My child loves going to Pitter Patter and is always excited to see his little friends and the wonderful staff.
The team are brilliant - caring, attentive, and incredibly friendly. They always make us feel so welcome, and I truly feel like I'm leaving him with family, which gives me so much peace of
mind.
Another huge bonus is the fantastic variety of nutritious food he gets every day.
Thank you so much for everything you do - we really appreciate you all!

Second time back at this nursery and have always had the best experience here. Very welcoming and have brought the confidence out in my children. Staff have always been warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Both my kids have attended Pitter Patter and have always gone in and come out happy.
The nursery has always eased my concerns if I feel my children may be feeling a little shy or quiet on attending by sending me messages and photos to ensure all is ok.
I love the daily updates with what they get
up to and also seeing what they have eaten that day. I feel fully informed about their day.
The staff are all lovely and friendly. It was a nice touch the nursery threw a Christmas party for the little ones and the staff worked even later in their day to enjoy the party with the little ones and their families.
This nursery has been great for us and everyone there works really hard but still has a smile on their faces.

I've used Pitter Patter as my childcare providers for several years, for both my children. The staff have always been super friendly and welcoming. My son who's currently at pitter patter loves it. I enjoy receiving updates/ photos of the activities he does each day. He has a few allergies, pitter
patter have been really accommodating and always ensures his food is suitable for him.

Pitter Patter Nursery have always gone above and beyond for our child who has been attending the nursery since he was 1 years old. They have made his transition into nursery, as well as his progression into the older room, seamless.
The communication between the nursery and parents is exceptional
and we are always kept up to date with progress our child has made through the app. All staff members are extremely friendly and provide a welcoming environment. Our child's key worker regularly updates us with observations and fun and educational activities.
We cannot stress enough how much our child loves attending the nursery each and every day. He always mentions how much fun he has with staff members and peers.

My daughter has attended Pitter Patter for the last year, she has a wonderful bond with the nursery staff. She always gets excited when she sees them at the end of school, and always tries to walk back to nursery with them on the days I collect her!
Communication is always good as if there ever

We are really pleased with how our daughter gets on in Pitter Patter. She is always very happy to go and enjoys going. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and informative. This is our second child who has gone there and we are very happy with our choice :)

The staff are always highly professional and we have never had any concerns for our child's wellbeing.

My daughter loves all the girls that looks after her in Shining stars- they are always willing to do her hair which makes her day!
I love the varied food she gets whilst at Pitter Patter and the app allows me to see how much she eats and what she's having.

An ongoing wonderful experience with the care in pitter patter. Not only with the youngest who has additional medical needs but also the eldest child who attends after school club. Great communication and overall brilliant team.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and amazing with the children! My little one absolutely loves attending the nursery. She is learning so much from going here, her social skills are getting better considering she was a very shy child at first.

We've had a really good experience with this nursery. My son took a little while to settle in, but the staff were consistently welcoming and patient, and although he's better now, he still has the odd day of tears but he's always welcomed with a nice big cuddle. They clearly care about the children
and create a warm, supportive environment.
The educational side is excellent. The activities are well thought out, and my son comes home having learned something new most days. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always happy to share updates.
I also really appreciated the management team when my son turned three and was eligible for funded hours. I found the process quite confusing, and when I messaged the nursery for advice, they took the time to call me and explain everything clearly. It made the whole process much easier to understand.
Overall, it's been a very positive experience, and I'm pleased with the care and learning my son receives there.

Wow. What can I say? My youngest has been going since he was 1, and he absolutely loves it. My daughter left in August 2024 due to school, but is still greeted so fondly when she comes with me to collect her brother. The girls look after him so well and I feel secure in the knowledge he is happy and
cared for. The activities they put on are so creative, I have no idea where they get the ideas from but they're great. The chef cooks food I am so envious of! I am so happy with the staff, that I recommend them to anyone. They treat your kids like their own and they celebrate your children's milestones as much as you do! It's so refreshing!
My oldest girls attend the after school club ran by them and again they are so happy to attend.

The girls at Pitter Patter have always provided the absolute best care to my little girl, who loves going into nursery everyday. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery to anyone. There is always an array of activities for the children to do.

The shining stars room at Pitter Patter Day Nursery provides a wonderful environment where children can explore a wide range of engaging, enjoyable, and educational activities. Each day brings something new and exciting, from creative play to structured learning, which really helps to keep the
children interested and motivated.
I've seen a noticeable improvement in my daughter's confidence. She has become more independent, sociable, and eager to try new things. The staff are caring, attentive, and supportive, which makes a huge difference in helping children feel safe and valued.

Friendly staff. We receive updates regularly throughout the day. Lovely space and my daughter gets healthy and yummy cooked meals. Very happy with the nursery. Children go out on walks in the sunshine which is lovely.

My daughter has attended since she was around 11 months old and is so happy and settled. The staff seem to have a genuine investment in her, her care and her development. The updates on the app are really informative and helpful and communication is always great. I do feel that having some more
links with a designated/named worker would be helpful however everyone is approachable.
I really like the diversity of themes and activities offered. They often access the community as well as outdoor play facilities at the nursery and it's lovely to see them playing and having new opportunities.

Staff are amazing and great with the children cannot fault them at all, as a company I don't believe we should be charged for bank holidays, even if a percentage was added to every other day to cover staff payments on bank holidays rather than charging a family the normal payment when they still
have to find childcare for there child
