My daughter attended Caerleon Nursery from nine months old through to foundation phase. All the staff have been warm, affectionate and welcoming.
I always felt confident in the care my daughter received and would highly recommend the nursery to other parents.

My son has been attending Caerleon since April '17 and I couldn't be happier with our experience so far. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, taking the time to really get to know your child. The induction process was great, with plenty of settling in sessions for my son (and me) to
get used to the nursery. Staff were happy to answer any questions we had and were able to fit in with my son's existing routine.


I feel confident that my son is well looked after and his days are always filled with lots of different activities. One of the things I liked when visiting the nursery was the variation in their days. Children spend time in Jump (soft play centre) every morning before it opens to the public and also have access to a music room and garden in the nursery so they are not in the same room all day.


The staff create a friendly, fun and nurturing environment for the children. My son is always happily playing when I pick him up and I feel he genuinely enjoys his time there.

Caerleon is an amazing nursery, our daughter who is one year old loves the nursery. She is always so happy when we pick her up, and we love that they always have a fun packed day. Our son also loves attending this nursery during school holidays, he cried when it was his last day as he loved it here
so much. All the staff are great and are extremely attentive and caring. We would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking for the ultimate level of care for your children.

My one-year-old absolutely loves going to Caerleon, on the handover in the morning he is more than happy to go to the lovely girls who work there and I'm happy knowing he is so well looked after.
Caerleon always ensures he has lots of fun with different activities and they also provide parents with
a detailed summary of the child's day.
My son has a dairy allergy and Caerleon has been completely understanding of this and accommodated all of his dietary needs.
My eldest now 5 also went to Caerleon and I wouldn't have put my youngest in any other nursery. I recommend Caerleon to everyone!!

My daughter went to this nursery when it first opened until she started school (she's now 8) and my 10-month-old has been going for the last few months. For me, it was a no-brainer to send my son there. The staff are fantastic and it's such a credit to a nursery to retain staff in the way they do.
The
nursery has now expanded and is probably twice the size it was when my daughter went but it still feels personal and friendly and almost all the same staff are still there.
They put so much effort into the menus - even for the babies, the rooms and the toys always look clean and safe, and they go out of their way to cater for any individual needs a child might have. They are always interacting with the children - the environment they create is both nurturing and stimulating.
I believe that they genuinely care for each and every one of the children they look after, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My eldest son, joined Caerleon Nursery just as I was due to return to work when he was turning one. My Son has enjoyed his time at Caerleon and made some lovely friends. The staff are fantastic; they all have a superb attitude with the children and parents alike. My Son is moving on to school in a few
weeks, I will be very sad to see him leave but I'm delighted to also be sending my second son to Caerleon. He has just started and has a number of years for him to excel like my eldest son did.
We have been to many of Caerleon open days, they are always well organised, fun and most of all shows how dedicated and professional all the staff are.

My son has been here over a month now and the people that work here are a God send. He absolutely loves it there and every day he attends he has a huge smile and can't wait to see everyone. The book they supply with all the activities and food diary is amazing and really helpful. My son will stay here
until school. We both will be sad when the time comes. By far the best nursery and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a nursery. I never have to worry about anything when he's there and they put you at ease.

My child started in the baby room in January 2017 and is now coming to the end of her second month, She has settled in very easily and this is all down to the fabulous work done by all the staff. Their friendly and warming approach make drop-off each day very easy. They listen to our needs and have
a very effective communication method for both comments from the nursery and comments by return from parents. The fact that I pick up a very happy child at the end of each day says it all.

I have two children who both attended the nursery and cannot recommend it enough.
The family days are amazing, the staff go above and beyond to make these days special for the whole family. Even though my youngest has recently left for school we have been invited to the next family day to catch up
with all the staff and children.
I have never had any issues in the 4 years my children attended. They looked forward to every morning especially having access to a trampoline centre which was a fantastic bonus.

The nursery was amazing the staff were always helpful and accommodating, I couldn't recommend this nursery more. It was always clean and all the staff were friendly. There was never a time that I didn't feel my nephew was extremely well taken care of what an awesome nursery.

My granddaughters love it there, the staff are great with them. They learn lots of new activities in a secure area. They love the walks and playing outside when the weather is ok. I feel confident leaving them and know they are in good hands.

The nursery is like a second family to myself and my child. They are always welcoming, and the staff are so good with the children. My daughter loves going to her nursery. She always runs to the lovely girls who look after her. She has been going for over a year now. I was recommended the nursery through a friend who sent her child there and that was important knowing her child had a great experience there. It is a huge step to
trust someone with your child's safety and wellbeing. I have had all my worries eased by the staff immediately. They are so professional.
My daughter has learnt many new skills and made many new friends.
I know when she goes to school, that she has already had a great stepping stone by going to the nursery.

My granddaughter attends Caerleon nursery on a daily basis. She is always full of stories of her activities on our journey home and is always excited to go every day. The staff are great too, nothing is too much for them I'm so glad that my daughter chose a great place for her and would recommend it

Caerleon child care has been amazing with my nephew. He attended a number of settling in visits and nothing was too much for the staff. He settled in very quickly and really enjoyed his morning visits to the trampoline centre. The food on offer is excellent and of a well-balanced and quality. The

I have dropped off and picked up both of my granddaughters from this nursery over the last few years. The staff are always very friendly and the nursery has a lovely atmosphere where all the children who attend look very happy. It's particularly nice to see my eldest granddaughter keen to go back to
the nursery and drop off her sister, the staff there all know and remember her. It's also lovely to have witnessed both girls happy and looking forward to going there. Keep up the good work.

My son started at 11 months old and I have never left him before starting back to work and was very anxious about leaving him.
The staff at the nursery has helped me settle back into work with the knowledge my little man is very happy.
The staff are so friendly loving and caring and makes my little
man very happy. He has come on so well since starting nursery, very chatty and developing so quickly and developed a brilliant appetite.
He is very happy when I drop him off and always smiling when I collect him. He is currently transitioning into the toddler room and will miss the nursery girls so much but looking forward to the next stage and his further development.
I can't thank the girls enough for their care for my little one and it has helped me being able to return to work knowing he is happy and in a great place.

Our son started in the baby room at 6 months old and is now making his transitions into the toddler room. In the 6 months he has been at the nursery he has flourished becoming an increasingly independent, chatty little man. All the staff in the baby room are always welcoming and have made the transition
back to work less stressful knowing I am leaving my baby in a loving and supportive environment. The days activities are always well planned and our little man is kept very busy with messy play, music and trips to jump. He is a big fan of the meals cooked on site which allows him to have an increasing range of tastes and textures, which are documented in his daily report book.


The ethos at Caerleon is very much a supportive, extended family unit and we feel comfortable and confident leaving our baby here knowing he will be cared for with the same deal of affection he gets at home with us.
