Bright horizons Timperley has been absolutely brilliant with our daughter who was born 10 weeks premature. We had concerns due to her developmental age and small size, but they have made her feel completely at home and been so helpful in settling her in. She absolutely loves it and we feel very good about her being there and she already seems to be developing new skills as a result of learning from other babies!

Communication is poor: despite having three managers, emails often go unanswered for weeks, even when concerns involve children's welfare. Food provision also falls short-when the chef is off, staff or even managers cover the kitchen, leaving rooms understaffed and children unsettled. Meals are repetitive, often soups and curries, and not always age-appropriate. The most serious issue is safeguarding. Serious incidents are downplayed, and I was told that aggressive or threatening behaviour was just "play." My child suffered harm, yet incident reports were often incomplete unless I insisted. Physical incidents like biting and hitting are frequent, and children aren't properly supported. In my experience, child safety is not prioritised here, and concerns are deflected rather than addressed.

So pleased we picked this nursery for our son. He started when he was 1 year old and has been at bright horizons (Timperley) for 6+ months. To see how much his language has developed and all the new things he has learnt is wonderful. He is such a happy boy going in and smiles when sees the staff. They made settling in so easy for him (and me!). The staff are excellent and we love the app and how informative handover is when we pick him up. Can't recommend this nursery enough. They have been excellent and we love all the activities they pan and the photos/meal/happy updates. Thank you so much to all the staff at Bright Horizons! You are Amazing!

We love sending our boys to Bright Horizons. The staff are friendly, caring and nurturing. They promote fun and adventure as well as a good level of focus on academics and science in particular. We think the spaces and provocation provided is of the highest standard and would highly recommend other parents to send their children to Timperley Bright Horizons.

We have had a great experience with the team in the baby room who have taken such care with getting to know my daughter when she started. We really feel the team are caring and take a personal, professional approach to caring for our daughter. We always feel confident they support her development and would tell us if they have any suggestions or concerns. Thanks baby room team!

We are so impressed with Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool. This is our second child to attend the nursery. The staff in the baby room show such genuine warmth and care for our daughter. Her key worker is brilliant and seems to know our daughter so well. Their bond is everything that you would want from a nursery experience. They do so many well-planned activities and have a lovely, varied menu of food. We also love the App where we can see pictures of the activities our daughter has done, how she has slept and how much she has eaten. It's so reassuring to see pictures of her with a smile on her face. We have recommended the nursery to anyone who has asked.

We recently moved to Timperley, with our daughter transferring into preschool from another excellent Bright Horizons setting and our son starting in the baby room. I can honestly say we've been delighted by the standard of care and education that our children are receiving. We were worried about how our daughter would handle the move, but she quickly formed a secure attachment with her key person, has made lots of friends and is flourishing. Our baby boy has settled in really well too; despite being the youngest in his room he is fully included in activities and eats and sleeps very well. All the staff, in particular the room leaders, are confident, knowledgeable and caring. We feel as though the team fully support our approach to topics like feeding, toilet training, behaviour and the 'gentle parenting' philosophy.

My daughter loves it at this nursery, her key worker(s) are fantastic and she continues to develop new skills day by day. I love the mix of lessons and topics to expand her mind. The use of the outdoor space to increase her confidence and core strength is really good as well.

The team has been great at helping our baby and preschooler to settle in after a big move. Communication from the staff is great and we feel like we know a lot about how the kids are doing and what they have been enjoying.

Our girl enjoyed going to nursery every day. They have so many great activities and archives throughout playing and learning. Staff are so kind and lovely. It's a beautiful place full of smiles and care.

Having had two children attend Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool, I would strongly recommend it to any parent. The staff were great with my son and now are also doing an amazing job with my daughter and I know she loves going and playing and learning. The setting is great too, always clean and welcoming, a great environment for children. The management team is super helpful too and always on hand when needed.

My son has an amazing key worker who is tuned into his needs. All the staff know all the children and it is a lovely environment. My son is learning new things each day he is there and always has a smile on his face when I pick him up.

My little boy has attended since 2022. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time in each of the rooms. He often wants to stay and play longer. The food is very good, he will often eat meals at nursery that he wouldn't at home! He enjoys all the activities that are offered to him, the staff show great interest in the children and are always keen to hear what he has been doing at home and try to incorporate this into his time at nursery.

A really lovely nursery, my little one enjoys coming to nursery and the staff team make sure her needs are met and provide amazing activities! My little one has come on so much since starting nursery and is always learning something new. The meals are good, and my little one eats all of it and will have extra!

Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool has always been a fantastic nursery for our young boy but recently they have gone above and beyond in supporting us as we manage our son's emerging speech difficulties and work with third-party support. The staff are now like family - we are so grateful for everything they do and are so pleased we chose this nursery.

We have been very impressed with our experience at Bright Horizons Timperley Day Nursery and Preschool so far. Our son has settled in quickly. There is real warmth and love from the staff members, especially his key worker, which is evident at pick-ups and drop-offs. The handovers are thorough and the app is up to date daily. My son really enjoys the activities which are imaginative and promote creative leaving. I've noticed a real difference in his behaviour, learning and curiosity in the few months he has been there. Overall, I have been very impressed with Bright Horizons and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery to other parents.

The teachers and staff there are very nice, patient and caring. They taught my son a lot, apart from knowledge, they also taught him to be friendly, to share, sometimes to refuse if it's not right. My son grew a lot since he went to Bright Horizons. I really appreciate what you have done.

I have had two children in this nursery since 2016. The prices are very reasonable, but the service is exceptional. My kids are different, one loved to learn and they went with that. She is now one of the top children in her class. My younger child is a lot quieter and prefers practical learning. They would offer him quiet time on the mat when things got too noisy, taking the time to help him feel comfortable in the room. The staff go above and beyond. They update via a website, which is nice to see the photos of what he's been up to and the menus are there too, with updates on what has been ate or toilet updates or for even more detail of the day. My youngest has just left and if there were more kids on the way, I would not give a second thought to coming back, I would recommend 100%. Thank you to all the staff, for everything over the last 7 years.

My daughter loves nursery. We love nursery and we always feel comfortable, welcomed and happy when we drop her off. The variety of activities they do daily, are creative, engaging and exciting. My daughter's vocabulary has increased and continues to as she is exposed to more words, both English and Spanish.

We love this nursery due to how they really personalise the care and support to each child. They are always happy to take the time out to discuss any concerns and you always receive a warm welcome. The staff work so hard and are always full of energy and smiles, despite having to work in difficult conditions the last couple of years - they have continued to provide a safe and welcoming space.
