I've used Pitter Patter as my childcare providers for several years, for both my children. The staff have always been super friendly and welcoming. My son who's currently at pitter patter loves it. I enjoy receiving updates/ photos of the activities he does each day. He has a few allergies, pitter patter have been really accommodating and always ensures his food is suitable for him.

We cannot stress enough how much our child loves attending the nursery each and every day. He always mentions how much fun he has with staff members and peers.

Communication is always good as if there ever any issue I always get a message, which makes me at ease.

We are really pleased with how our daughter gets on in Pitter Patter. She is always very happy to go and enjoys going. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and informative. This is our second child who has gone there and we are very happy with our choice :)

Pitter patter has been tremendous in applying the early years of education to our child.

I love the varied food she gets whilst at Pitter Patter and the app allows me to see how much she eats and what she's having.

An ongoing wonderful experience with the care in pitter patter. Not only with the youngest who has additional medical needs but also the eldest child who attends after school club. Great communication and overall brilliant team.

All of the staff are incredibly friendly and amazing with the children! My little one absolutely loves attending the nursery. She is learning so much from going here, her social skills are getting better considering she was a very shy child at first.

We've had a really good experience with this nursery. My son took a little while to settle in, but the staff were consistently welcoming and patient, and although he's better now, he still has the odd day of tears but he's always welcomed with a nice big cuddle. They clearly care about the children and create a warm, supportive environment.

The educational side is excellent. The activities are well thought out, and my son comes home having learned something new most days. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always happy to share updates.

I also really appreciated the management team when my son turned three and was eligible for funded hours. I found the process quite confusing, and when I messaged the nursery for advice, they took the time to call me and explain everything clearly. It made the whole process much easier to understand.

Overall, it's been a very positive experience, and I'm pleased with the care and learning my son receives there.

My oldest girls attend the after school club ran by them and again they are so happy to attend.

The girls at Pitter Patter have always provided the absolute best care to my little girl, who loves going into nursery everyday. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery to anyone. There is always an array of activities for the children to do.

I've seen a noticeable improvement in my daughter's confidence. She has become more independent, sociable, and eager to try new things. The staff are caring, attentive, and supportive, which makes a huge difference in helping children feel safe and valued.

Friendly staff. We receive updates regularly throughout the day. Lovely space and my daughter gets healthy and yummy cooked meals. Very happy with the nursery. Children go out on walks in the sunshine which is lovely.

My daughter has attended since she was around 11 months old and is so happy and settled. The staff seem to have a genuine investment in her, her care and her development. The updates on the app are really informative and helpful and communication is always great. I do feel that having some more links with a designated/named worker would be helpful however everyone is approachable.

I really like the diversity of themes and activities offered. They often access the community as well as outdoor play facilities at the nursery and it's lovely to see them playing and having new opportunities.

Staff are amazing and great with the children cannot fault them at all, as a company I don't believe we should be charged for bank holidays, even if a percentage was added to every other day to cover staff payments on bank holidays rather than charging a family the normal payment when they still have to find childcare for there child
