Absolutely amazing nursery with wonderful caring staff. Thank you for providing such a fun, loving environment for my kid.we love this nursery and staff. My little one has been attending the nursery for over 1 years now. They are Fantastic. My little one loves it. They have great facilities
including a wonderful outdoor play area and the jump. The app enables us to see what he's had for food and they upload lovely photos too which is great.

In the 4 weeks my children have been there my eldest has grown in confidence and is just thriving and my youngest has settled way quicker than we expected and has such fun there.
Above all the thing that stands out the most is the genuine care everyone provides here. No matter who we speak to, who
we see during drop off, everyone knows the children and just beams about them. You can tell they really deeply care about the children they look after and are happy to do what they can to support them.
We moved them from another setting and we are so so pleased we did!

We've had the most wonderful experience with this nursery - it's truly been like a second home for our child. Over time, we've watched him grow into a kind, caring, and happy little person, and so much of that is down to the nurturing, loving environment created by the staff, who feel more like
family.
The activities on offer are amazing: from weekly swimming lessons, trips out, dancing, and dressing up, to games and visits to Jump soft play - there's never a dull day! The app keeps us updated with pictures and messages, which is so reassuring.
The nursery is open 7:30-6pm, 51 weeks of the year, with no charge for bank holidays. Their flexible sessions have been a lifesaver for our changing work patterns, and the fees are really reasonable too. Most importantly, we have complete peace of mind knowing our son is safe, happy, and thriving.

My little boy has been at Caerleon for the last 2 and a half years and he has had a great time. The staff are really caring and they have done a great job looking after him and helping him to develop.

I am very happy with my child's nursery. The three biggest strengths of Caerleon Child Care Cardiff are: good communication, caring environment and willingness to adapt to a child's needs. In terms of communication, the manager, deputy, and all staff make sure to keep you updated about your child's
day. Whenever I make special requests, they make sure I'm aware they are looking into it and reply in a timely manner. All staff are extremely caring and warm. The activities they bring to the children are innovating, creative and age appropriate.

Me and my wife could not be happier with the care that our son receives at Caerleon Child Care Cardiff. He is educated and stimulated through play and learning each day that he attends. The staff are very approachable with any concerns, and we love the regular updates and photos we receive on the
app.

Overall my experience has been positive with good communication from staff. Activities seem to be well planned and set out. Staff appear to be kind and caring.

Caerleon Child Care has been fantastic for our son's care and development. We were recommended them by family and haven't looked back since! Everyone is very welcoming and has built a great relationship with our child.

In February 2017 our eldest started at Caerleon. Yesterday, 7 1/2 years later, was our youngest's last day there. The manager and her team have provided a wonderful environment in which our girls could grow, develop, laugh, play and feel safe. They have each formed bonds with different staff members
that has made them happy to go in and us feel confident they were in the best place while we were in work. Some of the faces have changed over the years but the atmosphere, ethos and care has not. They have been part of our family and have supported us as well as our girls through many challenges. Thank you just doesn't seem enough and if you want a place that treats your child like their own then this is the place for you.

I am a nervous parent when it comes to my son, however, watching his smile as we turn into the car park, knowing he is going to be spending the day at nursery makes me relaxed and allows myself to give 100% at work.
My son has a special bond with a member of staff and everyone treats him like I
would have at home.
The activities they offer do not compare to any other nursery, the fact they play in the jump play centre and he always comes home full, content and happy.
On a family day, I got to meet a mum of a child my son plays with and we have become lifelong friends.

My 3 children have been attending this nursery since 2015, I travel far just for them to attend this nursery. Absolutely swear by the nursery and recommend it at every chance to anyone looking! The rooms are full of learning activities and toys, and so spacious! Varied food every day, and added
bonus of the children attending Jump which is right next door! The girls and manager are absolutely amazing, friendly, considerate and more like family to the children! My children have learnt so much being there and have had support with things that they may have struggled with. Currently having support with speech and language for my little one and have daily updates about how he’s doing and referrals being made on his behalf. 100% best nursery around!

Amazing nursery, so welcoming! My children love it and can’t imagine them being anywhere else. All staff have been brilliant with my children, can’t fault them one bit! All rooms are perfect for the different age ranges, 100% recommend!
