The nursery is friendly, and my son absolutely loves his time here. The staff are all amazing and they all genuinely seem to care for the children. I have 100% trust in leaving him here and would recommend it to anyone.

Friendly staff, the variety of meals, variety of exercises, regular updates, sense of community, children obviously happy and settled.

The staff have helped her develop every step of the way, including sitting, standing and walking and building confidence. Opening hours are very important to me. My daughter always seems very happy at nursery.

My daughter has been at Caerleon since she was 9 months old. She has settled so well into each room thanks to their amazing way with the children. She loves her current group (pre-school) and has truly thrived. Moreover, they made potty training so much less stressful than it could be. Their expertise in this regard has been amazing and such a help. They are professional, friendly and show a genuine interest in my child, which means I am more than happy to drop her off for the day as I always know she will be safe and happy.

Caerleon is a fantastic nursery. Both my children attend twice a week. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the boys love going. Their day is structured and full of approachable learning. The feedback at the end of the day is great to hear what they have been up to, eaten, sleep etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend in a heartbeat.

A fantastic nursery cannot fault the service, care and attention to my daughter.

After a viewing of the nursery and having my queries answered by very helpful staff I placed my daughter in Caerleon last summer. She started the settling in sessions at around 6 months old which were fab and were tailored around her with gradual increases in time and frequency. She attends twice a week in the baby room and is happy to go to the girls when I leave her for the day and is usually happy playing when I pick her up. She has come on leaps and bounds since attending the nursery and has formed fab relationships with the staff who can’t do enough.

I feel comfortable talking with the staff about any concerns or questions that I have. At pick up time, I’m always given a break down of my daughters day, her food and sleep patterns and any activities that she’s completed. A parents evening was held recently where I was given a report, shown my daughters progress.

I would recommend Caerleon to others as the staff are brilliant and my daughter is well looked after.

Any anxieties or concerns that you may have about leaving your little one for the first time are instantly put to one side as the friendly and competent staff look after your treasured little ones as if they were their own.
