst attending Hopscotch Botley.


The staff are absolutely fantastic and are always so welcoming upon drop-off and collection. They know the children inside out in relation to

their likes and dislikes and are always keen to take the time in discussing what they've been up to.


We can not recommend it enough and will miss it so much when our son joins his big sister at school in September.

We changed nursery to this one on recommendation and we’re not disappointed. Our daughter has absolutely blossomed here, and is always so happy to tell us about her day. Our daughter absolutely loves going to Hopscotch Nursery! She gets excited in the car when I tell her where we're going and she always goes in with a big smile. She enjoys the range of activities (climbing, reading, crafts etc) and seems very comfortable with the staff.

We have two children that attend Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley and have been really impressed at the care and attention to both of them. So much thought goes into the activities they are involved in - for preschool children doing lots of activities to get them ready for school & we have seen our eldest
thrive in this setting.
He raves about the food and the garden and I really appreciate the updates from staff. It feels like the staff go above and beyond for our children and after a previously negative experience elsewhere it is refreshing to have had such a positive experience at hopscotch.

We love Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley and are so pleased we chose them to start both our children’s ‘Early Years’ journeys. The staff are so friendly, hardworking and knowledgeable, and they show such care for the children and their families. They provide a range of fun, purposeful and engaging activities
daily and we love the updates we receive on Tapestry. Their beaming faces in the photos speak a thousand words! Our daughter, (who now goes to school) loved every single day she spent there. Our son has just moved from Babies into Waddlers and he is thriving there.

Our daughter absolutely adores preschool at Hopscotch and the team do a fantastic job making sure the children’s days are full of fun as well as sparking their interest in various topics such as space, life cycles etc. The food is plentiful and smells amazing and from what my daughter says, is yummy
too. The wonderful garden is such a bonus and all of our children have enjoyed having access to the amazing outdoor space. We are delighted with Hopscotch Botley.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley. Our son started here a bit later than the norm at 22 months old, both him and I were nervous about the change to his normal routine but the staff have been absolutely amazing! He has come on so far in his confidence and development since
joining almost 18 months ago and completely loves being there, which makes life that much easier! I love receiving app updates, sharing what he is getting up to during the day and also love how much outside time they get. Our daughter is about to start there as well and we wouldn’t think twice about recommending Hopscotch to anyone.

Our son has been with Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley since he was 10 months old and we couldn't be happier with each of the teams he has been with as he's moved through from babies to toddlers. The staff at Hopscotch are so lovely and are great at communicating with parents. We are very happy with the
level of care, support and encouragement the teams provide. The outside spaces they have are fantastic and the free flow aspect of activities allows little ones to explore and get involved in what excites them most. Our little boy is thriving at Hopscotch and is, most crucially, happy to be there! We would highly recommend.

My son and daughter have been at the setting now for 6 months and 4 months respectively and we’ve been so impressed! My son joined the preschool class from another nursery after we moved house and the team worked really hard to make him feel settled quickly. He loves the staff and has made so many friends.
The garden is a huge highlight. My daughter has joined the baby room and didn’t settle so quickly as this was her (and my) first experience of being without mummy. The babies team were so kind with both of us and understood how hard a transition it is. They went out of their way to help her adapt and happily followed our usual routine to make that easier for her. I would highly recommend this nursery- it’s well managed, has friendly, professional and compassionate staff and it’s hugely reassuring to know that they’re taking such good care of my children!

I would highly recommend Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley - my daughter has a wonderful time here and I love receiving updates via Tapestry throughout the day letting me know how she's getting on. Communication from staff is great and I can drop her off and feel confident that she will be well looked after
and have a fun day with lots of different activities for her to choose from. My daughter has been attending Hopscotch since she was 18 months old in the Waddler setting, she is now 21 months old in Toddlers and the transition was handled so well. The staff understand big changes and encourage and support both the children and parents through this transition period. The quality of food they receive is superb and I never have concerns over the daily menu. Thank you Hopscotch!

Hi, I’m Jodie and I am the manager at Hopscotch Botley. I have worked in the Early Years for 25 years, starting as an apprentice. I have worked in various settings over the years and have spent 7 years working in a school supporting SEN children.


I am delighted to be part of the Hopscotch team and look forward to working with my deputy Olivia Doyle.
We aim to provide all our children with a rich learning environment, where each child is able to explore and flourish supported by highly-skilled, passionate practitioners.

Hi I'm Kirsty, I'm the deputy manager here at Hopscotch Botley. I have been with the company since 2012 and I have experienced many different roles throughout my childcare career, including working my way up from bank staff to the waddler room leader, before moving onto my role here at nursery as Deputy Manager. I have two children so I understand how important early years care is. They have both attended the Titchfield setting as I know Hopscotch is the best care for them. I am excited to bring my ideas and knowledge into the role and am passionate about building links within the local community.
