Dunkys Day Nursery (Runcorn)

Dunkys have gone above and beyond to ensure my son is happy and well looked after. He looks forward to going every day. The staff are amazingly friendly and can not do enough to ensure your mind is at ease. I could not recommend dunkys enough. Fantastic place.

Absolutely amazing nursery! I can’t thank the manager enough for a smooth transition for our boys from a childminder to a nursery and I can’t thank the staff enough for becoming part of our boy's experience there. They’re always talking about different members of staff and always saying who they want to see and play with. We haven’t been part of the nursery before the covid pandemic but all the steps and guidance the nursery provides to keep everyone safe is a step beyond. Genuinely not one bad word to say about anything or anyone at the nursery. We love it and more importantly, our boys love it. The manager is so helpful with queries and fees etc and upon enrolment at the nursery, they give a very unbiased view and tour and make it known that a child’s and parents preference/ settlement is the top priority. If you’re thinking about joining a nursery I urge you to consider this one as a top choice.

We are so delighted with Dunkys, and our child is too. She is absolutely thriving and the staff can’t do enough to help us. I know that I can go to work and leave her in very safe, capable and compassionate hands. The activities are well thought out and appropriate and the staff are so dedicated. I can’t think of having her anywhere else now and I’m so glad to have found a place that loves her as much as we do!

Dunky's never disappoints. Both my children have been to Dunky's, one is still there. Both from 6 months old. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, kindness and dedication to children's development here. The only time my children have been unhappy was/is home time.

The staff at Dunkys Runcorn were very welcoming and patient with my shy son. He went from a quiet boy to a loud, outgoing boy who loves to learn and enjoys interactive play where before he showed no interest. His eating habits have also changed massively, he now eats pasta, vegetables and will happily try new foods. He used to be very fussy and only ate around 4 different foods. So grateful to the staff at Dunkys for helping my son grow and prepare him for school. He always gets excited for a day at nursery. Thank you so much!

My daughter has joined recently and absolutely loves going to Dunkys, she actually cries when it is time to come home. Staff are great at explaining the day's activities and if there has been anything wrong. I cannot wait until we are covid free to be able to watch my daughter and engage with staff other than a quick chat at the door, but I am never made to feel hurried despite the restrictions. Would recommend to anyone and cannot wait to see how my daughter thrives.

I couldn’t be happier with Dunkys Day Nursery (Runcorn). The staff and the manager have been wonderful. When you’re there, there is a warm feeling that embraces you, all the staff are friendly and supportive. The baby room team have been amazing at helping my daughter settle into her new surroundings. The room leader has been a vital part of her settling in and making us both feel comfortable and supported. After only being there for a short time my daughter has grown so much in confidence and that can only be put down to the caring and nurturing environment she is in. Because of this, we have full confidence in the Dunkys (Runcorn) team when we leave our daughter in the mornings.

The food is amazing, it is all homemade onsite with a wide range of meals.

I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for their child/children.

All 3 of my boys have been to Dunky's Day NurseryRuncorn. My son absolutely loves going in, never a tear shed before nursery. He is always talking about the activities they have done each day and always has happy tales to tell. The staff are all very friendly and keep you updated with what your child has been up to. My son adores his teachers and they are always happy to see him in the morning. The staff work so hard to follow the interests of each child and I never have to worry that he isn't being fully supported to do his best.

My little girl was just 14 months when she joined her brother at Dunkys in August. I was a nervous wreck leaving her in someone else's care as she was so young, but Dunkys have nurtured her and cared for her while I had to work. I trust them more than words can say. The activities that she partakes in are just wonderful and the staff are so knowledgeable about milestones and flagging up if they feel that there is a problem.

Dunkys Day Nursery have always been amazing in our view. Feedback from our friends with young children is that they feel their nursery are only bothered about money first and foremost whereas at Dunkys it is extremely apparent that the children are first, always. Every single staff member is an absolute delight to deal with and are always happy to help any way they can. We are so glad we chose Dunkys as our nursery of choice. The daily upload of what they get up to via Instagram is such a great thing to see also. Perfect in every way.

My son absolutely loves the nursery/staff from start to finish. He’s playing and doing activities. Very friendly staff and they make you feel very welcome. He always is eager to go back to be with his friends; I would highly recommend Dunkys 100%.

Feel very relaxed leaving my 13-months-old daughter with the staff here. Very sufficient and great with my daughter, made taking her to the nursery for the first time a lot more relaxed. Would recommend to anyone.

I can't tell you how pleased I am with my boy's nursery. They have been very understanding and flexible with us from the start, the staff are amazing with the children, and my child is developing really well with all the activities they do. I don't think I can find a better nursery that suits our needs.

Dunkys is such a fantastic nursery, I could not recommend it enough. The building is filled with beautiful crafts made by the children and is full of life and colour. The staff are second to none, the most caring individuals that really treat the children like their own. My daughter has loved every second of her time at Dunkys, and the girls there have made this experience a great one for both her and our family.
