Bright Horizons Reigate Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has been at Bright Horizons, Regiate for 3 years and has absolutely flourished there. The facilities and activities are great and the staff have been amazing, helping her through the loss of a Grandparent and arrival of a new baby.

I feel the nursery has prepared her brilliantly for school so although she is sad to move on she is also excited to begin the new chapter. I have no reservation in recommending the nursery and am pleased to be settling my son in.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since September 2015, she has grown into a little confident and independent person and has learnt a lot at the nursery. She really enjoys it when she is at nursery and the staff have/are doing a fantastic job at ensuring she is developing and learning new things every day.

My granddaughter has had a very positive time at this nursery. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The nappies and nappy cream are provided. Babies and toddlers are on the ground floor with each age group having its own garden area. Three-year-olds are on the first floor with a lift available for those who need it. There is ample parking including five spaces with no parking spaces between then to allow toddlers to be safely got out of the care. I would strongly recommend this nursery.

It's great the older children are able to vote for specific activities. They enjoy the educational visits such as farm animals and the fire brigade. Overall great nursery.

The room staff are great and know the kids really well, even if the child is not their key child.

My little boy started here at 10 months old and from the moment he joined, he has loved every minute. The staff are so kind and care so much for the kids. It’s always hard leaving your little one for the first time, but I’ve felt reassured knowing he’s in such good hands.

The whole team here spend time ensuring your little one settles in when they start but also support them as they progress into a new room. My little boy is about the start in the Toddler Room and has already spent some time settling in before his official move next month.

They keep track of his progress and learning milestones and check in with us regularly so we know how he’s getting on.

For me, one of the major plus sides of Bright Horizons is the access the kids have to the outside - my little boy loves this even in the winter!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery and their wonderful staff.

Bright Horizons made my child feel at home from day one. All staff members are very professional and caring and I felt at ease leaving her from the beginning. I would highly recommend it.

When picking up my grandson, I receive a great feedback on the events of the day as well as a detailed write up of all his sleeps and meals etc. He is settling in well and the staff in his room are all very friendly and helpful. The management team have also been very polite as I drop off and pick up on occasions.

I was very pleased with this level of security.

We are very pleased with the nursery. The staff is very warm and lovely to talk to. Our son loves going to the nursery and has learnt a lot here. The nursery provides the opportunity for all round development and he has been participating in music classes, French classes, technology (computer lessons), football etc and enjoys these thoroughly. This nursery promotes overall development.

The staff in pre-school has been amazing. They have really helped my son progress in so many key areas like eating independently, joining circle time for long periods settling with everyone. He is more confident about a lot of things and we are very thankful to everyone who helps him out!!

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Reigate highly enough. The staff are dedicated, warm approachable and extremely professional. The setting is clean, bright, colourful and an excellent canvas for learning. Both my children attend and I have seen remarkable progression in their development - and they're happy and enjoy their time at nursery. Bright Horizons and all their staff are a supportive, caring team who have made my daughter extremely welcome and loved in a wonderful environment. My child has been attending Bright Horizons for approximately 20 months (from a baby). I have always been pleased with the care provided, activities run for the children and the food they are provided. I would recommend the nursery to other parents if looking for a place for their child.

I absolutely love the nursery and so does my daughter. We couldn't have asked for more. She's happy to walk in and goes straight off to have breakfast. The ladies in her room are always welcoming and we feel well informed about the nursery and my child's development.

I recently moved so my daughter came from a different Bright Horizons to this one in January. I am extremely happy with my daughter (19 months) being here. Currently, I do not work, however, I chose to continue her contract here as she is so settled and gets so much out of it. She attends one morning per week. The staff are exceptional and the manageress is outstanding in her approach both to the children, parents, staff and the business as a whole. Despite the fees being slightly more than other local nurseries, I'm desperate to keep her here until she attends school in 3 years time.

I have been hugely impressed with every aspect of Bright Horizons - since my first visit but even more so now. Experiencing the wonderful care that my daughter receives and seeing how incredibly happy she is to go in and how gleefully she recounts her activities when she leaves. It is evident that this is an incredibly caring and nurturing environment, full of happy kids and carers and the children are challenged and stimulated to keep mind and body active. Socially and mentally it is a fantastic preparation for school. Thank you to the wonderful staff who seem well incentivised and valued.

Bright Horizons Reigate was our top choice nursery for our son and we are delighted with our decision. He has been there 6 months now and loves it. The staff are all so friendly and caring and show genuine affection for the children. The variety of activities is great and he is always outdoor playing which we love. The food is all cooked on site and freshly prepared. I love the weekly newsletter we receive which keeps us up to date and is really informative. I've recommended the nursery to a friend who has just started and she is really pleased too.
