Bright Horizons Hull Kingswood Day Nursery and Preschool

My little boy has been attending the setting since he was 1 years old, he is now 3. He has always loved the nursery setting and all staff have been very friendly and seem happy to be there. The nursery setting has a SALT specialist who was concerned regarding my child’s speech so referred him which I found very good. They regularly check my little boys progress and let me know how he is doing.

I would like to thank every single person in the Hull branch for their amazing care and being always very helpful. My twins love to go there where they explore and try different and new things. Overall, my experience is outstanding.

My daughter has been coming to this nursery for eighteen months now and her development has come on so much since attending. She’s confident and always goes off happily with the carers in a morning. I was so apprehensive when she first started nursery as I felt the mum's guilt of leaving my little girl there, but the staff here have filled me with such confidence as I know they’re so professional and look after my daughter brilliantly. I’d highly recommend Bright Horizons Kingswood Nursery. Professional, friendly, show a genuine interest in child development. Fantastic place for babies and young children!

The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. My daughter has really come on with her development since attending this nursery. Her key worker is exceptionally friendly and happy. Lovely atmosphere and environment.

Today was a big step as when I dropped her off, she actually put her arms out to her teacher and went to her without having to be prised out of my arms. Feel like progress is definitely been made, and she’s only been attending for less than two months.

The staff are so welcoming and always make me feel comfortable with taking care of my kids. Both my boys go here and they love it and have a good bond with their carers. They provide consistent feedback on how my kids are doing and the app is great to keep track of how they are doing throughout the day when they are there. Can’t fault the nursery in any way.

I like the app, and getting updates about what my child has eaten, napped etc. however I would like photos more often, it is very rare I ever receive a picture, so I don’t get to see what he has done, or seeing that he has settled. It would be reassuring and nice to see photos of him at nursery.

My son started at the nursery in September and I must say that their care has been top notch. I’m at ease when I leave my son with them in the morning confident that he is in the best hands. From the activities to their meals and the overall general care and attention that he gets, I must say that I have no complaints but rather compliments. I would like to make a special mention of the Toddler 1 team, you’re amazing!

Bright Horizons Hull Kingswood Day Nursery and Preschool is a fantastic nursery. It has good resources for learning through play and is a caring and fun environment, which both my children felt instantly settled in. The full team is friendly and well suited to their roles.

My daughter joined Bright Horizons in January 2023 and she absolutely loves it! She has learned so much already just from doing two-morning sessions. Two staff members are brilliant with her! They are so friendly and welcoming and I am very confident leaving my baby girl with them. I am so glad me and my husband chose Bright Horizons for our baby.

Excellent nursery, wonderful staff that treat the kids like extended family. Very warm and welcoming and my daughter loves going, I think I’ll be as sad as her when she leaves this year to start school!

This is a fantastic setting for children. Both of my children have been through from eight months to school age and the nursery staff are wonderful. It's a caring and nurturing environment which feels like one big family. Whenever anyone asks for a nursery recommendation I am always confident in recommending Bright Horizons Hull Kingswood Day Nursery!

My little boy has been attending the nursery since August. He has settled in immediately and I love seeing how much he is thriving and enjoying nursery. All of the staff are kind and caring, especially his key workers. Seeing how smiley he is when I pick him up makes me feel so reassured that he has had a great day and has been well looked after. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and my daughter absolutely loves going. The standard of care is outstanding and the dedication each of the staff members shows to get to know each child is second to none, it's so evident how much they all love their jobs! Will be sending my second daughter here when I return to work without hesitation! I love the daily updates and reports on her development. It's a little pricier than other nurseries but worth every penny!

I cannot rate this nursery enough! My son has been going since June 2021 and has now moved up to the 3rd room (babies to toddlers to nursery). His development and confidence have come on leaps and bounds thanks to the support and care he receives on the two-and-a-half days a week he attends.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The staff are experienced, professional and wonderful. The care they show to the children is completely authentic and genuine and I have no concerns in leaving my son in their care. I just wish they would open a Primary School so he doesnt have to leave!!

Our daughter has been going since March 2022, two days a week. The development and progress she has made have been brilliant. The key workers have been fantastic and all the staff. Couldn't be happier, to be honest, so pleased. She smiles when she arrives and the app updates, the communication, everything has been first class. Absolutely love the photo updates - just give us that little piece of mind that our little girl is ok and having fun. The updates of her day also add loads of value and we love doing her homework with her. Thanks for the brilliant experience.
