I have nothing but good things to say about Caerleon Child Care. All staff are brilliant and my child really loves the nursery. They are accommodating, kind and welcoming.

I will highly recommend to anyone looking for child care.

My twins will be starting there as I couldn't think of a better nursery to send them to.

All the staff are lovely and caring. The manager is a bless. The place is clean and have lots of entertainment for the kids . You will never regret taking your LO there!!

Both of my children are currently at Caerleon and are thriving! My daughter has loved every room she's been in (now in Preschool class) and my son has settled in beautifully. Staff are attentive and kind, and make wonderful bonds with the children. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I looked around so many nurseries for my twin babies. I have 4 older children and had been lucky enough not to have to rely on childcare until pre school age so I was extremely worried about trusting people with babies. Every other nursery I looked at just wasn't up to standard or I just didn't feel their safety was paramount. I had almost given up when I came across Caerleon and I am so grateful we waited for the right place. All the staff, including the management, care about the children as if they were their own. One of my sons has cerebral palsy and they've gone out of their way to adapt for him. My babies both love everyone here and I don't think I could trust anyone else with my young children now. They also do really fun things with them and prepare nice, varied meals. I feel like we have struck gold.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery. Knowing our daughter is happy, thriving, and so well cared for gives us total peace of mind. I couldn't recommend it highly enough to any parent looking for a nurturing and fun place.

Absolutely amazing nursery with wonderful caring staff. Thank you for providing such a fun, loving environment for my kid.we love this nursery and staff. My little one has been attending the nursery for over 1 years now. They are Fantastic. My little one loves it. They have great facilities including a wonderful outdoor play area and the jump. The app enables us to see what he's had for food and they upload lovely photos too which is great.

We moved them from another setting and we are so so pleased we did!

We've had the most wonderful experience with this nursery - it's truly been like a second home for our child. Over time, we've watched him grow into a kind, caring, and happy little person, and so much of that is down to the nurturing, loving environment created by the staff, who feel more like family.

The activities on offer are amazing: from weekly swimming lessons, trips out, dancing, and dressing up, to games and visits to Jump soft play - there's never a dull day! The app keeps us updated with pictures and messages, which is so reassuring.

The nursery is open 7:30-6pm, 51 weeks of the year, with no charge for bank holidays. Their flexible sessions have been a lifesaver for our changing work patterns, and the fees are really reasonable too. Most importantly, we have complete peace of mind knowing our son is safe, happy, and thriving.

My little boy has been at Caerleon for the last 2 and a half years and he has had a great time. The staff are really caring and they have done a great job looking after him and helping him to develop.

The help and support this nursery has given myself and my daughter is like no other. They supported myself and daughter throughout her ASD diagnosis and helped her thrive. I couldn't be more thankful for them

My child has attended this nursery since she was one and a half years old and it has been the best experience ever. (She was previously on a different nursery) Some members of the stuff treated her like their own child, I was happy to know she was cared and loved while I was working. She has developed amazingly, created fantastic friendship and overall had the best time. Also having Jump available every morning I think it is a massive plus.

Choosing a nursery gave me the most anxiety as a first-time mum but seeing how happy my child is shows I shouldn't have worried. I even booked my second child in when I was pregnant! Hopefully, they'll make as many little friends and 'besties' just like their older sibling.

I am very happy with my child's nursery. The three biggest strengths of Caerleon Child Care Cardiff are: good communication, caring environment and willingness to adapt to a child's needs. In terms of communication, the manager, deputy, and all staff make sure to keep you updated about your child's day. Whenever I make special requests, they make sure I'm aware they are looking into it and reply in a timely manner. All staff are extremely caring and warm. The activities they bring to the children are innovating, creative and age appropriate.

Both of my children have attended the nursery and they have always been so friendly and will do everything they can to support their families. It is clear that the staff and management care about the children and want to make the experience as good as they can for them. This also shows through their fees, they are far more flexible than lots of other nurseries. There is only a couple of pound extra for a day funded by hours making to accessible to all. We've been very happy with the nursery and very glad that we found it. Thanks everyone.

We are delighted with the care and education the staff at Caerleon Child Care provide. Our son loves it there and we feel it is very safe. The staff are very friendly and supportive. We would very much recommend!
