My 2-year-old started Pitter Patter in November. Having never used a childcare setting before, always reliant on grandparents with the older children, I was very apprehensive! My nerves were settled after the first meeting; a very welcoming setting with incredibly friendly staff. After a few tearful
mornings, my little boy has settled incredibly well, he asks me every morning if he is going to play with "the babas" and looks quite disappointed when I say not today! He has come on in leaps and bounds, his vocabulary increasing with every visit which is all credit to the nursery nurses. The staff are very helpful and informative, always putting the child first and sending the record book home every day keeps me updated with his progress.


I can't recommend Pitter Patter highly enough, keep up the excellent work!

My son is excited to go to Pitter Patter every day of the year no matter what season. They have an Educational Programme, take children on visits and give them a wealth of experiences and lots of attention and affection. They also have an undercover outside space and a lovely garden so that the children
can be outside no matter what the weather. It is a relief to any guilt-ridden parent that their child is happy and enthusiastic to go to a Creche. The Staff are caring and know who you are, you are always greeted with a smile. Pitter Patter is also happy to answer any questions or queries. They also try and stay in contact via email and regular bulletins. A wonderful experience for your child.

My daughter attended Pitter Patter for 3 years and my son currently attends The staff are brilliant - they always welcome you with a smile, will always make time to speak to you about any concerns you may have and genuinely care about the children.
The children spend lots of time outside, and have
a different theme to learn about every term. It's so lovely to see your child's record book which has pictures of your child doing their different activities and crafts.
Food is cooked onsite, they have a varied menu and often eat outside in the warmer months which I love - we often talk in the car on our way in, about what Avis might make him for his lunch today!

I can not recommend the nursery enough, my two children have attended there since nine months old and they have come in leaps and bounds. It is so comforting to know that your children are being looked after by friendly, happy staff and to know that they have been well cared for when my husband and
I are at work. The communication between staff and ourselves is excellent and the updates we get on social media as well as regular parent key worker meetings are very informative and shows how well the children are developing in an educational playful nursery.

Staff and management are all brilliant, friendly and professional. My son has developed immensely since he’s been attending and loves to go in to spend time with his friends and take part in many activities that they have to offer. Just a fantastic nursery wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Our daughter is happy in nursery and the staff seem genuinely fond of her which is lovely. They are reliable and provide excellent support during school holidays which is greatly appreciated and much better than what other nurseries provide. The outdoor space is exceptional and they often go to the
park which is important to us.
Very minor but ideally, more notice for events would be helpful. We were only given a weeks notice for a parents' afternoon which we weren't able to attend. The nursery did go out of their way to give us the information we would have had which was excellent and not expected but possibly could have been avoided if we had been given more notice initially.
We also feel the app has been really useful. Other nurseries do seem to have better apps in which the parents get sent pictures during the day rather than relying on photos being uploaded to Facebook.
Overall, we feel Pitter Patter is the best fit for our child and we are very pleased with the level of care.

My daughter started here a few months ago and I can't thank them enough! Nothing is too much trouble for the management and their team.
My daughter loves the food, says everyone is lovely and has made some lovely friends since joining.
She is starting school very soon but will continue to attend
Pitter Patter as they provide a school pick up service which is invaluable!
Highly recommended you look at placing your child/children here, you won't be disappointed!!

Excellent and highly recommended day nursery. Only one comment that would improve my working day is that they open earlier than 8 am as this often makes me late for work when traffic is bad.

Pitter Patter Day Nursery Ltd is a fabulous place. My children have been there since they were 6 months old, they are now 6 and 7 and we still use them. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my children.

Since my son started here in July, he has developed socially extremely well. All of the staff there are wonderful and it seems as though they really enjoy their jobs. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I feel completely reassured leaving my son in their more than capable hands. He loves going
to the nursery and even cries when he comes home!

My daughter started Pitter Patter in September 2018, since then the staff have been amazing! She is flourishing with the routines and connections she's made there and is comfortable being dropped off with the friendly staff after a few cries at the beginning.
They keep me well informed through a communication
booklet and emails, there is loads of extra stuff like dressing up weeks and trips which I am always given plenty of notice and they are reasonable prices.
She eats incredibly well there and her meals are always varied and healthy.
Prices are reasonable and the care they give my daughter is outstanding.

Both of our sons have attended Pitter Patter.


During their time, we have found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful, who have gone out of their way to ensure our boys settled into nursery life.


Both boys have enjoyed their time thoroughly.


The facilities are of a high standard and

a good range of activities that get all involved.


We can not thank all the staff enough for all the support and guidance given to our boys they have been an influential part of our boys' lives.

My daughter went to Pitter Patter for eight and a half months and thoroughly enjoyed her time there. When she first went, she was very upset at leaving me, but the staff were so kind and comforted her and helped her to integrate, which was a huge relief to me, as leaving your child in someone else's
hands can be very daunting and emotional.
During her time there, I felt she came on enormously, her confidence, her chattiness and her personality really came out.
As for the staff, they made me feel that she was the most important child there. I could talk openly and honestly to them. I was genuinely sad that my daughter was leaving. I know she was sad to be leaving too.

Brilliant nursery my little boy has been coming here for 2 and a half years he has come on amazing with his speech and numbers, and always runs out happy smiling sometimes evening singing! I love the progress books, and little art pieces for each upcoming event ie. Easter, Christmas.
He enjoys all
the meals cooked and is always full coming out of the nursery. The staff are always pleasant and welcoming, I've never had a problem!

Our 3yr old daughter has attended this nursery for the past 18 months. It is very well equipped and presented as well as warm and friendly. Verbal and daily written feedback is given and especially useful to ensure parents are kept aware of food intake and toilet habits. Couldn't recommend this nursery
highly enough. The staff has been very kind, caring and very nurturing to our daughter and she has loved going to "school" 4 days a week. We will miss the development books which are completed showing milestones met and fun activities that engage the children in many interesting and educational topics. We loved parents evenings and our daughter loved the positive feedback given by staff. The staff is vigilant when our daughter has been unwell and followed all health, safety and safeguarding procedures outlined in their terms and conditions. The food is amazing and menus are changed regularly and are nutritious and filling. A lovely home from home that all the children love to attend.
