Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool

I could not be happier with this nursery, my little girl cannot wait to get dressed and go in. We changed her nursery in the lockdown and the team couldn't have been more supportive to help us. Since going to this nursery, my little girl has learnt so many things and her speech and development has just got better and better each day. A truly fantastic nursery with amazing staff.

Both my boys have attended Bright Horizons, and it has been a really smooth and wonderful experience in both cases. My youngest (who started just before the pandemic) runs in every single morning with excitement which always reassures me of the great time he is having. The team have been extremely accommodating with my little one's health condition and even reached out to the community nurse team to ensure they were all fully up to speed with his condition and any additional actions they would need to take should anything occur under their care. I have felt supported as a parent with frequent updates and reassurances. With the new pandemic-related restrictions, the team have tried to go above and beyond to reassure, and are always happy to jump on the phone to have a chat through any concerns and are always ready to listen and accommodate.

My Grandson has been going here for over 2-years. He absolutely loves going. The staff are brilliant and really helpful. My Grandson has developed into a very confident young man under their guidance. He loves to learn, and Bright Horizons really encourages him in a positive way.

They provide a friendly, fun, safe and educational environment and are very open to parents and communicate progress well. They also go above and beyond regarding any specific needs.

I looked at several nurseries for my son and knew this was for us pretty much as soon as we walked in. Such a friendly supportive atmosphere. My son is so excited on nursery days, he runs in and can't wait to see his friends. We have regular contact with key workers and feel comfortable to ring up if we have any concerns/challenges we'd like support with. My son has recently said his key worker is his 'best friend'! My son has been going to this nursery for 18-months, and can't wait to send our other 2 boys next year!

Our son (22 months at the time of writing) has been attending the Tytherington nursery since February 2020. It is clear he really enjoys his time in the nursery - he can’t wait to get inside once he realises where we are! The range of activities that he does at the nursery are fantastic for his development - we see weekly improvements in things such as his language skills as a result of his time at nursery. The staff are all really friendly, and their passion for what they do is clear. The measures they’ve put in place to make the nursery a Covid secure environment is really good to see. We’re really glad we chose this nursery!

I have had two children attend the nursery and preschool over the last four years and have been impressed with the standard of care and the quality of learning. The staff are so friendly and genuinely care about the needs of each individual child. My son has not started school and my daughter attends preschool, she loves all the organised activities and the food. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bright Horizons to anyone and am very grateful we made the choice to send our children there as we know they are safe, cared for and having fun.

This nursery is amazing, my 2-year-old daughter is so well cared for every day that she attends. All of the staff look after her with the utmost care and attention. I love hearing her repeating the stories that she has learnt from nursery and talking in detail about them and being able to recount them back to me. The weekly menu is varied and nutritious. On opening again after lockdown my daughter took a while to settle back in to a new routine and being away from me and her dad but the nursery worked with her to settle her back in quickly with the least amount of upset possible. I feel so lucky that my daughter has a place at this nursery which I completely trust with her care. It is a very caring but professional environment. No hesitation in recommending it to anyone.

Would definitely recommend this nursery! The staff have been excellent settling in our little boy as he struggled to adapt to the changes at first. He’s learning so much, and his confidence is growing month by month. If we have another, they’ll definitely be going here!

My daughter loves getting dressed and coming to Pre School which is a good sign in itself! The staff are friendly, polite and above all else caring and understanding which has been a comfort during such uncertain times. The nursery is welcoming, bright and spacious. The activities and learning that my daughter comes home telling us about are endless too! Loved her being a part of the Bright Horizons family for the past couple of years!

My little girl is very happy to go to the nursery and I feel confident she is being left with people who she loves to be with.

There is always a friendly face greeting you as you arrive and saying goodbye at the end of the day. My daughter absolutely loves getting to nursery, running through the door with hardly a glance back at me and she comes out happy and excited at the end of every day - what more can you ask for as a parent knowing your child is happy, excited, cared for and stimulated every day!

With the new guidelines in place, I feel the management and staff have kept in touch with updates and info extremely well with regards to my children. My girls come home happy and full of stories about their friends and their day. What more could a mummy ask for?

Bright Horizons Tytherington has been absolutely wonderful. From the initial tour to the settling in process and return from lockdown, their continued care for my son has been outstanding. The nursery team are friendly and welcoming, taking the time to get to know my son and us as parents. They are always available to help with any questions we have and are keen to work together to provide the best care and support system for my son. My son absolutely loves attending this nursery and thoroughly enjoys all of the activities there, he can't wait to get through the door when we arrive.

I highly recommend this nursery. My little girl has absolutely loved it here and has thrived. The staff have all been wonderful and it is a fantastic environment. The activities on offer are brilliant and there is a great choice of activities from music to football and multi-sports. Our whole experience has been great and I have never had a single worry about her care. Thank you to everyone for looking after us!
