Princess of Wales Day Nursery

I'm so happy with all the care they give my son. All the girls are fantastic with him. I really feel he is in safe hands.

My daughter has been attending since she was 12months old and she loves it. Every morning once she has her shoes and coat on, and I say "Let's go to nursery" she runs to the front door. All the staff are friendly and attentive. My daughter is happy to have cuddles with all. The team are safety-conscious as when Nanny has been to pick my little girl, all staff have confirmed who she is. The manager is also very friendly, gets involved with looking after the children and provides regular communication via email. The activities performed are varied and stimulating. The food provided is also varied and healthy. I love the daily diary I get updating me on the activities undertaken and what has been eaten. I think the nursery is excellent value for money and I have already recommended it to other colleagues in work.

My son has only started in the last ten weeks but he is so settled. All the girls are amazing and very informative about my sons day. Also, they are very supportive of potty training. It is very reassuring that my son is happy when I am at work.

My son attends Princess of Wales Nursery and the staff are brilliant there. Always friendly and helpful and nothing is too much to ask for. My son was very scared and upset when he started but the staff were quick to settle him in and make him very welcome. The nursery is always clean when I go there and staff are always smiling. My son has come on so well since attending there and it's nice to see he enjoys spending time there which is important to me.

My son has been attending Princess of Wales Day Nursery since he was 5 months old and is now nearly 10 months. He settled into the nursery really well, by having introduction sessions and being able to see the same nursery nurses so that he has got to know them, and them getting to know him. The food he is offered at the nursery appears to be of a wide and interesting variety, and his nappy is changed frequently so I know he is clean. He is always playing and seems to be having a good time when I pick him up. There are plenty of toys and different play stations and I like it that there is a separate area for under 2s. The staff are welcoming and cheery which is lovely.

The staff is very friendly and attentive with the children. It is observed that they enjoy doing their work which has repercussions for the benefit of the children.

Family life can be stressful and challenging at times but the staff always work with us to ensure that our child is supported and helped through any changes that occur. The staff are a total credit to the company, always greeting us with a smile, professional but making you feel like one of the ' family' too. It really is a wonderful setting for your child to spend the first part of their big adventure growing into brilliant individuals.

Very good nursery. Staff is very caring. A clean and healthy environment. My daughter likes to go to her nursery. Very interesting activities like painting. Safety measures are very good.

The nursery provides fantastic care and education on a daily basis, my daughter surprises me daily with something new that she may have learnt, all of the staff seem genuinely driven in working towards the development of my little one, they tell you everything at the end of the day which I feel makes you feel a part of the time you’ve missed out on whilst at work. My little one cheers when she gets to nursery and she loves to get us involved in what’s going on at the end of the day when we pick her up, she is beaming to see ‘the girls’ (staff) and will often invite them to our house for tea, overall what a fantastic nurturing environment that my daughter thrives within, I can not thank the nursery enough,

The range of activities is impressive and we love all the artwork that comes home and watching our son beam with pride when he shows it to us. Seeing your child excited to see a member of staff is the best recommendation that you as a parent can ask for. Simply wonderful nursery.

Both of my children went to this nursery, my youngest still goes. The staff are great with the children and they get to do a wide variety of fun activities every day. My youngest loves going to the nursery and has learnt so much from being there. I highly recommend this nursery.

We absolutely love this nursery, our son who is 14 months, started when he was 7 months and he has received love, care and commitment from all the staff, they go above and beyond everyday! The nursery is colourful clean tidy and has a very welcoming atmosphere. My son is so happy to attend and when we pick him up he always has a big smile on his face this is so reassuring. His development has thrived thanks to the staff who are so encouraging. The staff are such a big part in my son's life their not just your standard carers they're much more! One big family, I am so grateful my son gets to be apart of a wonderful unit.

The nursery fill in a report sheet to let you know what activities your child has taken part in, how much food they have eaten, how many sleeps, nappy changes and who looked after them on that day. I haven't got a bad word to say about the nursery and the staff they are hero's in my eyes to see my son so happy and content I really cannot ask for more and I will forever be grateful!!
