An outstanding nursery in Hull.

Situated in one of Bright Horizons' client settings, the popular David Lloyd Leisure Club nursery welcomes all families in the area and is easily accessible from surrounding villages in Hull.

All the rooms are cosy, bright, warm and welcoming with highly qualified staff in all six rooms.

Bright Horizons Hull Kingswood provides stimulating activities, which offer a wide range of learning opportunities. There is an enclosed outside area for all the children to access, with a special baby and toddler garden for them to play and explore.

Children’s wellbeing is of the utmost priority at the Hull children's nursery and they strive to develop all the children into confident little learners.

An enriching Ready for School programme gives every child the opportunity to gain knowledge and confidence to thrive in school and beyond.

All children have a key person. This enables children and their families to form a strong bond and build up that trust which is needed from the beginning.

The nursery has its own chef who works on site, providing fresh, healthy and nutritional meals based on a three-week menu cycle. The menu changes throughout the year to coincide with the seasons and caters for all.

With all-inclusive fees, which means less to pack on a busy morning, all the healthy meals and snacks are prepared by the onsite chef with nutrition in mind.

The nursery was rated 'outstanding' by Ofsted in September 2017.

Bright Horizons, Kingswood Hull is such a lovely nursery. My daughter has attended this nursery for a year now and has come on leaps and bounds. The staff are brilliant and she loves one staff member in particular, so much. We have had excellent and positive feedback on how our daughter has developed
and progressed in the last year.
The environment is clean and welcoming to both children and parents.
I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone and totally understand how it is so highly rated.

The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. My daughter has really come on with her development since attending this nursery. Her key worker is exceptionally friendly and happy. Lovely atmosphere and environment.

As a parent, I was obviously very nervous about my one-year-old starting nursery and being left alone as she is super clingy and was frightened she wouldn't get the same snuggles and reassurance she gets at home. I am happy to say nearly every time I go to pick her up, I always look through the window,
and if she is not happy and playing, she is in one of the girl's arms having a cuddle.
Today was a big step as when I dropped her off, she actually put her arms out to her teacher and went to her without having to be prised out of my arms. Feel like progress is definitely been made, and she’s only been attending for less than two months.

My son does seem to enjoy going to nursery once he is there, staff make sure when he feels unsettled that they give him the comfort that he needs. The meals are nutritious, and he always enjoys eating the food that is offered. He enjoys the toys and activities that are available and has the opportunity
to play outdoors.
I like the app, and getting updates about what my child has eaten, napped etc. however I would like photos more often, it is very rare I ever receive a picture, so I don’t get to see what he has done, or seeing that he has settled. It would be reassuring and nice to see photos of him at nursery.

The staff are so welcoming and always make me feel comfortable with taking care of my kids. Both my boys go here and they love it and have a good bond with their carers. They provide consistent feedback on how my kids are doing and the app is great to keep track of how they are doing throughout the

The nursery is fantastic. My daughter adores the staff and they have helped with potty training. They encourage her to eat as she has not always been the greatest eater and her talking and confidence have come on in leaps and bounds.

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and my daughter absolutely loves going. The standard of care is outstanding and the dedication each of the staff members shows to get to know each child is second to none, it's so evident how much they all
love their jobs! Will be sending my second daughter here when I return to work without hesitation! I love the daily updates and reports on her development. It's a little pricier than other nurseries but worth every penny!

I cannot rate this nursery enough! My son has been going since June 2021 and has now moved up to the 3rd room (babies to toddlers to nursery). His development and confidence have come on leaps and bounds thanks to the support and care he receives on the two-and-a-half days a week he attends.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff are experienced, professional and wonderful. The care they show to the children is completely authentic and genuine and I have no concerns in leaving my son in their care. I just wish they would open a Primary School so he doesnt have to leave!!

Our daughter has been going since March 2022, two days a week. The development and progress she has made have been brilliant. The key workers have been fantastic and all the staff. Couldn't be happier, to be honest, so pleased. She smiles when she arrives and the app updates, the communication, everything

My little boy has attended the nursery for over two years now. I have watched him grow so much in confidence, which is due to being a lockdown baby. He really struggled with being away from me. His talking is amazing and he has learnt so much, as well as having fun too. Always happy when I drop him
off and pick him up. The girls in the nursery room are a credit and I can tell they really look after my little boy while he is in their care. I couldn't ask for anymore.
