Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool

My son is attending Pre-school and I'm delighted with the amount of fun learning he's receiving daily. The staff are incredible and highly trained to/beyond the level that's needed for preschoolers.

My daughter is a handful and is very clingy towards myself and staff. I've noticed since she started in November 2017 this has become much better and she is less clingy and more independent. This is thanks to the staff and nursery. They are very professional and I am always informed about everything that has happened or what my daughter has done.

This is the first time using a nursery and I love how much they interact with the children. My little boy is excited to go every morning and the food sounds delicious.

My experience of Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool has been positive, my daughter really enjoys her days there and the staff have always been caring for her. The nursery is also quite flexible and for a while when dropping off was a bit difficult they were very accommodating in allowing me to come in early to sit with my daughter to help her settle. There are also plenty of staff to sit with my daughter to help her settle. There is also plenty of staff on early in the morning to give cuddles if needed, which has made her feel very settled. I would recommend the nursery to other people with children the same age.

I cannot fault this nursery I was a very nervous first-time mum, leaving my baby to go back to work. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and I feel like I am leaving my son with good friends in a safe and happy environment. The facility is purpose built with a great outdoor space. The food is excellent and my son has come on so much since attending he is happy and is always excited to get into nursery.

My daughter's confidence has increased significantly since joining pre-school. The routine is excellent and I'm impressed that she learned about things such as the water cycle. They teach and have fun. Organised activities are great. My daughter's key worker is so supportive and we can see the improvement in her speech since joining pre-school. This nursery is like an extension of our family unit.

We are very happy with the care our son has received at the nursery since he has been here. He has been here since he was nine months old and has developed well under their care and he will be sad to leave them when he leaves in September.

Amazing staff amazing nursery so glad my monkey goes to this nursery the care and love for the children are outstanding not only does my son feel at home here me as a parent love coming to drop him off and collect him I feel like I'm at home and with friends.

Our son enjoys going to the nursey. He plays a lot and learns more skills. The food is good too. He always has a nap there and his nappies are checked and changed regularly. He likes his carers.

They are also very helpful with everything.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for around 3 months now. From day 1 all the staff made her feel very welcome and she has quickly bonded with several members of the team. There is always a wide variety of activities as well as a wide range of food being served.

Fantastic team. We are really pleased with the services provided and the nursery as a whole. We would highly recommend the nursery to family and friends.

The menu is great, lots of variety so they can try new foods.

The staff at Bright Horizons are friendly, approachable and really engage the children. The nursery provides a great environment for the children.

My youngest has attended since she was 9 months old. In every room, I've been very impressed with the activities she's been encouraged to do. More importantly, I've always found the staff and her key workers to be outstanding. They genuinely like and care for my child, happily reporting achievements and special moments, taking pride in her development.

Each transition to a new room has been handled well, taking time to introduce children to new room by a series of visits so the children feel comfortable and already know their new caregivers.

I wouldn't hesitate to strongly recommend Bright Horizons Timperley to anyone - from baby to toddler to pre-school my daughter has been wonderfully looked after by caring and enthusiastic staff who have helped her to develop. Her time there has been enjoyable for her and I've been pleased every drop off that she's spending the day somewhere she loves and is so safe and happy. We'll be sad to say goodbye when she leaves to start in reception.

I find the nursery a safe and clean environment for my child. I am glad I chose this nursery for my son. A very welcoming staff also.

Couldn't be happier with the decision to come here. Staff are caring. Facilities are excellent, especially outside.
