We are extremely happy with this nursery and couldn't have chosen a better place for our son. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the children, which gives us great peace of mind as parents.
The daily activities are engaging and well planned, and it's lovely to see how much our
child enjoys his time there and continues to develop. A feature we especially appreciate is the nursery app, which allows us to see photos, updates, and details about the day's activities. This is incredibly helpful and reassuring, as it helps us feel connected to our child's day even when we are not there.
Overall, we are very pleased with everything and would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for their child.

My children have attended the nursery collectively since 2021. This nursery was the one that stood out the most from the very beginning as one that provides high quality and a high standard of care for your children. The environment is great for all ages and the staff have been a big part of their
lives for some time. Everyone who has looked after my children has always been kind and attentive and they have quickly made bonds with their key workers. This has always put me at ease when going into work.
My children have come on so much throughout their time here and staff are always proud to have been a part of this. I'm so appreciative of everyone there.
I know once they are in the setting they enjoy their day and have had a lovely day which again is so reassuring to know they are safe and happy.

My child has been attending bright horizons since the age of 1. He's is now 2 years and 3 months and absolutely thriving. The staff go above and beyond to support him and ensure he has fun filled days packed with exciting games, crafts and learning experiences. Nothing is ever too much trouble and
every team member I have crossed paths with are so lovely and helpful. I'll be sad when he has to leave here and go to school.

My daughter has attended Bright Horizons Kingswood since she was 9 months old, she is now 3 and even though we have moved further away I still wanted her to stay here until she attends school as we both love it so much and feel extremely comfortable and supported. The management and staff are so
welcoming, friendly and helpful. My daughter is excited about attending each time, she is always happy upon pick up and tells me about the fun activities she has been doing. She has progressed amazingly here and has made lots of friends. The app is easy to use and communicate on and the nursery is always quickly reachable by phone or email if needed. I did not hesitate to put my next daughter's name down for a place to start here when she is old enough.

Both my daughter (almost 3) and my son (18 months) attend this nursery and I honestly cannot put into words how amazing this place is. Both of my children have thrived here, made friends, made bonds with the staff and come on leaps and bounds. My daughter used to be shy and now she's come out of her
shell with the help and support of the staff that she has been with since she started 2 years ago. My son has been going around 8 months and his vocabulary and his development is amazing. Every single staff member who works here is kind, comforting and an absolute credit to this nursery. My kids love going to nursery twice a week and I cannot thank everyone there enough for looking after them with such care. The best nursery by far.

Really lovely nursery. The staff are so friendly and both my boys enjoy going there. I feel like they learn so much when they are there and their key workers really care for them. Would highly recommend.

I am really happy with Bright Horizons Nursery. My two daughters really enjoy it.
Both of them have absolutely thrived they are confident and developing so well.
They both enjoy the food, the nursery is clean and the staff are kind and friendly.

My child has settled in really good. Staff are all very nice and very friendly and love lots are huge role models for my child. Lots of choice when it comes to activities always kept upto date with day to day activities, what my child has eaten and things she's done throughout the day. Amazing

My daughter has attended this nursery since 9 months old (is now 3) and never had a problem. Very friendly staff who recognise every child and parent walking through the doors on a first name basis. They have built up a very good relationship with my daughter and we are very reassured whilst she is
there, that she is going to be fed well, treated amazingly and allowed to be exactly who she is. My daughter has worked her way up all of the rooms from babies, to pre school and will be very sad when it comes to her time to leave for big school. Our newborn daughter will be starting there when she is able and we cannot wait to restart the journey with her!

The nursery had always been fantastic at developing my little boys confidence and general development but they have been instrumental in the support given to him and us since his SEND diagnosis. We were looking at leaving the area but decided to stay purely to make sure my son stayed at this
nursery. They are worth their weight in gold.

My son has been with the nursery since September 2024 and has come on massively since joining. We very quickly saw a difference with his independent play and found his social skills have improved massively. The staff are lovely and ready to answer and questions you might have. My sons face lights up
when we arrive outside the building which is so lovely to see. We rarely have an issue dropping him off, he is always happy to go play with his carers. The food they serve had such a variety and opens the children up to new taste palettes.

My little boy is so settled at the nursery, and he truly loves his carers, they show every child so much support and encouragement, learning through play is done fantastically. My little girl lived it also, she is now at school. Thank you :)

Since my daughter started nursery October 2024 she has come on leaps and bounds. Her confidence and her development has really established. She absolutely loves attending nursery, she walks out the front door in a morning on her own egar to get to nursery.
All staff are lovely, welcoming and very
friendly. I was very nervous about leaving my daughter at first, but now I have my full trust in the nursery and staff. The care they provide is outstanding. sometimes, I have been lucky enough to watch a little through the window, and the staff are just amazing with all the children.
I can not recommend Bright Horizons Kingswood enough. I am so grateful for the care they provide my daughter.

My son only started in September and since that first day I have felt at ease. Always have a little chat in the morning and evening with the staff about his day and how he has been. A good variety of food which he is started to get use to and enjoying.

My daughter has attended from toddler class and has now moved through the rooms with age to pre-school. All the staff we have had contact with (even those not in her room) greet her by her name and are so friendly, she has a brilliant bond with them and will happily talk about them outside of
nursery hours too!
I'm updated constantly on the app of her meals during the day and the occasional pictures as I know they are busy looking after our children.
The meals are varied and nutritious and made by the famous chef who all the children talk about.
I wouldn't want to send my child anywhere else, and would recommend it to others without a doubt. A brilliant nursery with lovely staff. Will always remember the care and kindness you have shown towards my daughter it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you all.

Can’t recommend this nursery enough. All the staff are amazing and my daughter loves coming here. She is learning, growing and changing every month and I know nursery is playing a huge part in that. All of the girls who work in the room my daughter is in are incredible. They are attentive,
supportive, friendly and caring and you can see all of this by the high level of care they give to all of the children. I feel at ease dropping my daughter here knowing she is going to have a fantastic day full of joy and laughter. The app is also great as I can see how she is doing during the day, what meals she’s had, if she’s had a nap, and updates with photos of her playing and having lots of fun. I am forever grateful to all the staff who work here and can’t thank them enough!

The staff are very kind and supportive, this is our first child going to nursery so we had all the usual new-parent nerves and concerns which have been dealt with very well. Our son is developing well there and loves his time at nursery.

The best decision we made was putting our two children in Bright Horizons Kingswood Nursery. The best environment for children to learn and grow. Absolutely love it. I’m always relieved knowing my children are happy and safe.

Our daughter has recently left the nursery to attend school. The school have commented on how well prepared for school she has been and how advanced her knowledge and vocabulary is.
Our daughter attended for 4 years and always enjoyed it, very settled and well looked after. If we ever had anything
to discuss with staff, they were open and happy to oblige.
Would certainly recommend.

My little boy has been attending the setting since he was 1 years old, he is now 3. He has always loved the nursery setting and all staff have been very friendly and seem happy to be there. The nursery setting has a SALT specialist who was concerned regarding my child’s speech so referred him which
I found very good. They regularly check my little boys progress and let me know how he is doing.
