Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool

Lovely nursery. All staff are amazing and helpful. My little girl loves it here. She's always so happy after nursery.

My son has been attending the nursery for almost 3 years. He looks forward to attending each week and has a great relationship with the staff. They offer a good variety of food which he always eats! He enjoys all the activities especially the great outdoor space. From my point of view, I feel the staff have handled the pandemic procedures and processes very well and professionally. My biggest issue with the nursery over the years has been communication however the new app they have introduced has already made a big improvement. The app tells you what your child has eaten and also has photos posted regularly.

My son enjoys attending this nursery. He has a wonderful bond with his key worker and takes part in a variety of stimulation activities. His growth and development are a testament to the learning he gets.

I always feel like the staff genuinely love and care about my children which makes me feel completely at ease and happy that they are being cared for by the best.

My children are happy and they are developing well under the care of the Bright Horizons Team. Staff are friendly and communication between keyworkers/parents is excellent, I always know what my child has done every day and it's clear they have lots of fun and varied activities. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter loves her time at the nursery, she loves the minders, the activities, made friends. She is an active little girl and has space to run around, loves being on the bikes, playing obstacle courses. She is very eager every morning to be out the door and start her day in her pre-school class.

I can't recommend Bright Horizons enough. They have been fantastic with my little boy. All the staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care for the children. My little one always seems excited to go in on a Monday, which means there is never any hassle at drop off. Since my son has struggled with his walking, his key workers have been incredibly helpful and supportive, giving him the space and encouragement to build up the confidence on his feet. They have been in regular contact with us so that we are able to work together effectively. As an additional note, they have also handled the pandemic incredibly well, leaving me with no doubt that my child is safe with them during this time.

Excellent nursery. Staff are always happy and helpful. Lots of great activities for the children to do tailored really well to their age group and ability. They even did all the hard work when it came to toilet training, which was a great help.

After moving house and changing to this nursery, we have been so impressed with the care. They were fantastic at settling our son during the transitional period. Since increasing his hours this year, he has really grown in confidence and they have allowed him to flourish. The nursery provides a variety of activities that gives plenty of learning opportunities, to encourage all aspects of the EYFS. They communicate regularly and are always available to support us. I am confident that he is well looked after when in their care and he always comes home happy and content from his days at nursery.

Couldn’t ask for more from a nursery/preschool. All the staff and manager are excellent and do all they can to ensure my little girl’s needs are fulfilled. My little girl started out not sure about nursery and now skips into preschool barely saying goodbye to her parents. Each day is different and I am amazed by everything she has learned during her time here. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic nursery. We have one child there now and one who left last year. Staff are fantastic and have left a lasting impression on both of our kids. Nothing is too much trouble. We have seen some changes throughout the years, however, the staff and managers are always on hand and very supportive. 5 stars all day long. If you want a safe but fun environment where your children will grow into confident little people, bring them to Bright Horizons Tytherington.

Both my boys have attended Bright Horizons over the last 5 years. All staff are amazing and have built very strong bonds with the children, which is apparent in how much all the children love being there. The staff create a fun, safe and nurturing environment where the kids always come first. I can’t recommend this nursery enough.

I could not recommend this nursery enough. The staff are amazing. The activities and fun my daughter appears to do daily are brilliant and the meal options sound wonderful. 2020 has been a very tough year for everyone but all the staff are doing their best to keep everyone safe and happy. They helped my daughter settle back into nursery life after closure from the first lockdown to the point she will happily now leave us at the front door and not look back. Their cleanliness appears brilliant and to the high standards we would expect during a pandemic, as they are taking everything very seriously. My daughter has been at the nursery just over a year and it is the best decision we made, choosing this nursery.

Can't recommend the nursery highly enough. My eldest son attended for nearly 4 years before starting school in September. My youngest son is currently in the Toddler room. They both love the nursery and staff and I have nothing but positive comments, as a parent. I really feel that the staff know my boys so well and they have been amazing throughout the pandemic. I couldn't have asked for a better nursery experience.

Tytherington Bright Horizons nursery has (as always) been wonderful with my little boy who is currently in preschool. He looks forward to every session he does at preschool and is always full of the exciting news of what they've done during the day when we pick him up. The way the nursery have handled Covid and have maintained a 'normal' way of life for the kids when there are clearly many new challenges for the staff, has been excellent, especially in the run up to Christmas. As a parent, I'm happy to fully trust that the staff here have his best interests at heart and will ensure that he is happy, safe and learning. I would fully recommend this nursery/preschool to anybody.

I could not be happier with this nursery, my little girl cannot wait to get dressed and go in. We changed her nursery in the lockdown and the team couldn't have been more supportive to help us. Since going to this nursery, my little girl has learnt so many things and her speech and development has just got better and better each day. A truly fantastic nursery with amazing staff.

Both my boys have attended Bright Horizons, and it has been a really smooth and wonderful experience in both cases. My youngest (who started just before the pandemic) runs in every single morning with excitement which always reassures me of the great time he is having. The team have been extremely accommodating with my little one's health condition and even reached out to the community nurse team to ensure they were all fully up to speed with his condition and any additional actions they would need to take should anything occur under their care. I have felt supported as a parent with frequent updates and reassurances. With the new pandemic-related restrictions, the team have tried to go above and beyond to reassure, and are always happy to jump on the phone to have a chat through any concerns and are always ready to listen and accommodate.

My Grandson has been going here for over 2-years. He absolutely loves going. The staff are brilliant and really helpful. My Grandson has developed into a very confident young man under their guidance. He loves to learn, and Bright Horizons really encourages him in a positive way.

They provide a friendly, fun, safe and educational environment and are very open to parents and communicate progress well. They also go above and beyond regarding any specific needs.

I looked at several nurseries for my son and knew this was for us pretty much as soon as we walked in. Such a friendly supportive atmosphere. My son is so excited on nursery days, he runs in and can't wait to see his friends. We have regular contact with key workers and feel comfortable to ring up if we have any concerns/challenges we'd like support with. My son has recently said his key worker is his 'best friend'! My son has been going to this nursery for 18-months, and can't wait to send our other 2 boys next year!
