Bright Horizons Reigate Day Nursery and Preschool

Having lost confidence in this nursery and with management unable to reassure us to the contrary, we chose to withdraw our child and have since started him somewhere else, which we are of no doubt was the right decision.

That's not to say that we wouldn't necessarily recommend Bright Horizons, as I'm sure for the majority they will be very satisfied with it. It just didn't work out for us.

Both of my children have attended this nursery since babies with my youngest now about to leave for big school. It has been a brilliant nursery, the staff have been really supportive of their wellbeing and educational journey and both children have left more than ready for big school. They have enjoyed every moment of their time here and we will all be sad to say goodbye.

My son has been attending the nursery for a few months now, and although still has a few tears at drop off I know he is happy and well cared for during the day. He has formed great bonds with the staff and enjoys the activities on offer and tells me about them when I come to collect and is often still talking about his carers and what he has done that day at bedtime! Thank you to all the staff in the toddler unit for helping him to settle and providing excellent care for him.

Bright Horizons Reigate has looked after both my children for nearly 6 years in total and I can’t thank them enough. All stages through to preschool have been nurturing with their best interests at heart. I always felt reassured my children were in good hands when I left for work. My children loved all the extra activities available to them at the nursery such as football, handling baby chicks for a week or learning French! I’d recommend Bright Horizons Reigate to anyone looking for childcare in that age group within the local area.

My little boy has attended the nursery since he was 10 months old. His speech and language development have excelled as a result of all the fun activities he is able to take part in during his days at nursery. He is making really great friends with his peers and strong bonds with the staff especially his key person. The outdoor facilities are fantastic with each age group having access to their own garden space. The management team have been fantastic and are very flexible and accommodating to the needs of families, they are always available to talk if needed. Mealtimes at the nursery are great and he always eats everything. The nursery newsletter comes out weekly and updates us with events taking place at the nursery as well as the activities happening throughout the week. We also like the fact we can speak to his key people whenever we would like and are able to see his progress within his development book. We cannot wait for his journey to continue in the preschool rooms.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons for nearly 2 years, and throughout that time she has flourished due to the friendly, safe and relaxed learning environment. I can't praise all the staff enough, you always receive a warm welcome and it's clear that all the staff have a real caring attitude towards all the children.

My 16 month old son has been at this nursery since November and he’s getting on really well there. Although there are the occasional tears at drop off he’s always full of smiles and energy when it’s time to pick him up at the end of the day. The staff take the time to talk through his day and he seems content in their care. I love watching him exploring his surroundings through the window when collecting him. There’s something lovely about watching him play and interact confidently with others without me or his dad being there. His development has also come in in leaps and bounds since starting. I would definitely recommend this nursery to anyone looking to enrol their child.

I have two daughters who attend Bright Horizons Reigate and they couldn't be happier there. We have been at the nursery for 3 years and experienced the love, care and learning provided in all the rooms. The level of care and involvement of the staff is consistent throughout the rooms, we to us points to the excellent management and leadership of the managers and room leaders. We are very grateful to have such a happy, wonderful environment to send ou girls too.

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons in Reigate highly enough. The staff and management are exceptional, dedicated, caring, trustful and extremely professional. The indoor and outdoor space is clean and bright. My daughter has made remarkable progress in her development and speech, learnt so much, has been very happy and made strong friendships with peers. The nursery has helped her to blossom and to become confident. Thank you so much for all your hard work, care, fun and education our daughter has received. We will miss Bright Horizons and all the wonderful people there!

Can't recommend the nursery enough.

I am 100% confident that my daughter is at the best nursery for her care and development. The staff at Bright Horizons are an extension of my daughter's family. They love her and she loves them. When I drop off or pick up, I love how the nursery is always bright, friendly, clean and inviting. A huge credit to all the staff.

A happy mix of nurturing and learning.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons for two years now. I have always felt that he is in safe hands and receiving the best care possible. The staff and facilities are excellent, and I feel that he has been able to develop and grow in a happy and educational environment.

My daughter has been at the nursery just over a year now and I have been very happy with her care. She has allergies to dairy and egg, which they have been really good at catering for and that has been such a weight off my mind to have that reassurance, as it was sadly not the same experience at the previous two nurseries she attended before we finally found this little gem.

Her keyworker and room staff are brilliant, I feel really comfortable discussing any concerns with them. The nursery manager is lovely, really helpful and has been great at fitting my daughter in for extra sessions when needed. My daughter is bright so she needs lots of input which I feel she gets here, she also gets to do Little Kickers and Ballet classes which she loves. My daughter is happy and settled, and looking forward to moving up to pre-school when she turns 3. I would recommend Bright Horizons to anyone looking for a day nursery place for their child.

My son has been going there for a few weeks and has completed flourished! He has completely come out of his shell. Perfect nursery and lovely staff.

All of the staff are fantastic. My child has learnt so much, writing his name and drawing faces. The nursery is always really clean and the food smells great. I would recommend this nursery.

Our daughter is very happy at Bright Horizons and we are very comfortable that she is well looked after, well fed and surrounded by excellent carers that are clearly very passionate about their work. I am comfortable that when my daughter is at nursery she is safe and happy.

The manager and the staff are approachable and always happy to discuss my son and his day and address any concerns.
