Bright Horizons Reigate Day Nursery and Preschool

The nursery is great. The staff genuinely care and have gone above and beyond to help, reassure me and ensure that my child was settling in. The app and getting regular updates on my daughter's day is incredible and has made the process of going back to work so much easier for me. My daughter took a bit of time to eat her meals at nursery (too many exciting things going on for her) and they really worked hard to help her with this and to keep me in the loop, which I so appreciated and I can happily say, she thoroughly enjoys her time at nursery, meals and everything!

The manager and the rest of the team always have the children’s well-being and development at heart. They are well, organised, pragmatic and understanding and have dealt well with the considerable challenges thrown at them over the last 2 years. We have had two children attending the nursery over six years and couldn’t be happier. Thank you.

A fantastic nursery. We have recently gone through a family bereavement and the care from the team was superb. They went the extra mile and did all they could to support us. Both of our children love going to nursery every day and that's all you can ask for as a parent. The information we receive is brilliant, the staff know our children so well. Would thoroughly recommend.

My little one has developed massively since attending the Bright Horizons Nursery. Our key worker has been so lovely and attentive with him settling in. And he looks forward to his mornings. I feel completely at ease with him coming into nursery and know he always has a great time.

A fantastic nursery! My child started at Bright Horizons in the height of the pandemic. Nearly a year on I can fully say it has been the best place to send her. My daughter is very happy at nursery and her development has been helped through her participation at nursery. All staff a friendly and happy to help with any concerns or issues. I would highly recommend to any parent.

Our daughter attends preschool at Bright Horizons Reigate and is growing so much in her confidence. It is such a warm, fun and nurturing environment and they provide excellent preparation for the transition to the reception. The management and staff are always friendly and supportive, and communication is excellent. Thank you for providing such a happy experience for our child!

A great environment for little kids provided by caring staff and a supportive management team. The bonds that our kids formed with their carers is a testament to the passion and dedication of all the team.

My daughter has been at the nursery since early 2019, starting in the baby room and most recently moved into the pre-school room. Her development during her time with Bright Horizons has been brilliant, she loves it and the team always go above and beyond to give her the help and care she needs. The facilities are excellent and the introduction of the Bright Horizons app has been brilliant, we love seeing her daily activities and being able to interact with the team more easily. We're so happy we chose this nursery for her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

A lovely nurturing environment with fantastic purpose-built facilities and great outside space for all sections of the nursery. Both my sons love their time at Bright Horizons Reigate and although my eldest has now left to start school, it is largely thanks to his lovely carers that he has made such a positive start to life at school.

The managers and the team at Reigate Bright Horizons really make an incredible environment for the children. Their dedication to enhancing and nurturing the children as they grow is very evident throughout the nursery. It’s why I’ve been sending my children there since 2016.

The staff at Bright Horizons Reigate are absolutely fantastic and go above and beyond to ensure that the children are happy and well looked after, as well as keeping them engaged and enhancing their learning. My oldest son recently left and absolutely loved the pre-school unit. Our youngest has now just joined the baby room, and is so happy and settled. I was worried about him starting during the Pandemic, but the nursery has been excellent at settling him, at communicating how well he's getting on and also sent me photos of his day it's really comforting to see him so happy! The staff at Reigate really are a credit.

This made us both more comfortable on the first full day. I cannot say thank you enough for the time and energy all the staff have put into ensuring our daughter has settled in well.

The nursery is great, I am really pleased we chose to send our son there. The staff are absolutely lovely and you feel like you are leaving your child in safe hands. Would highly recommend!

Our seven years at Bright Horizons Reigate has been wonderful. Both our children love their time there under the care and support of the wonderful staff. They have helped them to grow and become ready for school and I am especially impressed with the pre-school setup. Both children have been extremely happy there.

Thank you very much to all the staff, we shall miss you hugely when our son leaves you in two weeks for school!

Having lost confidence in this nursery and with management unable to reassure us to the contrary, we chose to withdraw our child and have since started him somewhere else, which we are of no doubt was the right decision.

That's not to say that we wouldn't necessarily recommend Bright Horizons, as I'm sure for the majority they will be very satisfied with it. It just didn't work out for us.

Both of my children have attended this nursery since babies with my youngest now about to leave for big school. It has been a brilliant nursery, the staff have been really supportive of their wellbeing and educational journey and both children have left more than ready for big school. They have enjoyed every moment of their time here and we will all be sad to say goodbye.

My son has been attending the nursery for a few months now, and although still has a few tears at drop off I know he is happy and well cared for during the day. He has formed great bonds with the staff and enjoys the activities on offer and tells me about them when I come to collect and is often still talking about his carers and what he has done that day at bedtime! Thank you to all the staff in the toddler unit for helping him to settle and providing excellent care for him.

Bright Horizons Reigate has looked after both my children for nearly 6 years in total and I can’t thank them enough. All stages through to preschool have been nurturing with their best interests at heart. I always felt reassured my children were in good hands when I left for work. My children loved all the extra activities available to them at the nursery such as football, handling baby chicks for a week or learning French! I’d recommend Bright Horizons Reigate to anyone looking for childcare in that age group within the local area.

The staff are very keen and helpful. I would highly recommend this nursery.
