Caerleon offers a brilliant settling in system which really helped my son to adapt to nursery and the new adults he would be spending time with. The staff are always welcoming and build a good rapport with the children and families.
Parents are informed of their children's daily activities which are
always varied and allow opportunities for structured activities as well as free play. Children are able to spend time in a play centre each morning as well as using the nursery outdoor area which is well resourced. Caerleon provides fantastic opportunities for social interactions amongst the children and key workers provide helpful next steps for parents to further support their child's development at home.
Caerleon involves parents in nursery life and holds family days throughout the year. Parents are able to access photographs of some of the day to day activities via the Caerleon Facebook page. I find this really valuable as my son is not old enough to verbally tell me about his day.

My son has settled in so well at the nursery and is usually very happy when I leave him and when I pick him up at the end of the day.


The staff are very friendly and professional.
And always approachable if I need to discuss my thing with them.


I feel at ease leaving him and no that he is loved

and cared for.


I like that there is a diary in his bag so I can look back at to see what’s he’s eaten and how much sleep he’s had if I haven’t picked him up that day ... this is very useful.

Since joining Caerleon Child Care my son has developed in so many ways. He is growing into a strong and independent child and has been able to build stronger relationships around him. My son has had a very happy and positive experience and staff are very loving and caring towards him. He absolutely
loves the morning play session in an indoor play centre before it is open to the public. The nursery itself is a very bright, clean and fun environment and the staff are supportive not only of my son but also to me as a parent.
Overall, we absolutely love Caerleon Child Care. Highly recommended.

My daughter has been at Caerleon for the last 18 months and she loves going to nursery, even on her days off she asks to go in. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly nothing is too big of a problem for them.


My daughter also has cows milk and soya allergies and the nursery are very accommodating

of this they give her alternative milk and they cook different meals to accommodate her allergies.


She is currently in the last room of the nursery and has been coming home daily talking about lots of activities she’s been doing at nursery she’s learning more and more each day.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery for a while she’s always happy and smiling when I pick her up, she loves going to nursery every morning and always wants to stay when it’s time to go home. She seems very happy in Caerleon which makes dropping off so much easier. The staff are friendly and
helpful.


She loves foundation phase and is learning a lot in there already she comes home signing nursery rhymes daily.

My daughter has been attending Caerleon since she was 15 months old and she has enjoyed every second of it. The nursery is always doing fun things like dress up days, family dand and every morning exclusive access to a trampoline centre. The nursery has brought her on in so many ways and she is always
surprising us with the things she has learnt. My daughter is now tansitioning to the pre-school room and the progress has been easy and reassuring. The staff are all so kind and my daughter has formed great bonds with all of them.

My daughter has been coming to the nursery since she was one year old and has made her way through all of the age groups. The standard of care in the nursery is fantastic and the staff go above and beyond their job role, nothing is ever a problem for them. The learning resources are excellent and my
child has learnt so much from there. The ability to have access to play time at a trampoline centre is an added bonus for us as my child loves it in there. The nursery family days are lots of fun and the nursery food is to a very high standard. We love Caerleon and wouldn't look anywhere else.

We have found the nursery a great and friendly place. We are happy with the care we have had, our child has a disability. She needs to be monitored throughout the day and we feel safe and happy leaving her in the nursery.
The nursery have been great with letting other professionals in to do sessions
during the day.

Outstanding nursery. Amazing staff.

An incredible, fabulous learning place for children. The energy is intoxicating and as soon as you enter the gate, you can feel positive friendly energy. Extremely hard working and caring, all the ladies that work here are clearly a team. I cannot praise the nursery and all its staff members highly
enough.
Fantastic facilities with the added bonus of Jump!

My son has been attending Caerleon Day Care since April 2017 - he's 11 months.
He's always happy going into nursery and when I pick him up and he loves learning new things; bye, ta, waving, shaking his head.
The staff are always happy and friendly and it's reassuring to know my son is in safe hands
- I would definitely recommend Caerleon and I will keep my son at the nursery until he's ready to start school.
