They are big on happy children and that's why they take care of each other and the world, have regular visits to their local care homes, and have a growing area for food. They have 5 little pioneers who help share their core values with the children, from making their own choices to encouraging them to be independent.
The nursery is silver eco schools accredited, a programme that sees children lead the way in making real environmental differences. Their staff are also all paediatric first aid trained as they are big on safety.
They also have an app, ParentZone, which keeps mums and dads informed about life at nursery, from photos, meals eaten and even toilet training progress!
There are four home rooms with the nursery split into the following age groups: three months to one-year-olds, one to two-year-olds, two to three-year-olds and three to five-year-olds.

About this price
How funding is applied, how the monthly figure is calculated.More info
- Working parents of children aged 9 months to 2 years can usually claim up to 30 funded hours a week. The working-parent hours depend on each parent meeting the minimum earnings rules and earning under £100,000 a year. This nursery stretches funded hours across 52 weeks of the year. You've selected 30 funded hours.
- This nursery applies up to 10 funded hours per day, stretched across 52 weeks of the year. With your selected funding, 21.9 hours are covered each week. Hours beyond this, including the early and late parts of the day, are charged at the standard rate.
- We work out the total cost across the year and divide by 12, so the figure shown is a smoothed monthly average. In practice, nurseries bill in different ways. Some bill monthly at this average. Others bill weekly, or charge for what happened that week or month, which can vary across the year. Confirm billing details with the nursery when you enquire.

She started in Little Creators before moving up to the Preschool room, and she has absolutely loved her time in both rooms. The staff are incredibly warm, caring and attentive, and they always go above and beyond to make sure the children are happy, engaged and having fun. There is always such a great variety of activities for them to enjoy, alongside fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces.
The lunches provided are also great, and we have always felt confident that she is being well cared for throughout the day. Communication from the whole team, from management and teachers to the nursery assistants, has been brilliant. The nursery app is particularly useful and gives us regular updates on what she has been doing, which we have really enjoyed.
Everyone has been so friendly, approachable and welcoming and we couldn't recommend it enough.
Thank you so much for the lovely words. The last year and a half has been a pleasure

From the moment they started, the staff made them feel safe, welcomed and comfortable. It has been amazing watching both of my boys grow in confidence, learn new things and develop into their own little personalities. I always felt reassured knowing they were being cared for by such kind, patient and dedicated people.
Thank you to everyone at the nursery for being such an important part of my boys' early years and for all the lovely memories you have helped create. We will always be grateful for everything you have done for our family.
Good luck with everything

A special shout out to Dawn, who goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable during my pregnancy and always ensures there is easy, safe access for my stroller when I come to collect my little girl.
The deputy manager, Ceri, is also amazing and always a delight to speak with.
Stacey, my daughter's key person, knows her better than I do. They have such a strong relationship, and my daughter learns so much through her care and support.
I'm so grateful for the kindness, professionalism and dedication of the whole team.

Our daughter attended this nursery from 11 months to 2 years (when we changed due to a house move). We always felt very confident in the team and upon searching for a new nursery we realised how spoilt we were at Little Pioneers in lots of ways. The staff are great, the menu of food cooked on site is all very healthy and even though the garden involves a bit of effort to get the children to we were always impressed by how often they got to play outside.
The teachers and administrators are very kind to the kids, full of love and patience. We are deeply grateful for their dedication! The teachers play games with the children, and when a child feels down, they comfort her and give her a hug.

Great staff, great environment for children to develop their skills. Management team always keen to support parents, they are friendly and professional. A variety of colourful food for children and the nursery also have great facilities, which enables children to play and learn.

The staff is knowledgeable, kind and caring. Our son is very happy to go to nursery every morning. As a speech therapist myself I am very picky about the kind of approach my son is being given, but meeting with the team the first few times made me feel comfortable and confident in their abilities to provide the kind of support that would answer my needs and expectations.

Unfortunately we are moving him to be closer to home as we are no longer working in Newcastle but this wasn't an easy decision to make. Little Pioneers feels like home for all of us, the staff are always so kind and we always feel our little boy is in safe hands. He always has lots of fun and is day always sounds quite varied. We would absolutely recommend the Nursery to anyone and we are very sad to be leaving.

It's clear they really care, and that's made the whole process so much easier for us. Our toddler loves it there, and we love seeing them happy and settled and the progress they have made with their learning skills. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better nursery.
My child has come on leaps and bounds since starting the nursery just under a year ago in all aspects of his development. I'm confident he's in safe hands with the staff and the feedback at the end of the day is always very thorough.

They are so good with their safeguarding and asked for photos of family members who were collecting him if they haven't seen them or met them before.
The managers are so friendly and helpful.
