Pitter Patter Day Nursery is a truly fantastic nursery. Our son attends twice a week and has done for almost a year now. As first-time parents, we were anxious about ensuring that we chose the right setting for our little boy, and we have had nothing other than positive experiences since he started
there.


The staff are truly wonderful there - they provide such fantastic care, stimulation and love for the children, whilst updating the app to ensure that we, as parents, can remain updated and share in his experience in some way. He loves attending, and we are delighted that we chose Pitter Patter. We couldn't have wished for any more. Thank you, Pitter Patter.

I have two children, and both of them have either attended this nursery or are currently attending this nursery! I honestly can’t fault this place! Always doing different activities with the children, have a variety of meals for them each week. Excellent staff, all extremely friendly and inviting! They
have a great app that lets you see what your child has eaten on that day, what activities they have been doing, naps etc. Overall, a very good nursery! I would 100% recommend.

Leaving your child in another’s care is daunting, Pitter Patter Day Nursery did everything to ease the process for both me and my son. The staff are reassuring and informative & they keep me updated throughout his time there.
Sure enough, my son is settling nicely and is coming on leaps and bounds
in terms of social and physical development since starting only 1 short month ago.

My daughter absolutely loves the After School Club in Pontarddulais run by Pitter Patter. She says it is the best part of her day! A massive thank you to all the staff. She wasn’t looking forward to going having not attended an after school club since the pandemic but after the first day I was completely
reassured.
Lovely to see their child centred focus and to be able to communicate with them about the provision so easily. If your children are in Pontarddulais and you need after school provision don’t look anywhere else.

We found a gem with Pitter Patter. With our little one being born just before lockdown, I was so worried about how he would be around strangers, but I shouldn't have worried. He is always greeted by such loving friendly staff, and he goes straight in without a look back. The staff are wonderful, the
management is so easy to contact and quick to respond, nothing is too much trouble. He is dairy intolerant, and again, they took it on board with no problems, so I don't have to worry. The app is amazing and exactly what I needed to put my mind at ease. They update it daily with all the info you need plus photos... He does something different and exciting every day, and I have no doubt he will continue to thrive. I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. This is my second baby, and although we loved the nursery my eldest went to, this one is just a level above.

My daughter is thoroughly enjoying her time at Pitter Patter - they have gone up and beyond to make our daughter feel welcome. We receive updates throughout the day, lovely lunches and great activities. I would highly recommend this nursery.

Amazing, my daughter loves going here 3 days a week, she has progressed with her walking/crawling and her speech a lot faster than if she was at home. Our three-year-old son started in Pitter Patter Day Nursery Ltd as a very nervous two and a half year old who had only ever been looked after by his grandparents, in order for my husband and I to work full time. After a few helpful changes suggested by staff members, he settled in well and is now thriving
with a structured routine. The management are always on hand to answer questions and the staff are all fantastic with both children and parents. We are updated on a daily basis with what activities he has done and he often brings home things he has made. Our only complaint is why does he eat your chilli but not ours?! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pitter Patter Day Nursery Ltd and are so grateful to you all for everything you have and continue to do for our son!

My second child goes there, and we are very happy with the care and attention he gets. Staff are very professional and recognise every child’s likes and dislikes. Staff always meet everyone with a smile. The place is clean and tidy. Lots of activities for children to develop.

Amazing nursery with lovely attentive staff. My daughter is so excited to go every week, which reflects just how amazing the girls are here, as she can be quite funny about where she goes. We love the updates we get and seeing how our daughter is growing and learning in this environment. We have chosen
to keep her here throughout her 3rd year rather than going to nursery in school for free, as we feel she gets more from Pitter Patter than she would anywhere else. Keep up the good work girls!

Bringing our daughter here at 8 months really helped my transition back to work, knowing I’m leaving my baby with the friendly, reliable and trustworthy staff made me a lot more confident to go back to work. My little girl has been going here since the end of October. This is her first time in a nursery setting as shes been with me for the past 19-months. I was very worried about how she would settle, but I haven't needed to worry once. All staff are amazing, one lady opens the door and calls her my girl,
this made my day, the bond she has is amazing to see. When we mention another ladies name in the morning she smiles. She has settled so well much better than I thought, and this is down to all the fantastic staff members.

Lovely place, my daughter loves it! At first, she was upset about going, but the staff are lovely and made her feel comfortable. On the 3rd day, she was running in excited! I get updated on what’s gone on through the day. Since going, I’ve noticed she’s getting more verbal. Highly recommend!

Both our daughters love going to Pitter Patter. The staff have built up excellent relationships with them, and we receive photos and updates of the wide range of activities they do on a daily basis, which we really appreciate. Highly recommended.

Fabulous, caring nursery! My son attended Pitter Patter a couple of years ago, and when we needed to find a nursery for my daughter - it was an easy decision! Friendly staff, my daughter was with them for years and now my son who enjoys going. My son learns lots of new skills and loves the girls who look after him. Pitter Patter has been great through the pandemic as well with safety measures and the new app to communicate.

My great-grandson started in July 2019 at Pitter Patter as a two-year-old. His progress has been amazing because of the care and professionalism of the nursery and its staff. Throughout the time he was there the staff provided daily play tasks and he was never bored. Would have no hesitation in recommending
the nursery and its staff.
