Hopscotch Day Nursery Botley is run by a professional team, who make the most of an excellent building in order to pursue their passionate approach to childcare.

There are large spacious rooms which allow continuous provision and free flow. The children are engaged in purposeful play and each child is supported to develop to their full potential. They are proud of the high standard of care that they provide and how they work in partnership with all parents and carers meeting the needs of all the families that come to Hopscotch Botley.

Extensive outdoor areas offer each child the opportunity to explore the outside world and a dedicated team ensure that each child is engaged in their play and learning both indoors and out.

My daughter has been at Hopscotch since she was 10 months old and is due to go to school in September. They have made returning to work a much easier experience knowing how well she has always been looked after and how happy she always is.

I am so pleased to have found this nursery, the staff are all lovely and make everyone feel welcome. They have a genuine interest in the children and know all of them, so the children feel very relaxed and safe. The food is excellent and always generous portions! Both my children have attended and my
son is still there until August; both love it and I feel have grown in confidence and have positively developed as a direct impact of Hopscotch nursery. I would thoroughly recommend.

Friendly and caring nursery. My son attended from 10months to 3.5 years; passing through babies, waddles, toddlers and pre-school. I was really happy with Hopscotch and felt the staff really cared for my son.

My little girl has attended this nursery since she was 18 months old. She's due to start school in September and we will be so sad to leave! Her experience and development has been amazing. The staff have been a massive support to her learning, she is constantly learning and having fun. Having been
in my sole care they were great at transitioning her to a different environment. Personally I've found the staff exceptional, they really care about the children and their development. They definitely deserve the Ofsted outstanding award.

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2022

Hi, I’m Jodie and I am the manager at Hopscotch Botley. I have worked in the Early Years for 25 years, starting as an apprentice. I have worked in various settings over the years and have spent 7 years working in a school supporting SEN children.


I am delighted to be part of the Hopscotch team and look forward to working with my deputy Olivia Doyle.
We aim to provide all our children with a rich learning environment, where each child is able to explore and flourish supported by highly-skilled, passionate practitioners.

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2024

Hi I'm Kirsty, I'm the deputy manager here at Hopscotch Botley. I have been with the company since 2012 and I have experienced many different roles throughout my childcare career, including working my way up from bank staff to the waddler room leader, before moving onto my role here at nursery as Deputy Manager. I have two children so I understand how important early years care is. They have both attended the Titchfield setting as I know Hopscotch is the best care for them. I am excited to bring my ideas and knowledge into the role and am passionate about building links within the local community.
