Would recommend this nursery my little girl loves coming and has gained lots from attending with her learning difficulties and autism. It's very important to find the right nursery and we found the right one. Well done all the staff, thank you.

My son loves going to nursery, he is always happy to go and has plenty to tell us about what he has done in the day.
Pitter Patter have been fantastic with him, the staff are always helpful and the communication we get from them is brilliant.

My son has been attending Pitter Patter since October 2021 and was/is a pandemic baby. You can imagine both our anxiety about him attending the nursery. However, the staff made the transition for him so easy and effective. He was able to play independently yet if needed help or reassurance, the staff
were always close by. They got to learn about him and his wants and facilitate these. They are constantly encouraging him to learn and develop. It’s lovely and reassuring to see him enjoy nursery. It’s also beneficial where the app is able to keep me updated on his morning/day and progress and the staff always keeps me up to date with any triumphs or issues.

Pitter Patter is a fantastic nursery! My eldest daughter went to them two years ago with additional needs and the way she developed and was supported whilst being there was incredible. My little girl is now also going there and she too has additional needs. The support we’ve received from the staff
has been second to none and the love and patience they show my daughter is touching.

Both my children attend this nursery and they have loved it from day one. There is always a range of fun activities on offer for them and fantastic opportunities to learn through play. The staff are all friendly and helpful, you can tell they really love what they do.

Pitter Patter are great. Our daughter loves going there and we feel completely at ease when she’s there. We know she’s looked after and the team of girls put a lot of effort in with their care and variety of activities.


Since she had started creche we can see social and developmental skills have

improved and think if we hadn't of enrolled her into Pitter Patter, she may not have hit her developmental targets.

My daughter who’s now 4 has been attending Pitter Patter since the age of 6 months. In this time she has developed into a well mannered, bright and happy little girl and this is hugely down to her time at this nursery. The developmental activities they do each day are second to none. My daughter is
never bored and never leaves unhappy. The children are fed well and each food choice is healthy and nutritious. My husband is in the military and so I am on my own with my daughter which often means last-minute changes to child care. Pitter Patter always cater to my needs and nothing is too much for them. Highly recommend. Thank you Pitter Patter Day Nursery.

Our daughter started Pitter Patter in December 2021, and she loves it! When we pull up outside, she can't wait to get out of the car to go in. She was nervous for the first few weeks, but all of the staff have been wonderful. We get regular updates and photos on the app, and it is great to be able
to see what has happened during her day. With COVID we were not able to have a physical tour of the nursery, but the virtual one was thorough, and we have always been kept informed and updated so we have confidence that this is the best place for our little girl.

My 5-year-old daughter and 7-year-old boy have been in Pitter Patter since they were babies. They love it and as parents, we love the way they come out and tell us about their day. The staff are amazing and very professional. They also care about all the children in their care. I have told all my friends
how good Pitter Patter is in Pontarddulais. Excellent team and I know my children are safe.

The staff at Pitter Patter have always gone out of their way to ensure the best care, support and play experiences under the fantastic leadership of the manager. It is clear that the manager prides themselves on their clear, supportive and effective engagement with parents. The children always have
a variety of experiences and staff always go the extra mile when there are special holidays or celebrations. I have always felt that my children are completely safe at Pitter Patter.

Amazing and professional staff. Updates face to face during pick-ups and drop-offs are always nice. Communication via the app is brilliant too. Different meal ideas proposed to parents would be welcomed by us. I understand you can’t, however, cater for all.

Both of my children aged 2 and 4 love Pitter Patter. My eldest has made wonderful friends with who he has started school now. The girls are all fab and have been so helpful with helping potty train my eldest and also with capping naps for my youngest when it was affecting her night-time sleep.

My little girl joined Pitter Patter after having changed nurseries. I was apprehensive as any parent would be but the girls were amazing with her and kept me informed of how she was, even during her short settling in session. She's has loved it ever since!


Every day I get photos and a little write

up of what she is doing which is lovely and not what I experienced in her previous nursery. The activities seem structured, aimed at development and are creative. My daughter absolutely loves the girls here and really enjoys going to 'school'. Would recommend to anyone!

Pitter Patter Nursery is a fantastic Nursery with the most amazing and caring staff. I cannot recommend this wonderful nursery and the incredible staff enough. The staff there are just absolutely fantastic with my daughter and she is always so happy when she’s there.


They have an excellent parent

app in which I can see what activities/crafts my daughter has been doing and what she’s eaten during the day. I absolutely love when they write up about what she’s done there throughout the day and include the most amazing photos of her. You can see they all have such a caring nature, it’s wonderful to see and this always makes me smile so much when I’m at work.


The staff always have excellent communication skills and nothing is ever too much for them. They provide a range of excellent and appropriate activities for my daughter and it’s been so lovely to see my daughter grow and develop her skills there. The food there is Always very nutritious and looks so delicious.

Our daughter has recently moved and started at Pitter Patter. We were a bit apprehensive to start off in making the change as our little one doesn’t like change and is overly shy. The staff were amazing, answering all our questions prior to the move and doing everything they could to put our minds at
ease. They went above and beyond.


She started with a few taster sessions with regular updates. She settled with ease and loves it there. The app is an amazing tool with updates throughout the day and a food diary and also photos of what they got up to. Staff are brilliant and always happy to help and support throughout everything, nothing is ever too much.

I moved my child here from another crèche and it’s the best thing I have done for him. The staff at Pitter Patter Day Nursery are fantastic and really show that they love looking after the children. My son has come on so much since starting here he was non-verbal and shy starting but already since April
2021 the difference is amazing and it’s partly to do with the nursery.

Staff are friendly and patient. Been really aware of my child's allergy requirements and have included him nicely with all their healthy meal choices. Good communication throughout the day. The only downside is they aren't always great with reusable nappies.

My little one loves nursery and all the staff. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. They do activities with the baby often and little trips out and about. Lots of messy play and glitter and they take into account food intolerances in meal plans.
