Caerleon Child Care Cardiff

In February 2017 our eldest started at Caerleon. Yesterday, 7 1/2 years later, was our youngest's last day there. The manager and her team have provided a wonderful environment in which our girls could grow, develop, laugh, play and feel safe. They have each formed bonds with different staff members that has made them happy to go in and us feel confident they were in the best place while we were in work. Some of the faces have changed over the years but the atmosphere, ethos and care has not. They have been part of our family and have supported us as well as our girls through many challenges. Thank you just doesn't seem enough and if you want a place that treats your child like their own then this is the place for you.

On a family day, I got to meet a mum of a child my son plays with and we have become lifelong friends.

Amazing nursery, so welcoming! My children love it and can’t imagine them being anywhere else. All staff have been brilliant with my children, can’t fault them one bit! All rooms are perfect for the different age ranges, 100% recommend!

My 3 children have been attending this nursery since 2015, I travel far just for them to attend this nursery. Absolutely swear by the nursery and recommend it at every chance to anyone looking! The rooms are full of learning activities and toys, and so spacious! Varied food every day, and added bonus of the children attending Jump which is right next door! The girls and manager are absolutely amazing, friendly, considerate and more like family to the children! My children have learnt so much being there and have had support with things that they may have struggled with. Currently having support with speech and language for my little one and have daily updates about how he’s doing and referrals being made on his behalf. 100% best nursery around!

Communication throughout the pandemic has been excellent.

My 4-year-old and 10-month old daughters both attend the nursery full-time; my eldest has been there since she was 6 months old. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the nursery to anyone. Caerleon Child Care Cardiff is like a second home to them, the staff are brilliant and take a genuine interest in the care and development of the children. Throughout Covid they have been amazing at keeping us updated and managing risks. An outstanding nursery in our view!

Despite the huge challenge of covid that the team are up against, their service is outstanding. Arrival and pick-up times are seamless, they are always professional and friendly and the place still beautifully decorated. e.g. graduation, Halloween. All their dedication and hard work is very much appreciated and certainly not forgotten. Absolute stars. My little one is my second child to attend Caerleon and she is excited to attend and beaming every time I collect. Communication is excellent also, which is essential when choosing a childcare provider. Thank you all.

Absolutely gutted my son won’t be returning to Caerleon after my hours changed at work so it’s no longer needed. Took my son a while to settle in but every member of staff welcomed us and settled us in, so amazing. Really clean and friendly nursery and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic nursery. Every time we visit on open days the staff are exceptional. My daughter loves her nursery days and she has grown in confidence through the activities they do and the teaching they give her, the attention to detail the staff have is second to none.

Caerleon Nursery is an excellent nursery. It has everything you could wish for when caring for your child. The staff are very friendly, always make your child and yourself welcome and they are very professional - nothing is too much trouble for them. The food and meals are very nutritional and my daughter eats well there. What I really like about Caerleon, including the amazing staff, is the security and the facilities. There is a double door system that means you are unable to get in or out of the nursery without a member of staff present. Facility wise, the rooms are large, bright & colourful with a lot of things for the children to do and also the staff do a lot of activities with them. The children also have exclusive access to the soft play at certain times in the day and this has really encouraged our daughter's adventurousness. Parking is easy and immediately outside. It certainly is an amazing nursery and I would recommend to anyone to send their children there.

My son attended Caerleon for almost two years. We relocated to Cardiff from London which was a huge change for us, especially for my son. The staff were great and did an amazing job in settling him into the nursery. The nursery has excellent facilities. I felt that there were so many new and different activities (inside and outside) that my kept my son entertained and helped with his development. My son has recently been diagnosed with ASD and before diagnosis, Caerleon were so supportive in providing information/reports to our consultants/specialists and helped facilitate with any recommendations of learning development provided by them. Caerleon ensured that our son was made aware of the Early Years Forum, helping us with the process of ensuring he has the right support for when he starts school. It was such a challenging time for us as parents but we felt such tremendous support from all the staff. We cannot thank them enough for all their support and their genuine love and care for looking after my son.

I couldn't have asked for a better nursery for my daughter. The staff are amazing, so friendly and supportive to my daughter, as well as myself. My daughter, like most babies, did struggle at the beginning but the staff in the baby room have helped her settle in so well. They do so many activities during the day and I have a full report when I collect her each day. I will definitely be recommending this nursery to others.

Due to relocation, we are having to change nursery after our daughter has spent a very happy year in the baby room. She has enjoyed so many new and different activities during her time and is kept thoroughly entertained every day. It makes it so much easier to go to work knowing she is so well looked after and has such a great relationship with the staff, who are fantastic and go above and beyond to provide a caring and fun environment.

I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone.

An excellent facility with great staff. Overall very happy with the development of my child. Food and drink needs to be reviewed as often my child does not eat some food and no alternative is given. Very little contact with management.

Excellent staff and venue. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.

My son has been attending here since he was 9 months old, just being diagnosed with a milk protein allergy I was quite nervous leaving him but all the staff were very supportive and gave me a lot of confidence. They provided him with dairy-free options and there have been no problems. He is now 2 1/2 years old and has been on the milk ladder for several weeks and has completed it successfully, during this I chose daily off the nursery menu what he could have, again the staff were very supportive throughout this. He is very happy here and has a lovely relationship with all the staff, highly recommend!

Due to my house move, I have sadly had to change my children’s nursery and I cannot tell you how devastated I am to be leaving Caerleon Childcare. This nursery has the most kind and caring staff who go above and beyond to provide the most fun and supportive environment for your children. My children love coming to this nursery, so much so that it is difficult to get them to leave at the end of the day! I have recommended this nursery to all my friends and will continue to do so as the developmental advances I have seen in my children are plain to see. Thank you to all the staff at Caerleon Childcare. I couldn’t have raised my children without you!

The nursery is huge with lots of new fresh toys.

Management and office staff are always happy to help and assist too, this nursery needs to get the certificate it deserves. They work hard and it does show.

Both my daughter I and will be disappointed when she starts school and has to leave. We will miss the great staff and welcoming atmosphere.

My daughter has been attending Caerleon Child Care since she was 8 1/2 months and is nearly 3. The staff have always been extremely friendly and can never do enough for her. The new manager has been a brilliant addition to the nursery, introducing new resources and activities, lifting the whole nursery staff and children. Overall I am very happy to send my daughter here every day knowing that she is loved and cared for. Would definitely recommend Caerleon Child Care.
