My little boy loves going and is always so happy when we drop him off. The staff are so friendly, caring, and understanding - they've really gone above and beyond to help with a few more complex things and have supported us every step of the way. They take the time to really get to know him and understand
what works best for him, which means so much to us.


The nursery itself has such a lovely, welcoming feel, and the app is brilliant for keeping us updated through the day. It's so nice seeing what he's been up to! Since starting here, he's come on in leaps and bounds and developed so much.


Honestly couldn't recommend this nursery enough - we're so grateful for everything they do!

Amazing nursery can't fault them there great with my daughter is can't believe how much she's come on since coming here the staff are great with she has such an amazing bond with them one member of staff in particular is always happy when she comes home and to go in she's always smiling and love how

My son joined the nursery in July 2024 and has loved going since day one thanks to the help of his keyworker.
He has developed so much since attending the nursery, but especially since moving into preschool he is a confident, happy boy, his speech has developed and loves singing. This is down to the
help and support of all the staff. He has developed lovely bonds with them all.
They offer a range of activities indoor and outdoor and keep me updated with photos of his day and his progress on their app.
They offer a brilliant range of food, i love seeing him sitting with his friends and trying new food.
I highly recommend this nursery and thank the team for doing a great job.

Our son has joined back after a long period of being away due to ill health. The staff have been very understanding with our situation and have made us feel very reassured that he's being well looked after.
He seems to have settled back very quickly, seems genuinely excited leaving the house to see
his friends and teachers and doesn't seem too bothered when we leave him at the door (which is probably the most challenging part for any parent!!)
We've always felt comfortable leaving him- he always comes out well fed and happy and it's lovely to be able to check in on how he's doing using the app and have the ability to message the team while he's there to see how he's doing!

The School House Day Nursey is an amazing place for my son.
We was worried how he would settle in to his new nursey, but he absolutely loves it.
All the people who work there are so helpful.
They come to the door with a smile & make such a lovely fuss of my son.
The app is amazing. We are updated
of what my sons doing & what food & drink he has eaten.

We couldn't be happier with this nursery, from the moment we started our children here (over 5 years ago, spanning 4 children with another due to start next year) we felt welcomed by the warm and friendly staff. The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely care about each child's development.
The
nursery provides a nurturing and safe environment where children can learn, play, and grow. We've also noticed such great progress in our child's social skills and communication since joining! They often check in on progress of any ongoing issues at home such as delayed speech, potty training, sleep patterns etc.
The facilities are clean, well-organized, and filled with engaging toys and learning materials. The outdoor play area is fantastic, and we love how much time the kids get to spend exploring and playing outside along with the trips they take them on.
The nursery are one of the only in the area that offer excellent wrap around care and school holiday playschemes.

My son is in the toddler room at POW nursery and I am constantly amazed at the new things he has learned there. The nursery has recently introduced checking the children in and out of the garden on the famly app which is lovely to see how much time they spend outdoors. The nursery is is really great!

My daughter has loved attending this nursery since the beginning of February, she has a big smile on her face when I drop her off which is lush to see, the nursery workers spend time getting to know all of the kids and each week we get an observation through that shows what your child has been working
on that week which is great, you get pictures sent over the app and can message the girls with any questions and they are quick at getting back to you. The food variety is great and my daughter eats every meal up, overall really happy with this nursery so far.

Such a good nursery, my daughter absolutely loves it there and she's always so happy when she's there. The interior is so nice and cosy, and the garden is big enough for them to play in no matter the weather. They do so many activities and nothing makes me happier than the cute little updates and pictures
we get throughout the day of our kids. The food is great, my kid is always clean. Genuinely a perfect nursery.

Schoolhouse Day Nursery is absolutely fantastic. My daughter has been attending just over a year and absolutely loves it. She has developed so much since attending, her speech is incredible. The continuous updates throughout the day put me at ease and I love seeing all the photos of my daughter enjoying
herself. The food given is fantastic and a wide variety.
The staff here are caring and very informative. I recommend this nursery to everyone I speak to.

We have used Princess of Wales Day Nursery for the last year and a half, and it is excellent. My partner works shifts, and they allow a lot more flexibility than other nurseries. We get regular updates on our son’s progress, and he is always happy when he goes to the nursery and loves everyone who works
there. He can play in a structured way and run around with his friends. He spends plenty of time outside too, which I really like. I am always jealous of the food that he gets to eat there, and it is always a balanced healthy diet.

My daughter attends Schoolhouse day nursery, Princess of Wales Hospital. In the first few sessions, she was a bit clingy to me and the staff dealt with it so wonderfully. 6 months on at 22 months old she runs into the nursery and loves her key worker as well as all the other staff. My daughter is so
happy here, has developed really well. The updates the nursery gives around their developmental milestones are fantastic. Would highly recommend it!

I think Princess of Wales Day Nursery has benefited my granddaughter in so many ways. She’s really thriving there and her development is excelling beyond my expectations. All staff are welcoming and polite. Her keyworker is amazing and very knowledgeable regarding my granddaughter's needs and development.
My granddaughter has a very special bond with her and speaks about her at home. She will answer any questions I have whilst giving a detailed version of my granddaughter's day. I love receiving pictures on the app, I think it’s a very good way to communicate with all staff and see what’s been happening whilst she’s there.

Kasey and her team aim to deliver the very best of care for the families of Bridgend and beyond. She joined our nursery family in 2018, she has always aspired to work with children since leaving full-time education, She followed her dream and has now been working and supporting children's development for over ten years!


Kasey Joined as our under 2's supervisor later progressing to Deputy manager and now has taken on the Senior role of Manager.


"Working with children has always been my ambition! It's such a rewarding job, being a part of a child's first few years of life is such an honour. Every day is different and they guarantee to put a big smile on my face every day"
