This purpose-built nursery is a great environment for babies all the way through to pre school age children. The staff are warm and committed and do a fantastic job bringing the best out of every child. My own children are very happy and settled here and involved in a variety of different activities and learning experiences. I would highly recommend this nursery to any prospective parents!

Since putting my daughter into Kidsunlimited Reigate; I must say that the staff within her room and outside her room as been so welcoming to her. Being a new mum and placing my daughter into nursery wasn't the easiest decision but the management team have really be kind and helpful and also supporting. My daughter has been at the nursery since she was 10 months and soon approaching one; and being at Kidsunlimited as really helped her development. I have developed a close parent partnership both with her room leader, key carer and the other girls in her room. Both manager and deputy manager always ensure that her individual needs are always being met. When collecting her at the end of the day she seems very happy which makes me happy and often when I arrive in the morning to drop her off; she reaches out to the other staff members which is really reassuring. I am also often able to take art work home which is has done and lots of pictures too; which always makes my day.

My daughter has just had her first month at nursery and loves it. She bounces (9 months old) when we go and tends to cry when she leaves. All staff have been amazing with helping and guiding us. I feel she could not be in better hands and with KidsUnlimited, she gets the interaction that she needs.

The nursery staff (Toddler Room) are very good at managing the needs of the children. They seem to know how to get them to eat well, put an extra effort to ensure children are safe at all times. My son seems very happy when we leave him in the toddler room and does a small dance.

The nursery did a great job of settling my Velcro baby and have accommodated various complex dietary needs without a blink. Staff always have time to talk about my child's day or needs and I never feel rushed at drop off or pick up. My child seems to have exciting and varied days and is settling into a great routine. The staff always seem to manage to give my child lots of cuddles when needed too. There are lots of different activities to stimulate the older children with a great range of extras like ballet, French and football. I have been really impressed with the quality of staffing and the management. I would definitely recommend.

We are very pleased with the level of care provided by the nursery. The room leaders and teams working with the children are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the individual children and their development. The management team is much improved and the service provided is high level.

Louise Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2014
Louise

Louise is the nursery manager. She has worked in childcare for 30 years, having gained her NNEB qualification in 1985. She started her career as a Nursery Nurse within a small nursery chain and soon realised that she enjoyed the managerial side of childcare, moving into a management role within the company in 1988. In 1990 Louise had the opportunity to join a small independent nursery as Manager and became part of the Teddies group of nurseries in 1997 which in turn joined the Bright Horizons network of nurseries in 2009.

During this time Louise has had two children who enjoyed the benefit of attending her nurseries. She also supported other nursery managers in a training role within the company to share and support good practices. After becoming part of Bright Horizons and having achieved an ‘outstanding’ accreditation from Ofsted at the Bright Horizons in Crawley, Louise decided that the time was right to further her education and attended university alongside her role as Manager, gaining first a Foundation degree and then a full degree and Early Years Teacher Status. As she completed this the opportunity to move to Reigate became available and she joined the team as nursery manager.

Her passion lies in striving for excellence and she is committed to the safeguarding welfare of the children, staff members and families at Reigate. Louise is also a Grandma and in her spare time enjoys visiting the theatre.

Debra Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2019
Debra

I have been working at the nursery since 2014, starting in the baby unit and gradually moving up the ranks to become the room leader, third in charge, and now the deputy manager. I also hold the role of the nursery SENCO, and I have a strong passion for child development in this area. Recently, I completed a Level 3 SENCO course to enhance my knowledge and dedication to this field.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband on our family farm. Meeting up with friends and family is another favourite pastime, and I love to unwind with a good book.

Lauren Job Title: Third in Charge
Lauren

I am the Third in Charge. I have achieved my BA Hons degree in Early Education and have many years of experience supporting preschool children with their transition to school.

I thrive on providing an environment and activities which enable the children to grow and flourish. I have a little boy who is 2 years old and loves being outdoors.

Being a member of the National Trust helps my family and I have some wonderful adventures together exploring natural environments. In my spare time, I also enjoy reading, and during the past year, I found a new interest in baking.
